CYLINDER LOCK AND KEY SYSTEM
A cylinder lock and key system. The plugs comprise a housing having a cylindrical bore; and a cylindrical plug which is rotatable and which exhibits a front end and a keyway. The keys comprise a key bow; and a key blade is rotatable about the rotational axis when inserted. The plugs and keys are provided with cooperating stop surfaces for defining the fully inserted position of the keys. At least one first stop surface is in contact with a corresponding second stop surfaces when a key is inserted in the keyway of a lock. At least two first stop surfaces of each key are arranged adjacent each other and at least two second stop surfaces of each lock are arranged adjacent each other, at or in proximity to the keyway. The invention also relates to a cylinder lock and key combination, a key, a key blank and a cylinder lock.
High Security Locking System Which forms a Deviating Picking Path and Associated Deviated Key
A locking system has a lock housing having first pin slots, a lock cylinder having second pin slots and being supported within the lock housing such that rotation of the lock cylinder is dependent upon a position of tumbler pins within the pin slots, and an idler block defining a keyway to receive a deviated key in which the idler block is rotatable relative to the lock cylinder between an entry position and a pin position aligning the key with the pin slots. One or more translating shields in the idler block are movable from an open position in which the keyway is unobstructed by the shield to allow for insertion or removal of the deviated key and a closed position in which the translating shield protrudes at least partway into a path of the keyway without interfering with rotation of the deviated key with the idler block.
Tubular lock for push locking
A tubular lock for push locking has a lock housing, a switching handle mounted in a front end portion of the lock housing, an upper pin seat and a lower pin seat mounted in the lock housing and the switching handle, and multiple pin assemblies and a core shaft mounted in the upper pin seat and the lower pin seat. A key is only needed when unlocking the tubular lock, and then the tubular lock can be locked by pushing the core shaft. The tubular lock can be used to latch a pivotal mechanism. When the tubular lock is in an unlocking state, the user can switch the latch to the locking angular position or an unlocking angular position by turning the switching handle without using the key. Therefore, flexibility and convenience in using the tubular lock can be efficiently improved.
High security locking system which forms a deviating picking path and associated deviated key
A high security locking system comprising a deviated key and a lock housing. The lock housing may further comprise a face plate with a keyhole for receiving the deviated key and first pin slots disposed within the lock housing. The high security locking system may comprise a lock cylinder disposed within the lock housing and include second pin slots disposed within the lock cylinder. An idler block may be disposed within the lock cylinder and may be rotatable, which may allow the deviated key to align with one or more of the second pin slots in the lock cylinder. Additionally, a stationary block may be disposed within the lock cylinder and the deviated key may rotate around the lock without interfering with the stationary block.
Drawer lock device
An anti-lock picking lock device is provided. The lock device features a locking cylinder having an opening configured to receive a drawer. The drawer having a keyway slot on its top surface and is configured to receive a similar shaped key. The drawer is enabled to slide within the clocking cylinder during use. In one position, the keyway slot is not exposed and occluded from any type of tampering. In another positon, the drawer is extended, either manually or via an electronic device, making the keyway slot accessible for operation.
Method for controlling rotation of dual concentric cylinder pin-tumbler lock
A pick resistant lock assembly has two lock sections which can be opened in two stages separated by time using a single key. The first locked section is rotated slightly by the use of the key, whereupon the second locked member is released from being locked by the isolated stack of locking pin tumblers and is then also made connective to the first lock section by a gear connective to the lock housing such that the first lock section and second lock section can then be rotated together, but only if the selectively machined key had been used in the beginning, else further rotation of either member is prevented by the multiple stacks of locking pin tumblers that are common to both.
Lock
A lock comprises: a body with a housing comprising a first and a second portion mutually adjacent along an longitudinal development direction corresponding to an insertion direction of a key; a first rotor with a further housing, rotationally housed within the first portion of the housing of the body; a second rotor comprising a first portion rotationally housed within the second portion of the housing of the body; a second portion rotationally housed within the further housing of the first rotor. The second rotor, inserting the key, translates along the longitudinal development direction of the body with respect to the first rotor and, by a first rotation portion of the key, rotates with respect to the first rotor, passing from disengaging to engaging the first rotor, wherein the first rotor and the second rotor, by a second portion of rotation of the key, integrally translate to actuate the lock.
Cylinder Lock with Interact Mobile Devices
A tumbler pin lock includes one or two auxiliary locking mechanisms including an auxiliary locking pin, and an auxiliary blocking component to provide enhance locking in addition to the locking provided by the tumbler pins so that the lock remains locked even if the tumblers are picked or bumped into their unlocked positions. A cylinder lock is provided with an auxiliary locking pin which projects into the keyway, which, with the proper key, is slid forward with a mobile device into an area in the lock housing where an auxiliary groove allows the cylinder plug to turn. The second locking component, which is approximately rectangular similarly has a post that is moved forward with the insertion of the proper key into an annular groove allowing the cylinder plug to turn.
Key and rotary cylinder lock with key
A key (1) for a rotary cylinder lock (2) comprises a key grip (3) and a key shank (4), which adjoins the key grip (3) and extends along a longitudinal axis (L), wherein the key shank (4) has, on its outside (5), control recesses (10), in particular control bores, for properly positioning tumblers on the rotary cylinder lock (2) and also has at least one control element (6) arranged in a movable manner in the key shank (4), which control element (6) has a control surface (8), which interacts with a tumbler (7) of the rotary cylinder lock (2). Furthermore, the key is characterized in that the key shank (4), in the region of the control element (6), has a tapered cross section (9), which is tapered in relation to the cross section (11) with the control recesses (10).
METHOD FOR MUTUALLY CONTROLLING AND UNLOCKING A DUAL PLUG IN A LOCK AND A LOCK WITH A DUAL PLUG
A method for mutually controlling and unlocking a dual plug in a lock includes: unlocking a code of a first plug first, the first plug restricting unlocking of a second plug, the second plug restricting rotating of the first plug before the code of the first plug is unlocked. after unlocking the code of the first plug, the first plug translating to a second position from a first position using a preset position difference, the first plug being unable to rotate during the translation; after moving the first plug to the second position, the first plug releasing a restriction on the second plug, the second plug still restricting the rotating of the first plug; and unlocking the code of the second plug, the first plug and the second plug being able to rotate synchronously so as to unlock the lock after unlocking the code of the second plug.
