Locking piece assembly for latch bolts
A locking piece assembly adapted for installation in a cylindrical lock and meant to engage a locking mechanism comprises a locking piece and a lock button. The locking piece has one end adapted to engage the locking mechanism and an opposite end with a connecting hook. The lock button has an aperture adapted for attachment to the locking piece connecting hook, and can be depressed to move the locking piece inward to engage the locking mechanism after the locking piece assembly is installed in the cylindrical lock. The lock button can be installed onto the locking piece by hand, specifically by inserting the connecting hook into the aperture on the lock button, pivoting the lock button with respect to the locking piece, and placing the locking piece and lock button into alignment. After installation, the connecting hook is held in place to prevent separation from the lock button aperture.
REFRIGERATOR
The present disclosure relates to a refrigerator including a latch device configured to couple or separate the second door to or from the first door, wherein the latch device includes a fixing member disposed on the first door, a locking member provided on the second door to be coupled or separated from the fixing member, and an input member provided on the second door to be rotatable in the left and right directions, and wherein the locking member rotates in a direction of being separated from the fixing member when the input member rotates in the left direction, and the locking member rotates in the direction of being separated from the fixing member when the input member rotates in the right direction.
ARMREST ASSEMBLY MOUNTED ON CONSOLE OF VEHICLE
An armrest assembly mounted on a console of a vehicle may include a console main body provided with a storage box in which a space is formed and installed between a driver seat and a passenger seat of a vehicle, an armrest pivotably installed in the storage box and configured to support an arm of a passenger in the vehicle and open and close an upper portion of the storage box, a button member installed in the console main body and configured to be operated by the passenger to unlock the armrest, an operating unit configured to lock or unlock the armrest from the console main body according to whether the button member is operated, and a console cover configured to cover a portion in which the button member and the operating unit are installed in the console main body and expose an upper end of the button member.
Push pad exit device for emergency door egress
A push pad exit device comprising a horizontal push bar actuator mechanically linked to a vertical door handle assembly, for use on the interior side of entrance doors where a means of emergency egress is desired, is presented. The operating mechanisms of the push bar actuator and vertical door handle assembly are concealed presenting a smooth uncluttered appearance. In one mode of operation, the push pad actuator may be moved inwards towards the door face causing the door to unlatch. The push pad exit device may also be equipped with a “dogging feature” which locks the push bar actuator in the unlatched position. In this mode of operation the door is unlatched and the push pad actuator may be used as a fixed door handle. The push pad exit device may also be equipped with a keyed lock on an external face of the door.
LATCH FOR A COMPUTING SYSTEM
Example implementations relate to a latch and a computing system including such latch. The latch may include a latch enclosure and a latch assembly housed at least partially within the latch enclosure. The latch assembly may include a lever mounted to the latch enclosure via a first pivot pin and having a handle section disposed outside the latch enclosure and a force transfer section integrated with the handle section and disposed inside the latch enclosure. Further, the latch may include a hook engaged with the lever and mounted at least partially within the latch enclosure via a second pivot pin, wherein a movement of the lever about the first pivot pin causes a movement of the hook about the second pivot pin via the force transfer section.
Bi-directional automatic gate latch assembly
A gate assembly has a gate panel with a hinge, a latch assembly, and a base member connected to a wall. The latch assembly has a catch member for engaging the base member when the gate panel is in a closed position, and a channel member for locking the catch member against rotation. The catch member is rotatable about a vertical axis and has an open channel facing the base member. The channel member has an open channel facing downwardly that can be lowered onto the catch member to prevent rotation. The channel member has released positions in which one side of the channel member is above the catch member to allow the gate panel to open, and another side of the channel member remains below an upper end of the catch member to prevent the catch member from pivoting past the latched position when the gate panel is closed.
Handle arrangement with an internal lock
The present invention relates to a handle arrangement for arrangement to a door comprising a body, wherein the body, when arranged to said door, extends substantially in parallel with an outer surface of said door, a handle for rotational movement relative to the body to open a latching arrangement, a latching element for latching engagement with a corresponding lock element arranged on said door frame, wherein the latching element is rotatable relative to the body between an unlatching position and a latching position, and a pushing element in rotationally fixed connection with the handle. The pushing element is arranged to, when rotated in a first direction, push the latching element from the latching position to the open position, and the pushing element comprises a sliding member in slidable connection to a sliding surface on the latching element, such that a rotational movement in the first direction of the pushing element provides an accelerated rotational movement of the latching element.
Latching mechanism for pet enclosure
A latching mechanism having a camming surface to engage the latching mechanism without human intervention when a door is traversed from an opened position to a closed position is disclosed. Other latching mechanisms are also disclosed. The latching mechanism may also be rotatable to engage the latching mechanism and prevent opening of the door from the closed position.
DUAL SWITCH ROTARY LATCH
A rotary latch mechanism for releasably securing a first structure relative to a second structure. The rotary latch mechanism includes a housing adapted to be attached to the first structure, an actuator assembly coupled to the housing, a linkage coupled to the actuator assembly and arranged for movement along the housing with movement of the actuator assembly, and a bolt coupled to the housing and to the linkage, the bolt arranged for pivotal movement relative to the housing with movement of the linkage. The bolt is adapted to move between a latched position engaged with the second structure to secure the first structure relative to the second structure and an unlatched position spaced apart from the second structure to allow movement of the first structure relative to the second structure.
Push Pad Exit Device for Emergency Door Egress and Vertical Latch Bolt Assembly
A push pad exit device comprising a horizontal push bar actuator mechanically linked to a vertical door handle assembly for use on the interior side of entrance doors where a means of emergency egress is desired, is presented. The operating mechanisms of the push bar actuator and vertical door handle assembly are concealed presenting a smooth uncluttered appearance. The push pad exit device further including an improved roller latch bolt. The improved roller latch bolt allows for a roller to make contact with a ramp surface of a corresponding strike plate on a sweep side of the plate and allows for the roller support to make contact with the strike plate on a latch side of the plate.
