A cargo bed may be supported by the frame at the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle also includes an operator seat and at least one passenger seat positioned within an operator area. In one embodiment, the vehicle includes doors to enclose the operator area.

ONE-WAY DAMPING HINGE

A one-way braking hinge capable of self-aligning a shaft and a one-way clutch is provided. The one-way braking hinge (10) includes a first leaf (1), a shaft (3) rotatably supported by the first leaf (1), at least one resistance part (4) that resists rotation of the shaft (3), a second leaf (2) rotatably coupled to the shaft (3), a one-way clutch (12) into which the shaft (3) is inserted, and a position adjusting member (11) to which the one-way clutch (12) is fixed. The position adjusting member (11) is position-adjustably coupled to the second leaf (2).

Hinge system of electric door

The present invention relates to a hinge system of an electric door comprising a control module, an intelligent automatic recognition system for installing in a door or a door frame and including a recognition device and a sensing module, and a hinge assembly. The hinge assembly comprises a pivot housing, a power unit disposed in the pivot housing and electrically connected to the control module, a first hinge member having a first knuckle for sleeving on the pivot housing and a second hinge member connected to two ends of the pivot housing. The power unit comprises a motor assembly having a motor axis, a reduction gearbox having one end connected to the motor axis, a gear shaft and plural planetary gears, and a gear connected to the gear shaft of the reduction gearbox.

A hinge comprises a first body and a second body irremovably rotatably coupled along a rotational axis of the hinge. The first body and the second body comprise opposing radial bearing surfaces engaged only within a working rotational range of the hinge for fixing the relative position of the first body and the second body in a radial direction with respect to the rotational axis of the hinge. The first body and the second body further define opposing axial bearing surfaces engaged only within the working rotational range of the hinge for fixing the relative position of the first body and the second body in an axial direction with respect to the rotational axis of the hinge. The opposing radial bearing surfaces and the opposing axial bearing surfaces are not engaged outside of the working rotational range.

SINGLE-AXIS HINGE

Provided is a single-axis hinge with a damper mechanism and a catch mechanism for allowing either one of a first member and a second member to be attached to a portion having a small attachment space. The single-axis hinge (2) includes the first member (11) attached to the main body, and the second member (12) which is attached to the door and can rotate with respect to the first member (11) around a shaft (13) facing a vertical direction. The catch mechanism (6) has a spring (8) and gives rotational force in a closing direction to the door in the vicinity of a closed position. The damper mechanism (7) has a linear damper (9) and damps rotation of the door when the door is closed. The catch mechanism (6) and the damper mechanism (7) are disposed on either one of the first member (11) and the second member (12).

Systems and methods for co-printed or concurrently assembled hinge structures

Systems and methods of co-printing a unitary hinge are provided. The unitary hinge may be co-printed using an additive manufacturing process. The unitary hinge includes a hinge pin that is substantially cylindrical in shape. The unitary hinge also includes a knuckle which surrounds a portion of the hinge pin and is configured to be manipulated about the hinge pin. The hinge pin is fabricated in situ with the knuckle such that further assembly is unnecessary. The unitary hinge may also include retention mechanism to retain the hinge within the knuckle without substantially restricting the knuckle from being rotated about the hinge pin. The unitary hinge may further be configured with a fluid port which may, for example, be used to provide a lubricant to an area between the hinge pin and the knuckle or to vacuum powder material or debris from the area.

Dampened hinge assembly

A dampened hinge assembly has a male leaf and a female leaf. The female leaf has spaced apart first and second end barrels coaxially rotating with respect to a central barrel of the male leaf therebetween. An axial shaft is fixed to the second end barrel of the female leaf at a proximal end of the axial shaft. The axial shaft has a distal helicoidally threaded spindle. A compression gear having a helicoidally threaded bore matching the helicoidal thread of the spindle displaces towards the first end barrel when the leaves move into alignment and towards the second end barrel when the leaves move out of alignment. The dampened hinge assembly may be reconfigured to provide soft closure, end-of-range soft closure and/or backcheck damping.
