CAB FOR WORK MACHINE, WORK MACHINE, AND AUTOMATIC OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE
20210246705 · 2021-08-12 · ·

The present disclosure is to improve the durability of a device for detecting a foreign substance. The cab for a work machine includes a cab body that is formed with a doorway, a door that is rotatably supported on the cab body so as to open and close the doorway, an actuator that generates a driving force to open and close the door, a rod that is attached to the door and rotatable relative to the door, and a sensor that is attached to the door separately from the rod. The sensor detects the motion of the rod relative to the door by detecting the motion of the rod relative to the sensor.

Door, in particular a high-speed door

A co-extruded safety contact strip includes at least one contact or switching chamber situated in a section or profile and containing contactor or switching strips. One end of the base of the section is pivotally connected to a first side part and the other end of the base can be form-lockingly locked onto a second side piece. A method for securing the safety contact strip is also provided.

Method and device for door monitoring and door monitoring system including such a device
10984639 · 2021-04-20 · ·

A monitoring method to detect a state of a door provided with a locking system. The method comprises the following steps: a measurement step during which a mechanical wave sensor measures a signal corresponding to a mechanical wave propagated in the door; a step of comparison between a reference signal stored in the memory and the mechanical wave signal in order to detect a state of the door. The reference signal is measured by the mechanical wave sensor while the locking system of the door is actuated.

Electronic door system

An electronic door system is disclosed for a door that selectively closes a door opening of a building structure. The electronic door system includes two or more of a gyroscope that senses angular velocity of the door, an accelerometer that senses acceleration of the door, a capacitive sensor that capacitively senses the building structure, or a microphone that senses sound of the door. The electronic door system also includes a controller that assesses a physical position of the door according to the two or more of the gyroscope, the accelerometer, the capacitive sensor, or the microphone.

EXTENDED COVERAGE FOR A SENSOR ALONG A COMPLEX CONTOUR

Apparatuses and methods for controlling an operation of a powered system by extending the coverage of a sensor along a complex contour. An apparatus comprises a structure, a sensor, a hinge, and a contoured panel. The structure has a first edge in which at least a portion of the first edge has a complex contour. The sensor is attached to the structure. The hinge is attached to at least one of the sensor or the structure. The contoured panel is movably attached to the hinge and has a second edge that substantially aligns with the complex contour of the first edge of the structure.
