Magnetic Coupling Assembly
A magnetic coupling assembly incorporating a sleeve having longitudinal and oppositely longitudinal ends; a first hydraulic seal fixedly attached to the sleeve, and being positioned at the sleeve's longitudinal end; a second hydraulic seal fixedly attached to the sleeve, and being positioned at the sleeve's oppositely longitudinal end; a plurality of magnets fixedly attached to the sleeve and positioned between the first and second hydraulic seals; the sleeve including longitudinal and an oppositely longitudinal segments; and incorporating first and second wiper rings, fixedly attached to the sleeve, the first wiper ring being positioned longitudinally from the first hydraulic seal, and the second wiper ring being positioned oppositely longitudinally from the second hydraulic seal; the sleeve forming a lubricant reservoir which is outwardly closed by the sleeve, the lubricant reservoir being longitudinally closed by the first hydraulic seal and oppositely longitudinally closed by the second hydraulic seal.
CAB DOOR
Disclosed are front entry cabs, and power machines with front entry cabs, having a door that is moveable between opened and closed positions. In the opened position, the door is positioned within an operator compartment of the cab above the operator seat and below a top of the cab. A linkage system defines the travel path of the door between closed and opened positions. The linkage system is configured to minimize interference with operator visibility.
Insulated overhead door
An article of manufacture for use as an insulated overhead door that is designed to roll open and closed in tracks, with a sheet of thermoplasitc material that acts as the outer door membrane and barrier to entry, a sheet of insulating material that acts as a base insulating barrier adhered to the thermoplastic membrane.

GARAGE DOOR POSITION SENSING SYSTEM AND DEVICE
A garage door position sensing system and devices includes an encoder assembly installed on a movable barrier door drive assembly, wherein the shaft associated with the barrier door drive assembly is positioned through a shaft interfacing portion of the encoder assembly and the shaft is operatively connected to the toothed pulley of the encoder assembly. A quadrature sensor is mounted within the encoder assembly, such that the sensing head of the sensor is fixed at a pre-determined distance from the teeth of the pulley. When the door moves from an open position to a closed position, and vice-versa, the pulley is rotated accordingly in response to the application of upward or downward forces on the shaft. The encoder assembly can be installed on any existing moveable barrier door and functions as a pneumatic door operator for sensing the position of travel without the need to use any mechanical switches.

Structure obtained by combining conveyor belt and shutter device, and shutter device
A shutter device, used to open and close an opening provided in a wall with a conveyor belt extending through the opening, includes a pair of posts, an upper shutter and a lower shutter that are movable up and down between the pair of posts, and a lifting-and-lowering mechanism that includes a feed screw having an upper external thread and a lower external thread that are twisted in opposite directions; an upper nut; and a lower nut so as to cause the upper shutter and the lower shutter to move up and down simultaneously.

Lift gate system and method of installation thereof
A lift gate system includes a gate, a first pole, a second pole, a header and an internal operator. The first pole is configured to attach to the ground on one side of the gate and includes a first track attached approximate to a first top. The second pole is configured to attach to the ground on the opposite side of the gate from the first pole and includes a second track attached approximate to a second top. The header interconnects the first top with the second top. The internal operator is configured for lifting the gate, where the internal operator is inside the first pole, the second pole, and/or the header.
