Spindle drive assembly and vehicle flap with a spindle drive assembly
A spindle drive assembly for opening and/or closing a vehicle flap is described, having a spindle extending along a spindle drive axis and a spindle drive motor which is drivingly coupled to the spindle via a gearing and the motor shaft of which is arranged substantially coaxially with the spindle drive axis, wherein a coupling compensating an axial offset and a hysteresis brake are drivingly interposed between the spindle drive motor and the gearing. In addition, a vehicle flap with such a spindle drive assembly is presented.
POWERED DOOR UNIT WITH IMPROVED MOUNTING ARRANGEMENT
A powered actuator for moving a motor vehicle closure panel from a closed position to an open position and method of construction thereof. Powered actuator includes an electric motor configured to rotate a driven shaft and a gearbox coupled to the driven shaft. An extensible member extends through the gearbox to a proximal end on one side of the gearbox for attachment to one of a vehicle body or the closure member and to a distal end on an opposite side of the gearbox. Extensible member is configured to move between retracted and extended positions in response to rotation of the driven shaft. A contamination cover enshrouds the extensible member between the gearbox and the distal end of the extensible member. Contamination cover moves between an axially extended state and an axially retracted state while the extensible member moves between the respective retracted position and the extended position.
Pivotable spindle nut
The invention relates to a spindle drive, comprising a drive unit, a spindle, and a spindle nut in threaded engagement with the spindle, the spindle nut being driven by the drive unit by means of a drive element, and wherein the spindle nut is mounted on the drive element in such a way that the spindle nut and the spindle in threaded engagement with it are pivotable relative to the drive element.
Vehicle door opening and closing apparatus
A supporting member includes: a rotatable spindle supported in a first housing; a cylindrical first guide fixed in a second housing, and guiding a relative movement of the spindle in an axial direction; a second guide fixed in the first housing, having an inner diameter larger than a first guide's outer diameter, and relatively movable in the direction to the first guide; and a nut being a stepped shaft-like member including an insertion portion inserted into the first guide, a protruding portion protruded from the first guide, and a narrow portion provided therebetween. The first guide includes a caulking portion to the nut at an opening end. The caulking portion includes a portion extending to intersect in the direction along a step between the insertion portion and the narrow portion, and another portion parallel to the direction along an outer circumferential surface of the narrow portion.
VEHICLE DOOR AND DRIVER THEREOF
A driver device for opening and closing a vehicle door, comprising an electric motor and a planetary gear gearbox, wherein the electric motor comprises an electric motor output shaft, and the planetary gear gearbox comprises a gearbox input shaft coaxially connected to the electric motor output shaft, and a gearbox output shaft coaxially connected to an end of a door shaft of the vehicle door to provide the door shaft with a torque required to open and close the vehicle door. Compared with vehicle door opening and closing functions in the prior art, the driver device can be installed by utilizing the space at the door shaft of the vehicle door, without affecting the integrity of the door body of the vehicle door. Furthermore, a vehicle door comprising the aforesaid driver device is further provided.
DRIVE DEVICE FOR MOVING A LEAF
A drive device for moving a leaf, in particular a door leaf or a window leaf, with an electric machine including an, in particular single, stator and an, in particular single, rotor, which can be rotated about a machine axis, and with a gear coupled to the electric machine. The gear has a first gear element, which can be rotated coaxially with the machine axis, with the first gear element being connected to the rotor in a rotationally-fixed manner.
DRIVE DEVICE FOR A CLOSURE ELEMENT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A drive apparatus for a closure element of a motor vehicle, including a tube defining an axis, a spindle disposed within the tube and configured to translate along the axis from an extended position to a first retracted position and a second retracted position, a spindle nut disposed within the tube and operatively engaged to the spindle, a stop nut fixed to the spindle, and a damping element disposed between the spindle nut and the stop nut. The tube defines a first end stop face and the stop nut defines a second end stop face, and when the spindle is in the first retracted position, the damping element engages the first end stop face and is spaced apart from the stop nut.
COMPACT DOOR CLOSER
An apparatus comprising a baseplate configured to be coupled to an interior side of an inswing door adjacent a pivot edge of the door; a rotatable closing arm with a first end and a second end, the second end coupled to a motor, the motor configured to be engaged in response to receipt of a signal from a remote electronic device; and circuitry electrically coupled between a power supply and the motor, the circuitry configured to wirelessly send and receive information to and from the remote electronic device.
SPINDLE DRIVE ASSEMBLY, VEHICLE HATCH WITH A SPINDLE DRIVE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING AN EPICYCLIC GEARING OF A SPINDLE DRIVE ASSEMBLY
A spindle drive assembly for opening and/or closing a vehicle hatch is described. This comprises a spindle extending along a spindle drive axis and a spindle drive motor coupled to the spindle in terms of drive, the motor shaft of which is arranged substantially coaxially with respect to the spindle drive axis. The spindle drive motor is coupled to the spindle via a two-stage epicyclic gearing. Furthermore, a vehicle hatch with such a spindle drive assembly is presented. A method for installing an epicyclic gearing of such a spindle drive assembly is additionally specified.
