INSULATED ARCHITECTURAL COVERING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
An apparatus for an architectural opening may include a plurality of panels. At least one of the plurality of panels may include a frame including a plurality of first frame members and a plurality of second frame members sealed together at respective interfaces to define at least one opening. The interfaces may be defined by ends of the first frame members positioned at least partially within respective apertures defined in the second frame members. Each frame member may include an internal cavity, with the apertures fluidically connecting the internal cavities of the frame members. An inset panel may be secured within the at least one opening. One or more hinges may pivotably connect a first panel of the plurality of panels to a second panel of the plurality of panels. The apparatus may be a garage door, an entry door, a window, or a storefront.

An apparatus for an architectural opening may include a plurality of panels. At least one of the plurality of panels may include a frame including a plurality of first frame members connected to a plurality of second frame members at respective interfaces to define at least one opening. Each frame member may include an internal cavity filled with a gas having a thermal conductivity less than atmospheric air. An inset panel may be secured within the at least one opening. One or more hinges may pivotably connect a first panel of the plurality of panels to a second panel of the plurality of panels. The apparatus may be a garage door, an entry door, a window, or a storefront. Associated methods are also provided.
Door monitoring system and method
In example implementations, a door monitoring sensor is provided. The door monitoring sensor includes a communication interface to transmit an alarm when a door operates outside of operational parameters of the door, an angular sensor to measure rotational movement of the a door, a movement sensor to detect movement along an x-y-z coordinate plane, a radar sensor to detect an object, a rechargeable power supply to provide power to the angular sensor, the movement sensor, and the radar sensor, and a processor. The processor is communicatively coupled to the communication interface, the angular sensor, the movement sensor, and the radar sensor. The processor is to determine that the door is moving outside of the operational parameters of the door and generate the alarm that is transmitted by the communication interface in response to determination that the door is moving outside of the operational parameters of the door.
Single Panel Roll-up Door
A single panel roll-up door comprising a panel, Roller brackets, rollers, a left roller series, a right roller series. Further the back side of the panel, wherein the surface of the back side of the panel comprising a first plateau, a first recessed channel, a plateau, a recessed channel, and a last recessed channel. Wherein the single panel roll-up door is coupled to a framed opening of a container, and the panel of the single panel roll-up door can be selectively in an opened position or closed position. When in the opened position the panel rest in the guide tracks in parallel.
Cover assembly for a garage door
A cover for a garage door which includes a front portion adapted to cover a street facing surface of the garage door, and a pair of rear portions adapted to be arranged covering a garage facing surface of the garage door. The cover also includes at least four collars adapted to be arranged at corners of the garage door. Each collar defines a cutout extending inwardly from an edge of the cover to facilitate an extension of an associated corner of the garage door outside the cover, a first coupling portion extending along the rear portion from the cutout to a lateral edge of the cover, and a second coupling portion extending from the cutout in a direction opposite to the first coupling portion. The first coupling portion is adapted to engage with the second coupling portion.
QUICK RELEASE DOOR ROLLER ASSEMBLY
An improved vertical lift door roller assembly has a wheel pivotally mounted to a shaft. The shaft is placed within a spring loaded locking cylinder. The locking cylinder is movable between a first position where it restricts pivoting of the wheel and a second position where the wheel is able to pivot. The door roller assembly is mountable to a support a vertical lift door, such as a bracket or a hinge. The roller wheel can be pivoted to decouple the roller from a vertical lift door wheel track and to reseat the wheel in the track.
Pest barricade
A barricade used to obstruct the gap between a garage door, weather stripping, a threshold surface and a door frame. The barricade successfully prevents pests from breaching the barricade. The barricade uses a spring assist with low displacement force in order to conform to the changing downward or upward angle when a garage door is being operated. It also includes smooth ceramic or rubber that is magnetized to prevent chaffing to the garage door surface. This barrier stays in-place or rotates relative to the garage door face when encountering foreign objects in the path of the moving garage door. Alternatively, the barriers may be constructed of overlapping and/or abutting material configured to obstruct gaps at door frames and/or at threshold surfaces where a weather stripping and/or weather-stripping bulb provide inadequate obstruction.
MAGNETIC SMART SEAL FOR OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR
A system provides a garage door that has panels pivotally interconnected and spanning horizontally across a door opening defined by a door frame. The panels have rollers that are movably engaged with tracks extending along lateral sides of the door frame. A motorized opener is coupled with the garage door and is configured to move the garage door along the tracks between an open position and a closed position in the garage door opening. The motorized opener has a controller for controlling movement of the garage door. A magnet is disposed at opposing lateral sides of the door frame. The magnets are configured to magnetically engage the garage door in the closed position and to release magnetic engagement with the garage door in response to a signal from the controller for the garage door to move to the open position.
Assembly comprising a housing with a balancing spring break protection mechanism for a door system such as a sectional door system and a door system including the assembly
The invention relates to an assembly (1) comprising a housing with a balancing spring break protection mechanism, said assembly (1) being configured for connecting a connector (15, 42), such as a bayonet connector, of a balancing spring of a sectional door system to said assembly, said housing being for connection with a fixed structure and comprising a first housing plate (5) comprising an opening (16) for receiving a balancing axle (60) of said sectional door system, said balancing axle (60) being connected to said balancing spring, and an aperture (11) for receiving said connector (15, 42), said spring break protection mechanism comprising a bearing and ratchet wheel unit (4, 7), said ratchet wheel (4) including a shaft (50) for receiving said balancing axle (60).
