An apparatus for an architectural opening may include a plurality of panels. At least one of the plurality of panels may include a frame including a plurality of first frame members and a plurality of second frame members sealed together at respective interfaces to define at least one opening. The interfaces may be defined by ends of the first frame members positioned at least partially within respective apertures defined in the second frame members. Each frame member may include an internal cavity, with the apertures fluidically connecting the internal cavities of the frame members. An inset panel may be secured within the at least one opening. One or more hinges may pivotably connect a first panel of the plurality of panels to a second panel of the plurality of panels. The apparatus may be a garage door, an entry door, a window, or a storefront.

The locking cylinder is movable between a first position where it restricts pivoting of the wheel and a second position where the wheel is able to pivot. When the door roller assembly is used on a vertical lift door, the wheel can be pivoted to decouple the roller from a vertical lift door J channel wheel track.

And the at least one panel is configured to be positioned on the at least one section of the overhead garage door and secured thereon by the plurality of trim pieces, each panel having edges configured to be secured within opposite trim piece undercuts of spaced-apart trim pieces. In use the at least one panel is clamped and retained on the overhead garage door so as to float within the respective trim piece undercuts.

A knock-down seal assembly for an overhead-sectional door having horizontal joints between adjacent panels and a leading lateral edge that seals the lateral leading edge of the door as the door closes against the floor or traffic area. The seal assembly includes a pair of retainer rails which do not exceed about 6 feet in overall length. Each of the retainer rails has seal channels formed so as to extend from a bottom surface thereof for receiving a flexible weather seal strip. Each of the rails also has an extension channel formed so as to extend from the bottom surface thereof for receiving an elongate retainer clip. The retainer clip can be used to join the pair of retainer rails to form a single rail.

The protecting roller devices can include two separable portions each having a wheel at one end, with a connection portion therebetween. In some embodiments, the connecting portion passes through a hollow axle of a hinge to connect the separable portions. In some other embodiments, the protecting roller device can comprise a middle portion that can be connected to the hinge, such as using a fastener. The highest point of the protecting roller device can be above the highest point of the hinge, such that the protecting roller device will encounter an obstruction such as an automobile instead of the hinge. The protecting roller device can be made of a material designed to prevent or minimize damage to the obstruction.

The door monitoring sensor includes a communication interface to transmit an alarm when a door operates outside of operational parameters of the door, an angular sensor to measure rotational movement of the a door, a movement sensor to detect movement along an x-y-z coordinate plane, a radar sensor to detect an object, a rechargeable power supply to provide power to the angular sensor, the movement sensor, and the radar sensor, and a processor. The processor is communicatively coupled to the communication interface, the angular sensor, the movement sensor, and the radar sensor. The processor is to determine that the door is moving outside of the operational parameters of the door and generate the alarm that is transmitted by the communication interface in response to determination that the door is moving outside of the operational parameters of the door.
