Cupboard door balance system
A balance system used with a door of a cupboard comprises a transmission shaft, a first pulley on the transmission shaft, and a balance component. The first pulley is connected to a door belt, one end of the door belt is secured to the first pulley, and the other end of the belt is connected to the door. The balance component comprises a balancing member, a balancing belt and a second pulley on the transmission shaft. One end of the balancing belt is connected to the second pulley, and the other end of the balancing belt is connected to the balancing member, such that the balancing member is hung on the second pulley. The first pulley and the second pulley rotate synchronously, and the door belt and the balancing belt are wound oppositely. With the balance system, a small driving force can open/close the door.
CABINET DOOR MOUNTING STRUCTURE AND CABINET HAVING SAME
A cabinet door mounting structure for detachably mounting a cabinet door to a cabinet body includes a mounting base, a mounting post, and a mounting plate. The mounting base defines a latching slot. The mounting post extends from the mounting base and is configured to rotationally couple the cabinet door to the cabinet body. The mounting plate is fixedly coupled to the cabinet door. The mounting plate is configured to be bent to latch the mounting plate in the latching slot to mount the cabinet door to the mounting base.
ARRANGEMENT FOR GUIDING A SLIDING DOOR OR FOLDING-SLIDING DOOR
An arrangement for guiding a sliding door or folding-sliding door on a furniture wall, comprising a first guide system to be fastened on the furniture wall and a second guide system to be fastened on the furniture wall at a vertical distance from the first guide system. The two guide systems each have at least one guide and a guide body which is displaceably mounted on the guide, anda carrier on which the sliding door or folding-sliding door is to be fastened and which is connected in a movement-coupled manner to the two guide bodies of the guide systems. The carrier is assembled in the vertical direction from at least two carrier portions, and the at least two carrier portions can be releasably connected.
WALL FOR A FURNITURE CARCASS, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH A WALL, AND FURNITURE CARCASS COMPRISING SUCH A WALL
A wall for a furniture carcass, having a core and a housing arranged beside the core. The housing is open toward at least one end of the wall and which is used to accommodate a fitting that guides the movable furniture part. The core and the housing are covered on at least one side surface of the wall by a continuous cover layer.
CUPBOARD OR HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE AND METHOD FOR OPENING AND CLOSING A CUPBOARD OR HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE
The disclosure relates to a cupboard or household appliance, particularly a wall-mounted cupboard, comprising a carcass on which a door can be pivoted from a closed position into an open position by means of a pivoting device, at least one holder for storing objects being attached to an inner side of the door facing the carcass, the door being lowerable down a guiding device, in an open range of the door. The invention further relates to a method for opening and closing a cupboard or a household appliance.
Guide system for guiding a movably mounted door leaf
A guide system includes a guide rail for guiding a door wing, a running carriage to be connected to the door wing and displaceably supported along the guide rail, and a carrier on which the running carriage can be arranged. The carrier is movably supported in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail. The carrier can be moved into a transfer position in which the carrier adjoins the guide rail in the longitudinal direction. A locking device can releasably lock the carrier in the transfer position to restrain a movement in the transverse direction. The locking device includes a movably-supported locking element for releasably locking between the guide rail and the carrier, and a control contour curved so that the running carriage can be moved over a region in the transverse direction. The movably-supported locking element includes a supporting element displaceable along the control contour.
LEAFLESS JOINT SYSTEM THAT PIVOTS AND SLIDES
A leafless joint apparatus that couples a housing structure to a hatch structure such as a cover or door. Similar to previous hinge apparatuses, the leafless joint apparatus can include a knuckle and a pintel or pin to facilitate pivot operations (e.g., the cover pivoting open). However, the leafless joint apparatus does not rely on leafs that attach by means of fasteners (e.g., screws or the like) and therefore can facilitate sliding operations (e.g., the cover can slide open). Thus, the leafless joint apparatus can facilitate access to an interior of the housing structure by way repositioning the hatch structure via a pivot or hinging operation or via a sliding operation that can partially or fully expose the interior of the housing structure and even, if desired, slide entirely off, decoupling from the housing structure.
Arrangement for guiding a movable furniture part
An arrangement for guiding a movable furniture part includes a guide rail to be fastened to the fixed furniture part, a guide device mounted movably on the guide rail and in particular can be coupled to the movable furniture part, and a first cable having a first end to be secured to the fixed furniture part and a second end to be coupled to the guide device. A securing device can secure the first cable to the fixed furniture part, and the securing device has a mounting device designed such that the first cable is mounted so as to be movable relative to the fixed furniture part to a limited extent at least in the event of overload.
ARRANGEMENT FOR GUIDING A SLIDING DOOR OR FOLDING-SLIDING DOOR ON A FURNITURE WALL
An arrangement includes a first guide system to be fixed to a furniture wall and a second guide system to be fixed to the furniture wall a vertical distance from the first guide system. Each of the two guide systems has a guide and a guide body displaceably arranged on the guide, a carrier to which the sliding door or folding-sliding door can be fixed, and a cable pulling device for compensating for a tilting moment of the carrier. The cable pulling device includes a first pulling cable arranged between the guide body of the first guide system and an end of the guide of the first guide system and without connection to the second guide system. A second pulling cable is between the guide body of the second guide system and an end of the guide of the second guide system and without connection to the first guide system.
GUIDE SYSTEM FOR A DOOR ASSEMBLY, DOOR ASSEMBLY, AND DEVICE ASSEMBLY
A guide system for a door assembly including a door, which door can be attached to the guide system in a pivotal manner, has a closed position in which at least one device object can be covered on the front side and a parked position in which the door can be moved, preferably slid, in a direction transversely to the front of the at least one device object, preferably into a lateral receiving shaft, by the guide system. The guide system for the door is assembled or formed on a support structure separate from the device object to be covered, the support structure having at least one stand surface for standing on the floor of a room and/or at least one assembly device for assembling on the wall of a room.
