Height compensating sliding fenestration systems and methods
Sliding fenestration systems that compensate for changes in opening height after installation and methods of installing such sliding fenestration systems are described herein. The head track of a sliding fenestration system moves vertically relative to the bottom of the building opening to compensate for changes in building opening height while still maintaining lateral support for the panels in the sliding fenestration system by virtue of a direct connection between the head track and the top of the building opening.

Draw-tight apparatus for ramp doors and the like
A ramp door closure apparatus is provided for recreational vehicles, having a recessed linear actuator both draw a cable from a mounting bracket on the ramp door adjacent to the RV opening, to raise and lower the ramp door, and then cam a locking pin fixed to the ramp door into a seal tight position after the ramp door is raised. Upon release of the locking pin from the cam when opening the door, an initial push is provided to facilitate downward rotation of the ramp door. The linear actuator is selectively detachable from the cable so as to allow manual raising and lowering of the ramp door from within the RV, by means of releasable pins accessed in the mounting structure.

SLIDING DOOR ARRANGEMENT
A door operating assembly (100) for operating a sliding door leaf (101) driven by a drive unit (112) along a sliding door rail (110), said door operating assembly (100) comprising a door bracket (150) configured to position the door leaf (101) relative the rail (110), a drive member (170) adapted to be driven by the drive unit (112), and a lever arm (160) having one end (161) pivotally connected to the drive member (170) and a remote portion (167) pivotally connected to the door bracket (150) via a cam structure (194) such that the vertical position of the door leaf (101) relative the rail (110) varies when the lever arm (170) pivots.

Lift glide door lock assembly and lift glide window lock assembly
Hardware for a lift glide door assembly and lift glide window assembly provides ease of opening with an operational opening assist that urges the door or window to an open position on operation of an opening handle. A lock mechanism actuates a lock pin, blocks opening gear mechanisms from operating and extends a security bolt for locking. A guide blade is provided for assisting the door during opening or closing operations.

Double Door Gate Apparatus
A double door gate apparatus having a frame, a main gate and a secondary gate, where the apparatus includes the unique features of a) a latch apparatus between uppermost framework members of the main gate and secondary gate, b) the latch apparatus being weighted to return to a normally closed position, c) each of the main gate and secondary gates having an inverted U-shaped piece engaging the bottommost horizontal member such that each of the main and secondary gates need to be lifted prior to being opened and prior to being closed, and d) a pair of hand wheels on a common shaft that work together to space the double door gate apparatus a desired distance from a vertical surface such as a wall.
