A dosage device for extruding a monocomponent or a bicomponent polymeric product, particularly for an automatic machine for forming a spacer frame, includes a first dosage assembly and a separate second dosage assembly for the dosage and feeding of the product, which can be activated, in a first feeding step and in a third feeding step, alternately so that one of them provides continuity of flow to an extrusion nozzle while the other one is in the reloading step. The first and second dosage assemblies are activated, in a second swapping step that is intermediate with respect to the first and third feeding steps, simultaneously and jointly, one of them having a flow-rate ramp that passes from the steady-state value to zero and the other one complementarily having a flow-rate ramp that passes from zero to the steady-state value.

IGU COOLING ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF OPERATION
An insulating glass unit cooling assembly and method of cooling an insulating glass unit is provided. The cooling assembly includes a cooling unit that directs air at insulating glass units and a conveyor that transports insulating glass units along a path of travel defining an axis of travel for the insulating glass units. The conveyor has a conveyor planar surface that supports a corresponding planar glass surface of the insulating glass units as the insulating glass units are conveyed along the axis of travel such that the planar surface of the insulating glass units are substantially horizontal and substantially parallel to the conveyor planar surface. The air from the cooling unit is directed in a path substantially parallel with the conveyor planar surface and the planar glass surface of the insulating glass units as the insulating glass units travel along the conveyor.

Apparatus for application of foam spacer
A foam spacer applicator may include: a conveyer unit configured to automatically transfer a glass panel; a foam head unit disposed at a predetermined distance from the front side of the conveyer unit, and configured to automatically supply and bond a spacer to the glass panel transferred from the conveyer unit through a combination of an X-axis horizontal operation and a Y-axis elevation operation through an elevation guide plate disposed with a vertical structure; and a magazine unit disposed at a predetermined distance from the rear side of the foam head unit, and configured to inject and apply a sealant to both surfaces of the spacer while adjusting tension of the spacer, and automatically supply the spacer to the foam head unit.
HIGH SPEED PARALLEL PROCESS INSULATED GLASS MANUFACTURING LINE
A high speed parallel manufacturing line for manufacturing insulated glass units, the manufacturing line including a gas filling topping press that mates a spacer applied lite supplied to the topping press and a topping lite supplied to the topping press to create an insulated glass unit and fills the insulated glass unit with a non-air gas. A heating station applies localized heat to adhesive of the spacer material. A sealing press applies pressure to the insulated glass unit and facilitates further sealing of the spacer material to the spacer applied lite and the topping lite. The line may include a fourth corner sealer that completes sealing of the airspace of the IGU prior to finishing of the IGU.
Double-pane window insulating system
The present invention relates to a double-pane window insulating system. The double-pane window insulating system according to the present invention comprises: a double-pane window having a chamber formed between a pair of windowpanes, a bead inlet via which a plurality of beads and air flow into the chamber, a bead outlet via which the plurality of beads and the air accommodated in the chamber are discharged, and an air entrance/exit opening via which air enters and exits the chamber; and a bead discharge means for discharging the plurality of beads, accommodated in the chamber, to the bead outlet.
AUTOMATED SPACER PROCESSING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The invention provides automated spacer processing systems and methods. The systems and methods involve at least one robot arm that is configured to process spacers for multiple-pane insulating glazing units. In some embodiments, the systems also include an insulating glazing unit assembly line and a spacer conveyor system. Additionally or alternatively, the systems may include a sealant applicator.

An apparatus for filling insulating glass with gas which has a fixed panel and a movable panel is provided. The fixed panel and the movable panel have respective working surfaces for holding glass panes and are configured to be juxtaposed along a direction perpendicular to the working surfaces to join the glass panes one to the other. The apparatus has closure elements forming a chamber impermeable to fluids between the fixed panel and the movable panel, and suction elements establishing and maintaining a predetermined pressure value inside the chamber.
