Autonomous Anti-Mosquito Net System for a Fixed Lower Guide
The system has a pleated net run by ropes that begin from the same side of the retention case, cross the net and continue upwards to all upper fixed horizontal guide, and are fastened at the upper part of the system. This invention uses wire rope which has one edge fastened at the upper truck, passes horizontally above the net, then passes through the pulley at the upper part of the sliding case, follows a vertical course towards the second pulley at the lower part of the sliding guide, crosses the lower fixed horizontal guide and is fastened on the lower part of the vertical fixed side guide. In case of a system with two or more leaves, this invention uses a ropes' central end component, tension adjusters and a ropes' run component.
Variable Window Treatment
A device for variably covering an area includes a first shade and a first driver. The first shade includes a first roller, a first draw bar, and a first curtain. The first roller is configured for mounting in a first fixed position. The first curtain has one end connected to the first roller and another end connected to the first draw bar. The first curtain is windable on the first roller to uncover the area and unwindable from the roller to cover the area. The first draw bar includes two ends, and the first driver is connected to the two ends for evenly pulling the first draw bar away from the first roller and unwinding the first curtain.
Retractable curtain for livestock structures
A retractable curtain system is provided and includes a curtain support system, a curtain, and a retraction system. The curtain support system includes a pair of outer walls and an upper frame to provide a curtain receiving space. The curtain covers the curtain receiving space and includes a first non-transparent panel and transparent panel connected to the first non-transparent panel. The retraction system is connected to the curtain to lower and raise the transparent panel.
Pull across roll up screen assembly and method of assembly
The present invention relates generally to a screen assembly that can be used in a window or door cavity, or any other area which may benefit from the assembly and which contains a flexible sheet like member (for instance an insect screen) wound about substantially vertical rod (for example), which can be pulled across the window or door cavity such that the screen extends and retracts in a horizontal direction and particularly to a system and method allowing more straightforward installation on site, quickly and easily.
Roll-up doors and method for securing same
A roll-up door including a flexible curtain having a front surface, a back surface, a first end coupled to a shaft, a second end opposite the first end, and first and second side edges extending between the first end and the second end, the flexible curtain being moveable between a retracted position wherein the flexible curtain is coiled around the shaft and a deployed position wherein the flexible curtain is uncoiled from the shaft. A first retention band is mounted along at least a portion of the first side edge of the flexible curtain, the first retention band including an inner surface at least partially facing towards the flexible curtain, an outer surface opposite the inner surface, a fixed edge attached to the flexible curtain generally parallel to the first side edge, and a free edge opposite the fixed edge and movable relative to the fixed edge.
Retaining device for an operating member of a window shade and window shade using the same
A retaining device for an operating member of a window shade includes a casing having an opening, a sliding part having a first and a second inner cavity, and a spring respectively connected with the sliding part and the casing. The sliding part is assembled with the casing, and is movable between a first and a second position, wherein the sliding part in the first position occludes the opening and has the first inner cavity exposed for insertion of an operating member of a window shade, and the sliding part in the second position has the first inner cavity retracted toward an interior of the casing while the second inner cavity overlaps with the opening for facilitating travel of an operating member of a window shade through the opening and the second inner cavity. The spring is operable to urge the sliding part to move toward the first position.
Screen device
A screen device (1), comprising a screen roller (2), a screen (3) which can be rolled up and unrolled hereon, an end lath (4), which is fitted to an opposite side of the screen (3), and a tensioning system (8) to tension the screen (3) in the roll-up and unrolling direction, the tensioning system comprising on each lateral side of the screen (3) a band wheel (5) next to the screen roller (2), a tensioning cord (6), which can be rolled up and unrolled hereon and which, at its end away from the band wheel (5), is fastened to the end lath (4), away from the screen roller (2) a reversing wheel (7), via which the tensioning cord (6) is turned, and a spring sub-system (18), which comprises at least one spring element (9) for keeping the respective tensioning cord (6) under tension, wherein at least one of the spring sub-systems (18) comprises adjustors (10, 11, 14, 13, 16) for adjusting the spring force of the spring element (9).
DOOR ASSEMBLY HAVING A SOFT BOTTOMED DOOR PANEL AND SYSTEM AND METHOD OF DRIVING THE SAME
A drive tooth for use in an overhead roll-up door assembly, the drive tooth having a cylindrically shaped outer surface having a toothed portion and a non-toothed portion, with the toothed portion having an engagement tooth extending laterally across the cylindrically shaped outer surface transverse to the height of the cylindrically shaped outer surface and a first recess located adjacent the engagement tooth, the first recess being positioned between the engagement tooth and a top surface of the cylindrically shaped outer surface. The toothed portion further includes a second recess located adjacent the engagement tooth, the second recess being positioned between the engagement tooth and a bottom surface of the cylindrically shaped outer surface.
DOOR ASSEMBLY HAVING A SOFT BOTTOMED DOOR PANEL AND SYSTEM AND METHOD OF DRIVING THE SAME
A door assembly having a motor, a first drum coupled to the motor, a second drum, and a door panel coupled to the second drum, the door panel extending over the first drum, the door panel winding onto and unwinding from the second drum when engaged and moved by the first drum. Activation of the motor in a first direction causes the first drum to rotate in a first direction, causing the door panel to unwind from the second drum, and activation of the motor in a second direction, opposite to the first direction, causing the door panel to wind onto the second drum.
DOOR ASSEMBLY HAVING A SOFT BOTTOMED DOOR PANEL AND SYSTEM AND METHOD OF DRIVING THE SAME
