In a collection mode: the first and second box portions are in an expanded position, the first and second hinges are spaced from each other, the first flange is rotatable about the second hinge to position the first flange body portion next to the first box portion, and the first and second box portions are rotatable relative to one another about the first hinge from an open collection state to a closed collection state to trap waste therein. The second hinge is next to the second box portion in the closed collection state.
Dog waste removal apparatus
An apparatus for removing dog waste is disclosed which includes a bottom panel (235) for scooping up a piece of dog waste from a ground, a left side panel (122L) and a right side panel (122R) both attached to a back panel (223), each of the left side panel (122L), the right side panel (122R) and the back panel (223) also attached to the bottom panel (235) to form a concave space with only one front opening, and a front panel (102) pivotally connected to a top edge of the back panel (223), wherein when the front panel (102) pivots to a first position the front panel (102) reaches the bottom panel (235) and completely covers the front opening, and when the front panel (102) pivots to a second position there is a gap between the front panel (102) and the bottom panel (235) for accommodating the piece of dog waste.
Dog feces collecting apparatus and disposable bag therefor
A dog feces collecting apparatus (10), including: at least two jaws (14a, 14b), being rotatable (40) one in relation to the other; and a disposable bag (16), comprising: means (22, 17, 19), for manually connecting the disposable bag (16) to the jaws (14a, 14b) while the ends (36a, 36b) of the jaws (14a, 14b) are drawn apart one from the other; and attaching means (20a, 20b, 17, 19), for attaching portions of the disposable bag (16) meeting one another upon meeting of ends (36a, 36b) of the jaws (14a, 14b), thereby upon drawing the ends (36a, 36b) of the least two jaws (14a, 14b) apart one from the other, the attaching means (20a, 20b, 17, 19) removes the disposable bag (16) from at least one of the jaws (14a, 14b).
Device and methods for pet waste collection and disposal
A pet waste collection and disposal device comprising: a frame having an outer frame edge; a scoop; wherein the scoop is surrounded by the frame and is associated with the frame via perforations adapted to allow a detachment of the scoop from the frame creating a frame opening; and a bag having an interior surface associated with the outer frame edge; wherein the bag is in a compressed state when the device is in a folded state, and is adapted to be in an expanded state and receive the pet waste when the device is in an unfolded state; wherein the frame opening accesses the interior space, such that the bag is receives the pet waste and the scoop through the frame opening; and wherein the bag is completely encloses the frame, the pet waste, and the scoop when the bag is in the expanded state and a sealed state.
CONTAINER FOR PICKING UP MATERIAL WITHOUT CONTACT
Disclosed is a container including: a containment bag, and a narrowing element inside a closing passage of the containment bag for reducing an inlet section of the containment bag. The narrowing element has a bending stiffness around a direction of extension of the containment bag that is lower than a bending stiffness around an axis perpendicular to the direction of extension. The narrowing element has a first gripping zone and a second gripping zone. The narrowing element is configured so that the opening reduces the inlet section by pulling the first gripping zone in a first direction and pulling or pushing the second gripping zone in a second direction.
DOG FECES COLLECTING APPARATUS AND DISPOSABLE BAG THEREFOR
A dog feces collecting apparatus (10), including: at least two jaws (14a, 14b), being rotatable (40) one in relation to the other; and a disposable bag (16), comprising: means (22, 17, 9), for manually connecting the disposable bag (16) to the jaws (14a, 14b) while the ends (36a, 36b) of the jaws (14a, 14b) are drawn apart one from the other; and attaching means (20a, 20b, 17, 19), for attaching portions of the disposable bag (16) meeting one another upon meeting of ends (36a, 36b) of 10 the jaws (14a, 14b), thereby upon drawing the ends (36a, 36b) of the least two jaws (14a, 14b) apart one from the other, the attaching means (20a, 20b, 17, 19) removes the disposable bag (16) from at least one of the jaws (14a, 14b).

Biodegradable and compostable dog waste materials and method for using same
A biodegradable and compostable sheet of material for picking up and disposing of dog excrement in an environmentally friendly manner. The sheet comprises paper or paperboard that is made grease resistant. The sheets may be stored in individual sheets or on an elongated sheet that may be folded and rolled for use with dispensing units. In operation, a user grabs or tears off an individual sheet and then places the sheet over the dog excrement so that it is located generally about the sheet's center. The corners or top edges of the sheet may then be grasped and rotated in a direction opposite of the rotation of the central section so that a twist end is formed to retain the dog excrement within a sack. The sack may then be disposed of in a trash can or composter, wherein it will degrade in an environmental safe way.
