EXCAVATOR BOOM EXTENSION
A boom extension for an excavator is disclosed. The boom extension extends the length of the boom by about 2-2.5 feet. The boom extension is comprised of a bent metal plate, a flat bar, machined bosses, machined collars, and a metal rod (such as a solid steel rod). The boom extension also includes a cylinder extension with two collars on one end and one collar on the other end allowing the boom extension to operate normally without additional hydraulic components.
EXCAVATOR BOOM EXTENSION
A pin-on boom extension system for an excavator including (1) a top bar; (2) a bottom boom tube adapted to receive a free end of the excavator boom, the bottom tube including a first aperture aligned with a second aperture; (3) a first securing pin adapted to extend through the first aperture and the second aperture; (4) a first pivot bar secured to the bottom boom tube and to the top bar; (5) the second pivot bar having the first end secured to the bottom boom tube and a second end secured to the top bar; (6) a first adjustment plate extending from the first side of the bottom boom tube to the second side of the bottom boom tube; and (7) a second adjustment plate extending from the first side of the bottom boom tube to the second side of the bottom boom tube.
WORKING MACHINE WITH COUPLING DEVICE FOR FLUID-CONDUCTING LINES
The disclosure relates to a working machine, which comprises a first boom part, a second boom part detachably connectable to the first boom part, a first and a second fluid-guiding line and a coupling device for reversibly coupling the first and second lines. The first line is arranged on the first boom part and the second line is arranged on the second boom part. The coupling device comprises a first coupling part connected to the first line in a fluid-conducting manner, a second coupling part connected to the second line in a fluid-conducting manner and connected to the second boom part, and a pivot part connected to the first boom part, which can be pivoted about a pivot axis. By pivoting the pivot part about the pivot axis, the two coupling parts can be coupled in a fluid-conducting manner. According to the disclosure, the working machine comprises a locking mechanism.
HYBRID LOADER BOOM ARM ASSEMBLY
A hybrid loader boom arm assembly for a loader work vehicle includes an arm assembly that includes a first beam formed from a lightweight material and a second beam formed from the lightweight material. The loader boom arm includes a connection assembly having a first steel plate and a pair of knee plates formed from the lightweight material. A portion of the first steel plate is received within the first beam and a second portion of the first steel plate is received within the second beam. The pair of knee plates cooperate to define a first channel that receives the end of the first beam and a second channel that receives the second end of the second beam. The first steel plate and the pair of knee plates are configured for interconnecting the first beam with the second beam.
HYBRID LOADER BOOM ARM ASSEMBLY
A hybrid loader boom arm assembly for a loader work vehicle includes an arm assembly. The arm assembly includes a hollow first beam formed from a lightweight material and a block formed from a second lightweight material. The block has a first block end received within a first end of the first beam. The arm assembly includes at least one first steel reinforcing plate coupled to the first beam at the end, and at least one connecting plate coupled to the at least one first reinforcing plate.
Work implement, work vehicle and method
A work implement for a work vehicle includes a boom having a chassis attachment end and an arm attachment end, an arm including a boom attachment end and a tool attachment end, and a work tool coupled to the tool attachment end of the arm. The boom attachment end is pivotally coupled to the arm attachment end of the boom. At least one of the boom and the arm includes a first portion and a second portion movably coupled to the first portion between a first orientation with respect to the first portion and a second orientation with respect to the first portion. At least one fastener is coupled between the first and second portions to selectively secure the second portion in the first orientation and the second orientation with respect to the first portion.
WORK MACHINE ARM, WORK IMPLEMENT, AND WORK MACHINE
An arm cylinder bracket (7a) is connected to a lower plate (BP). An inner rib (21) is disposed inside an arm (7) and connected to the lower plate (BP) within a connection range (RA) between the lower plate (BP) and the arm cylinder bracket (7a) in a side view.
Attachment for work machine
An attachment of a work machine includes first and second attachment bodies connectable to each other quickly and easily. The first attachment body includes first side plates including first projecting portions formed with notches, and the second attachment body includes second side plates including second projecting portions and a fitting pin inserted through the second projecting portions. The interval between the first side plates is larger than the interval between the second side plates. The first and second attachment bodies are interconnected while the first projecting portions are disposed outside the second projecting portions, and the parts of the fitting pin protruding outward beyond the second projecting portions are fitted with the notches.
A Boom System for Manouevring Oversize Material
The present invention provides a boom system 1 for breaking and manoeuvring oversize material. The boom system 1 is mounted or attached to a vehicle. The boom system 1 comprises a base 2, a column 5 protruding upwardly from the base 2 and a boom arm 3 moveably connectable to the upright column 5 at connection point 16. A moving arrangement 4 is provided to move all or part of the upright column 5 towards and away from the base 2 so that the connection 16 between the boom arm 3 and the upright column is moveable towards and away from the base 2. A mobile crusher comprising a boom system 1 for breaking and manoeuvring oversize material is also provided.
