FATIGUE LIFE OPTIMIZED MODULAR BUCKET ASSEMBLY
A fatigue life optimized modular bucket assembly for a work machine and a method of manufacturing thereof are disclosed. The bucket assembly includes a bucket core having a pair of side sections, a continuous wrapper, a supporting element, and a receptacle; and an extension module having a pair of side bars, a guard module, an edge module, and, optionally, a set of extension plates. The method includes prebuilding the bucket core, receiving an order, providing parts for the extension module, and assembling the bucket core and the extension module parts. The bucket assembly may include universal and customizable components without exhibiting reduction to fatigue life commonly associated with weld seams.
Load-based adjustment system of implement control parameters and method of use
A work machine includes a chassis, a boom coupled to the chassis, and a work implement coupled to the boom and movable relative to the chassis. In system may further include dynamic payload weighing system configured to measure the payload weight on the work implement. The system may also include an electrohydraulic system controller in communication with the dynamic payload weighing system and an electrohydraulic control valve electrically coupled to the electrohydraulic system controller and moveable to a plurality of weight-specific valve positions based on the measured payload weight on the implement.
Loader bucket
Power machine bucket implements include a rear wall structure, a bottom wall structure adjoining the rear wall structure at a bend region, and a two-piece brace. The two-piece brace includes a first piece attached to and extending along a portion of the bottom wall structure and a second piece, separate from the first piece, attached to the back side of the rear wall structure.

OVERLAPPING CUTTING EDGE TIP SYSTEM
A cutting edge tip includes an attachment portion defining an adapter receiving void. A working portion extends forwardly from the attachment portion. A first lateral end portion is disposed along the lateral direction, the first lateral end portion defining a first lateral end surface that jogs laterally. Also, a second lateral end portion is disposed along the lateral direction opposite of the first lateral end portion. The second lateral end portion also defines a second lateral end surface that jogs laterally.
Bucket claw system
A bucket claw system and method of use wherein the bucket claw system comprises a bucket, either wedge shaped or flat bottomed, that is attached to a piece of heavy equipment such as a loader or skid-steer, wherein the bucket further comprises a plurality of teeth on the outside of the bucket, on the back portion of the bucket, in the area of the transition from the bottom portion of the bucket and the back portion. The bucket claw system can be used by rotating the front edge of the bucket up, exposing the plurality of teeth to the ground, and then moving the plurality of teeth along the ground in order to clear an area of scrap limbs, brush, vines, grass, roots, and undergrowth.

Construction machine
A construction machine that can display various work devices including a bucket on a display device without causing a sense of discomfort is provided. A display controller is configured to deform a first drawing figure to create a first post-deformation drawing figure such that a triangle having vertexes at a first coupling point, a second coupling point and a first monitor point in the first drawing figure becomes congruent with a triangle having vertexes at the first coupling point, the second coupling point and the first monitor point in a coordinate system on an image on a display device, and arrange the first post-deformation drawing figure on a screen of the display device such that positions of the first coupling point, the second coupling point and the first monitor point in the first post-deformation drawing figure are arranged correspondingly to positions of the first coupling point, the second coupling point and the first monitor point, respectively, in the coordinate system on the image.

TILT BUCKET
A bucket assembly for use with a piece of construction equipment, the bucket assembly including a bucket including a base wall with a leading edge, where the bucket defines a bucket width, and a bucket frame pivotably coupled to the bucket and configured to be mounted to the piece of construction equipment, where the bucket frame defines a pivot axis about which the bucket pivots relative to the bucket frame over a pre-determined range of motion, where the pivot axis is parallel to the base wall of the bucket and perpendicular to the leading edge of the bucket, and where the pivot axis is centered along the bucket width.
