TRAILING MACHINE FOR THE LEVELLING OF GROUND AND ROADS
The invention relates to a towable machine for leveling ground and roads which can be towed by a tractor or tractor unit, comprising a chassis attached to the tractor unit, wherein said chassis supports a scarifier-type front portion that directs the scarified material towards a leveling blade, said material accumulating in a container demarcated by side walls, and wherein the scarifier-type front portion is formed by three scarifier-type blades which are curved and arranged in a delta shape with respect to the forward movement direction and bearing interchangeable spikes or tines at the lower end thereof.
Reconfigurable box blade
A reconfigurable box blade includes a box frame that includes a left sidewall, a right sidewall, and a scraping blade that spans laterally between the left sidewall and the right sidewall. The reconfigurable box blade also includes a means for attaching the box frame to a vehicle. The reconfigurable box blade has a first configuration and a second configuration. The first configuration includes the scraping blade being in contact with a ground surface, and, a longest dimension of the box blade oriented substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the vehicle. The second configuration includes the scraping blade being out of contact with the ground surface and the longest dimension of the box frame being substantially aligned with the longitudinal axis of the vehicle.
Motor grader
A circle rotator of a motor grader includes a worm, a worm wheel and a shaft. The worm wheel has an inner peripheral portion, an outer peripheral portion enclosing the inner peripheral portion from outside, and a plurality of first clutch discs to be spline-coupled to the inner peripheral surface of the inner peripheral portion. The inner peripheral portion is made of a material harder than a material of which the outer peripheral portion is made.
A GRADER ASSEMBLY AND VEHICLE
The present invention relates to a grading assembly, a grader vehicle and method for maintaining a dirt or gravel road. The grader assembly is adapted for use with a water truck or truck having water dispersal means to shape and maintain a camber or a crown of a dirt or gravel road. The assembly includes a grading device carried by the truck for shaping and maintaining the camber or the crown of the dirt or gravel road.
Motor graders and circle drives associated with the same
Motor graders and circle drives associated with the same. An example work vehicle includes a frame, a circle drive coupled to the frame, moldboard coupled to the circle drive and a planetary gear apparatus including an output shaft configured to mesh with the circle drive to rotate the circle drive relative to the frame.
Implement for grading roads
A road drag implement includes a frame, a hitch assembly, rear wheels and a two grading blades. The frame is supported by the rear wheels and the hitch assembly. The rear wheels and the hitch assembly have articulating support structures that are able to be controllably positioned between a raised transport positions and lowered working positions. A first blade assembly and a second blade assembly are pivotably mounted to the frame. The first blade assembly is in a forward position on the right side of the frame and the second blade assembly is behind the first blade assembly on the left side of the frame. Actuators connect between the frame and each respective blade assembly which are able rotate the blade assemblies between a first retracted position for transport and a second extended position for road work.
Hydraulic systems for grading machines
A hydraulic system for operating a circle drive gear of a grading machine includes a pump configured to output pressurized fluid, a directional control valve fluidly coupled to the pump, a bidirectional hydraulic motor located downstream of the directional control valve and fluidly coupled to the directional control valve via hydraulic lines. The hydraulic motor has an output shaft that is configured to be rotationally driven by pressurized fluid output by the pump. Dual counterbalance valves may be disposed within the hydraulic circuit of the directional control valve and hydraulic motor such that any gearbox driven by the hydraulic motor is protected from external opposing forces. Accordingly, motion in the circle drive system is hydraulically locked at the beginning and release of a circle rotation command with the help of fluid pressure in the hydraulic lines.
Motor grader and method of controlling motor grader
A motor grader includes an operation apparatus, a front frame, a draw bar swingably attached to the front frame, a first actuator attached to the draw bar, the first actuator moving the draw bar in a lateral direction with respect to the front frame, a second actuator attached to the draw bar, the second actuator moving the draw bar in a direction toward the front frame and a direction away from the front frame, and a controller that causes the first actuator and the second actuator to operate. The controller causes the first actuator and the second actuator to operate based on an operation signal received from the operation apparatus such that a position of the draw bar with respect to the front frame comes closer to a neutral position of the draw bar with respect to the front frame.
