Hydraulic-electric coupling driven multi-actuator system and control method
The present disclosure relates to a hydraulic-electric coupling driven multi-actuator system and control method, and belongs to technical fields of hydraulic transmission and electro-mechanical transmission. The hydraulic-electric coupling driven multi-actuator system comprises one or more hydraulic-electric hybrid driven actuators, first inverters, control valves, centralized hydraulic units and control units, wherein the number of the first inverters and the number of the control valves are the same as that of the hydraulic-electric hybrid driven actuators; each hydraulic-electric hybrid driven actuator is correspondingly connected with one first inverter and one control valve; the centralized hydraulic units are connected with the control valves and configured to supply oil for the hydraulic-electric hybrid driven actuators and to perform power compensation; and the control units are respectively connected with the hydraulic-electric hybrid driven actuators, and each control unit is configured to control output torque of a first motor of the corresponding hydraulic-electric hybrid driven actuator based on pressure information of the hydraulic-electric hybrid driven actuator, such that pressure of driving cavities of the hydraulic-electric hybrid driven actuators is equal, which greatly reduces throttling loss caused by the load differences of the actuators.
Operation control device for working vehicle
An operation control device for a working vehicle comprises a hydraulic actuator to drive the hydraulic working device, operating oil supply source for driving the hydraulic actuator, an operating oil supply control device that performs control to supply operating oil to the hydraulic actuator, an operating device to be operated to make the hydraulic actuator work and a working gain setting device that sets a gain of working speed of the hydraulic actuator corresponding to the operation of the operating device. The operating oil supply control device controls operating oil supply from the operating oil supply source to the hydraulic actuator based on the operation output signal from the operating device and the working speed gain set by the working gain setting device.
Retrofit cylinder assembly for agricultural equipment
A retrofit assembly used to substitute a remotely controlled cylinder for a furrow closing standard spring on agricultural equipment. The retrofit assembly includes a cylinder mount including a cylinder mount tab and a cylinder mount fixture. The cylinder mount is connected to the furrow mount. The cylinder bracket 30 is mounted to the agricultural equipment. A remotely controlled fluid cylinder is mounted between the cylinder mounting assembly and the cylinder mounting bracket. A standard spring for a furrow closing assembly on agricultural equipment can be replaced with a remotely control fluid cylinder allowing the furrow closing assembly to be controlled remotely by the user.
Shovel
A shovel includes a hydraulic actuator, an operating apparatus used to operate the hydraulic actuator, an obtaining device configured to obtain information concerning the vibration of the body of a shovel, and a hardware processor. The hardware processor is configured to perform such control as to reduce the responsiveness of the hydraulic actuator to the operation of the operating apparatus when the body of the shovel is vibrating or the vibration is likely to occur in the body of the shovel, based on the output of the obtaining device.
ASPHALT MILLING ATTACHMENT WITH ADJUSTABLE BAFFLE AND SECURE ATTACHMENT
A milling attachment is attachable to a host vehicle so that the host vehicle provides propulsion of the milling attachment. The milling attachment has a milling drum, a discharge baffle, and a baffle actuator. The milling drum is adjustably positioned vertically to determine milling depth. The discharge baffle is positioned rearward of the milling drum and pivotally adjustable to maintain a desired space between the milling drum and the discharge baffle at any of the vertical positions of the milling drum. The baffle actuator causes the pivoting of the discharge baffle. The milling attachment may further comprise a hood with a bit access hatch that provides access to the milling drum. The milling attachment may also further comprise a connection securing assembly for securing the milling attachment to the host vehicle by securing a bucket of the host vehicle within a bucket slot in the milling attachment.
COUPLING ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF HYDRAULICALLY COUPLING TO A TOOL
A method of coupling a tool to a work machine including inserting a front lug of a coupling assembly into a front recess on the tool, inserting a rear lug of the coupling assembly into a rear recess on the tool, moving a retaining member of the coupler assembly to a retaining position relative to the tool to releasably mount the tool to the work machine, while simultaneously preventing movement of a hydraulic coupling manifold on the coupling assembly from moving; and moving the hydraulic coupling manifold to a coupling position with a hydraulic power transmission coupling on the tool to hydraulically couple the tool to the work machine in response to the retaining member reaching the retaining position.
Construction equipment hydraulic system and control method therefor
