Locating members positioned in alignment with fluid source pipes and their corresponding valves ensure proper placement of the faucet assembly relative to the mounting deck.

A sillcock with one or more side inlets, which allow the sillcock to be mounted directly to a wall or other structure without additional fittings such as an elbow or tee. The sillcock may include an integral stop to allow the sillcock to be shut off and serviced without shutting off the entire system. A tool and method for a faucet installation is disclosed. Both sides of the T-shaped flange are provided with screw holes, guide grooves, a first step, and a second step. A tightening screw is arranged in the screw hole, and the tightening screw is threadedly connected with the tightening component. The tightening screw controls the tightening part in the T-flange to rotate and unfold from the first step, and then fit in the guide groove and tighten upward, tighten and fix the T-flange in the faucet fixing hole of the sink, and then connect and fix the faucet with the fixing device to realize the operation and installation of the faucet on the front of the sink. The fixing device can be installed and fixed by rotating the two tightening screws in the positive direction.

A faucet trim assembly includes faucet body subassembly and a base subassembly removably coupled to the faucet body subassembly. The faucet body subassembly includes a spout, an escutcheon coupled to the spout, and a handle coupled to the escutcheon. The spout includes a first internal passageway. An on-basin installation device of a faucet is provided, wherein a basin surface is disposed with an installation hole. The device includes an installation seat, for installing the faucet above the basin surface and disposed with a limiting hole; a fastener, disposed with a first connection hole and a second connection hole; a driving member, disposed with a driving part at one end thereof, wherein the driving part abuts to a top surface of the installation seat, another end thereof passes through the limiting hole and the installation hole to extend below the basin surface, and a portion thereof extending below the basin surface penetrates the first connection hole and is screwed with the first connection hole; and an anti-rotation member, with one end thereof fixed to the installation seat and another end thereof penetrating the second connection hole and abutting to a side wall of the second connection hole.

At least one guide rod is connected to the lower portion of the fixing seat, at least one guide part to be matched with the guide rod is arranged on the connecting rod mechanism, and the screw rod is matched and connected with the connecting rod mechanism.

A pull-out spray of a pull-out faucet includes a spray head connected to a pull-out hose of the pull-out faucet and a sensor trigger fitted to a faucet body of the pull-out faucet. The spray head includes a spray head body, a solenoid valve, and a sensor switch controlled by the sensor trigger. The solenoid valve and the sensor switch are fitted to the spray head body. The solenoid valve is electrically connected to the sensor switch. The solenoid valve controls the spray head body to spray water or not according a control signal of the sensor switch. The spray head is controlled to spray water by pulling the spray head, thereby improving the use of the pull-out faucet.

A simple installation module for installation on a countertop includes a fixing seat to be fixed in a mounting hole in a countertop, a connecting rod mechanism, and a screw rod. At least one guide rod is connected to the lower portion of the fixing seat, at least one guide part to be matched with the guide rod is arranged on the connecting rod mechanism, and the screw rod is matched and connected with the connecting rod mechanism.

The present disclosure discloses a fixing device and a faucet installation device. The fixing device comprises a base and a pressing block mechanism. The pressing block mechanism comprises two pressing plates. The two pressing plates are respectively connected to a locking rod, and an inner side wall of the base protrudes to define two connecting bases. At least one of the locking rods is configured to move relative to the base between a working state and a movable state. Movement of the at least one of the locking rods between the working state and the movable state cooperates with the change of the pressing block mechanism between the unfolded state and the folded state.
