POP-UP DRAIN STOPPER AND ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
A drain control assembly having a pop-up stopper controlled by a cam actuating mechanism allowing the stopper to alternately seal and unseat from the drain opening by pressing down on the stopper. Actuator guide rings extending from vertical fins and tabs are used to align and removably secure the actuator in position within the drain pipe. The stopper seal seats against the sink housing the drain providing a water tight seal. The assembly has a removable catch screen to retain items fallen into the drain. The stopper and actuator assembly can be dislodged and the entire assembly removed and items in the catch screen can be retrieved or the actuator removed for cleaning. The assembly can then be reinstalled by simply inserting it down into the drain.
Retainer guidance for rinsing valves
A valve assembly includes a valve head. A valve stem extends from the valve head and into a drain bore in a housing. A first guidance retainer ring is mounted around the valve stem at a first axial location on the valve stem. A second guidance retainer ring is mounted around the valve stem at a second axial location on the valve stem spaced apart from the first axial location.
Drain Stopper Apparatus
A drain stopper apparatus is disclosed and configured for being installed within a drain hole of a fixture, for preventing any buildup of hair or other materials within an associated drainpipe of the fixture. In at least one embodiment, the apparatus provides a stopper body sized and shaped for being positioned within the drain hole of the fixture, in contact with an inner surface of a basin of the fixture. A stopper tailpiece is engaged with a bottom of the stopper body. A stopper is positioned within the stopper body and configured for selectively moving between one of an open position and a closed position. A drive coupler interconnects a lower end of the stopper tailpiece with an upper end of the drainpipe, the drive coupler providing a drive mechanism positioned and configured for selectively actuating the stopper between the open and closed positions.
Sink drain aid
A method for removing a sink drain stopper includes providing a sink drain aid including a handle and a suction cup connected to the handle; engaging the sink drain aid suction cup to a sink stopper; and pulling on the handle to remove the sink drain stopper. A device to perform the method includes the sink drain aid described.
Popup drain stopper with debris trap and popup drain stopper assembly having the same
The present disclosure relates to popup drain stopper and popup drain stopper assemblies. The popup drain stopper includes a debris trap having a plurality of bristle arranged to trap debris flowing into a drainpipe in which the stopper is positioned. Popup drain stopper assemblies include the popup drain stopper with the debris trap and the ability to remove the drain stopper from the drainpipe without disassembly.
Wastewater drain stopper system
A wastewater drain assembly includes a selectively openable drain stopper. The wastewater drain assembly is interconnected to a fluid basin wherein a flange, which is interconnected to wastewater plumbing, is situated within the sink. The flange receives an insert that has a portion that conceals the flange.
Drain plug linkage device
A drain plug linkage device includes a pull rod assembly, an operating rod, a drain plug, and a drain pipe. The pull rod assembly includes a pull rod and a connecting sleeve. The operating rod has a plurality of spaced recessed portions. The connecting sleeve and the operating rod are arranged crosswise. The connecting sleeve has a plurality of spaced positioning portions each having an opening. One of the recessed portions of the operating rod is selectively inserted through the opening of a corresponding one of the positioning portions to be positioned therein. The operation of adjusting the height of the pull rod assembly and the distance between the pull rod assembly and a washbasin, bathroom sink or hand wash sink is simple.
Pop Up Stopper and Seal
A pop up stopper comprising multiple aperture and at least one non-aperture lever rod engagement locations to allow use of the stopper as a replacement with different pre-existing actuating and drain systems when the existing stopper is broken, worn or needs to be replaced for aesthetic reasons. An existing lever rod is selectively positionable to engage with one of the lever rod engagement locations that are disposed at varying heights on the stopper. Most preferably, there are six lever rod engagement locations, four aperture locations and two non-aperture locations. A seal disposed below a cap and around a body of the stopper comprises an enlarged annular ring near its outer edge to provide increased surface area for sealing a drain opening. The body of the stopper has a maximum width measured in cross section of 1.04 inches or less.
Sink strainer assembly
A sink strainer assembly for attachment to a clamping ring of a sink waste valve assembly comprising a strainer sized to fit within and be attachable to the clamping ring by a locking bar attachable to the clamping ring and at least one or more screws affixing the strainer to the locking bar, the improvement to which comprises (a) the strainer comprising a cylindrical body having top and bottom surfaces provided with passageways extending from the top surface and extending through the bottom surface to permit fluids to pass through the strainer, a channel cut in the bottom surface and having a post cavity of greater depth than the channel, a screw passageway extending from the bottom of the post cavity through the top surface of the strainer body; (b) the locking bar comprising an elongated slat member having a width greater than the depth of the channel and a length sized to fit in the channel, the slat having a post member sized to fit into the post cavity, the post member having an axial passageway formed by a threaded interior wall and positioned on the slat member to be aligned to the screw passageway when the locking bar is positioned in the channel, the slat having its opposing end sections forming a shoulder extendable beneath the clamping ring lower rim when the strainer is positioned in the clamping ring; and (c) a screw sized and shaped to fit into the screw passageway and be operatively engaged with the threaded interior wall of the post member.
