Drain Stopper Apparatus
A drain stopper apparatus is disclosed and configured for being installed within a drain hole of a fixture, for preventing any buildup of hair or other materials within an associated drainpipe of the fixture. In at least one embodiment, the apparatus provides a stopper body sized and shaped for being positioned within the drain hole of the fixture, in contact with an inner surface of a basin of the fixture. A stopper tailpiece is engaged with a bottom of the stopper body. A stopper is positioned within the stopper body and configured for selectively moving between one of an open position and a closed position. A drive coupler interconnects a lower end of the stopper tailpiece with an upper end of the drainpipe, the drive coupler providing a drive mechanism positioned and configured for selectively actuating the stopper between the open and closed positions.
Bath Waste And Overflow Systems And Methods Of Use
A bath waste and overflow drain system of the present disclosure may comprise both drain and overflow assemblies. The drain assembly generally includes a drain elbow, drain gasket, drain spud, drain trim, and drain stopper. The drain trim may possess weep channels that urge stagnated water from a periphery of the drain spud and into the drain. The overflow assembly generally includes an overflow elbow, overflow gasket, retaining nut, and overflow faceplate. The overflow faceplate may have bayonet channels that engage with a protrusion of the overflow elbow so as to accommodate variances in tub design when effecting an installation. The system according to an embodiment may also comprise test plugs of the overflow and drain varieties which are, together, operable to permit pressure-related tests of the system prior to completing an installation. The overflow and drain test plugs are simple to manipulate and install/remove with quick-engaging, complementary locking features.
GASKET SEALS FOR DRAIN CLOSURES
An exemplary embodiment, among others, of the present disclosure is directed to a drain closure assembly. Such an assembly has a domed cap at a top portion of the drain closure assembly and a flange that is positioned below the domed cap. The assembly further includes a stem that extends from below the flange to a bottom portion of the drain closure assembly and a gasket seal that is positioned around the stem at a bottom of the drain closure assembly. The gasket seal has a frusto-conical shape, wherein a top portion of the gasket seal has a wider diameter than a bottom portion of the gasket seal, and the gasket seal has a central circular opening that fits closely around the stem.
Universal non-convex press type drain
A universal non-convex press type drain, comprising: a drainpipe, having an upper stop section and a lower stop section; a pressing drain arranged inside the drainpipe and positioned by the lower stop section, the pressing drain has a stopper for stopping and draining water, the rise and fall of the stopper can be control by pressing; and a moveable strainer, the moveable strainer has a compression spring and has a pressing block below the moveable strainer; when the moveable strainer is not pressed, the compression spring makes the top edge of the moveable strainer aligned to the top edge of the drainpipe. So as to provide a non-convex press type drain which top edge is aligned to the installed surface and has the effect of preventing smell and insect.
Drain Stopper Device
The present invention relates to plumbing fixtures, and more particularly to drain stopper assemblies used to control the flow of fluid through a drain opening of a sink or bathtub. More specifically, the present invention is a novel drain stopper device that can be attached or removed from a drain without the use of tools and without requiring a user to access the space underneath the drain. The device is preferably comprised of a drain stopper head portion having a repositionable push button in mechanical communication with a spring, a shaft and a pair of repositionable jaws such that the pair of jaws are repositioned to grip or release a pivot rod when the push button is repositioned between a first and a second position.
BLIND INSTALL DRAIN FOR BATH OR SHOWER
A drain installation assembly includes a drain body and a drain coupling. The drain coupling is configured to be inserted into a drain opening of a wash basin from a top side of the wash basin. The drain coupling comprises a first coupling end and a second coupling end, the second coupling end positioned opposite to the first coupling end. The drain coupling further includes a squeeze portion positioned between the first coupling end and the second coupling end, the squeeze portion formed of a flexible material. The drain body comprises a body flange extending radially away from the drain body. The squeeze portion is configured to deform, so as to define a squeeze bulge when the drain coupling is coupled to the drain body, the squeeze bulge having a diameter greater than a diameter of the drain opening of the wash basin.
Drain plug linkage arrangement
The present invention discloses a drain plug linkage arrangement including a pull rod assembly, an operating rod, a drain plug, and a drain pipe, wherein the drain plug is movably mounted in the drain pipe. The pull rod assembly includes a pull rod and a connecting rod, wherein the pull rod is connected to the connecting rod via a button. A first end of the operating rod is inserted into the drain pipe from a sidewall of the drain pipe and is connected to the drain plug. The operating rod is connected to the connecting rod of the pull rod assembly. Assembly and disassembly between the pull rod and the connecting rod disclosed in the present invention are very convenient.
Selectively engageable variable flow rate sink strainer stopper and chemical element
A selectively engageable variable flow rate sink strainer which is selectively engageable by several complimentary and individually engageable components, and is especially adapted to providing strainer stopper and chemical functions to kitchen sinks and typical kitchen sink drains. Embodiments include ones which are variable between a maximum and minimum flow rate, the minimum rate being selectively adjustable to approximately zero, comprising a relatively alignable strainer and drain body and droppably removable and sealable strainer and an independently straining drain body and providing for chemical elements outside of a liquid soak volume and at the site of engagement of strainer and drain body.
