Drain Stopper and Strainer
A drain stopper includes a cap, a seal and a strainer engaged with the cap, and a gripping element engaged with the strainer. The gripping element is resilient and has a generally tubular shape with longitudinal notches, which give it a segmented annular shape. A person grips and squeezes the gripping element to insert the stopper/strainer into a drain pipe, after which the gripping element expands and grips an inside wall of the drain pipe. The person pushes downwardly on the cap to place the stopper/strainer in a closed position and pulls up on the cap for an open position.
POP-UP SINK DRAIN WITH OVERFLOW KNOCK-OUT BLANK
A drain body used to connect a sink drain to drainage pipes for use with sinks having integral overflow protection and sinks with conventional overflow ports. The drain body comprises a hollow cylinder with an upper flange including an upper sidewall portion defining a knock out blank which may be left in place or may be easily removed, thus providing a hole through which the overflow water which is carried through an integral tunnel in the sidewall routed to the bottom drain port of the drain body sinks versus a conventional overflow port. Because sinks having no integral tunnel for draining overflow water require a solid drain body, the user would simply leave the upper sidewall portion intact in order to use the drain with overflow knock-out blank drain body.
DRAIN COVER FOR MAINTAINING WATER AT A PREDETERMINED HEIGHT
A drain cover and drain cover system are disclosed. The drain cover includes a flange portion that rests on a bottom of a body designed for use with running water, such as a bathtub or shower. The drain cover overlays a drain on the body to prevent water from going down the drain until the water exceeds a predetermined height in the body. Further, the drain cover does not require fasteners to maintain it in place, instead relying upon hydrostatic pressure applied to the drain cover by the water and friction between the drain cover and the body.

POP-UP SINK DRAIN ASSEMBLY WITH OVERFLOW KNOCK-OUT BLANK BAND
Sinks have an integral drain overflow protection or a conventional overflow port but not both. Conventional drain assemblies have a body comprising a hollow cylinder having either solid upper body portion or an upper body sidewall portion including an opening. The present invention defines a drain assembly having an upper body sidewall portion including a knock out blank which may be left in place or knocked out for use with either type of sink. A knock-out band can be used in combination with the knock-out drain assembly body to be positioned over the knocked out body hole providing a water tight seal should the user chooses to use the knocked out drain assembly in a sink having a conventional overflow port.

WASTE OUTLET
A waste outlet having a top section, with an inlet and an outlet, and a bottom section, with an inlet and an outlet. The top section and the bottom section are both mounted upon a substantially elongate member. A tubular seal element encloses the outlet of the top section and the inlet of the bottom section and one of the top section and the bottom section is connected to the elongate member and the other of the top section and the bottom section is slidably mounted on the rigid elongate member so that it can slide therealong to adjust the distance between the respective sections.
Drain arrangement
A drain arrangement that comprises a drain valve housing which has a first channel section with an inlet opening, a second channel section with an outlet opening, and a valve seat situated between the inlet opening and the outlet opening. There also is a valve body, an actuating unit by way of which the valve body is movable, and an outflow pipe into which the second channel section opens by way of the outlet opening thereof. A first central axis extends centrally through the first channel section, and an outflow pipe central axis extends centrally through the outflow pipe. The outflow pipe central axis intersects the first central axis, and the drain arrangement furthermore comprises an overflow unit, which has a first connecting pipe, an overflow pipe and a second connecting pipe.

Sink assembly
The present invention is directed to a sink assembly that can separate particulate contaminants from a liquid in which they are suspended. The sink assembly includes a master trap and at least a first trap with a riser and valve assembly to collect particulates and prevent overflow from the master trap. The sink assembly provides a simple maintenance and cleaning solution.
