RECONSOLIDATED BAMBOO BEAM-COLUMN JOINT CONNECTED BY SUBASSEMBLY AND DESIGN METHOD

A reconsolidated bamboo beam-column joint connected by a subassembly and a design method thereof are provided. Rectangular shear steel plates and vertical steel plates in embedded steel plates form an H-shaped section, and left and right ends of the vertical steel plates are embedded in mortises of a reconsolidated bamboo column and a reconsolidated bamboo beam respectively, thereby effectively improving bearing capacity of the joint. A half tenon is provided with an elliptical bolt hole in a penetrating manner and connected to the reconsolidated bamboo column by a bolt, and the half tenon is rotatable along a center of the elliptical bolt hole and movable along a long axis of the elliptical bolt hole, so that the energy is dissipated through friction between the reconsolidated bamboo half tenon and mortises, excellent energy consumption ability of the half tenon structure is exerted, and the anti-pulling resistance of the tenon is improved.

Multiple port beam bracket

A connection device for supporting a plurality of beams comprising a plate, a first side support and a second side support, with each side support including a top portion extending from the plate in a first direction and a bottom portion extending from the plate in a second direction substantially opposite the first direction. Included are a first guide and a second guide with each guide attaching to the plate and each side support. Each guide includes a top portion extending from the plate in the first direction and a bottom portion extending from the plate in the second direction. The plate, the top portion of each side support, and the top portion of each guide define a top cavity shaped to accept one of the beams. Further, the plate, the bottom portion of each side support, and the bottom portion of each guide define a bottom cavity shaped to accept one of the beams.

The disclosed invention is a housing apparatus comprised of foundation boxes, foundation box lids, in situ ballast material placed within the foundation boxes, floor panels, wall panels, binding strips, stackable trussed roof segments, roof gables, and load transferring batten strips.

Rack Construction Assembly
20190136505 · 2019-05-09 ·

A rack construction assembly for building a storage rack includes a plurality of bracket units. Each of the bracket units has a plurality of channels therein to insertably receive dimensional lumber. Thus, the dimensional lumber is arranged to form a rack for storing objects. Each of the channels corresponding to each of the bracket units is oriented at right angles with respect to each other. Thus, the dimensional lumber corresponding to each of the channels defines an X axis, a Y axis and a Z axis of the rack.

Box Head Connector

A universal mounting system can include: a mount, a bracket, and a panel. The mount includes a horizontal flange defining a first array of bores; a vertical flange extending below and substantially perpendicular to the horizontal flange and defining an outer broad face and a second array of bores across the outer broad face; a vertical capture channel arranged on the outer broad face; an upper threaded fastener captured by the vertical capture channel; and a lower threaded fastener captured by the vertical capture channel below the upper threaded fastener. The bracket includes a first slot and a second slot; and an upper receiver and a lower receiver offset below the upper receiver arranged perpendicular to the first and second slot. The bracket is configured to fasten to the upper threaded fastener via the first slot and to fasten to the lower threaded fastener via the second slot.

Brackets for installing building attachments
10284137 · 2019-05-07 ·

Roof brackets for attaching a structure such as a patio cover to a building, and methods for installing the brackets. The brackets have a saddle for receiving a support beam of the structure. The brackets can be attached to the building roof, but do not penetrate the roof substrate, thus preventing leakage and other structural problems. The roof brackets comprise a plate that is installed between the roof substrate and the shingles or tile on the roof. The brackets are available in different configurations depending on the roof pitch for easy installation. One roof bracket has a riser so that the saddle is lifted above the roof. Another roof bracket is configured so that when installed the saddle is located beyond the edge of the roof. Other brackets can be attached to the rafters under the roof. These also come in different configurations depending on roof pitch, and they are configured to extend below and outward from the fascia.

Device For Cutting Partial Strips

A device for cutting partial strips having a defined specifiable mass, preferably from a dough strip, including at least one cutting unit, which has a blade. The cutting unit is adjustably fastened to a retaining element of the device in such a way that the blades cut a dough strip, which is conveyed past the device and is moved in the longitudinal direction of the dough strip, into at least two partial pieces predominantly parallel to the direction of motion of the dough strip. The cutting unit includes an adjustment mechanism, wherein the adjustment mechanism is designed in such a way that the position of the blade can be adjusted with respect to the position of the cutting unit, in particular over the width of the dough strip, by automated control.
