The anchor head in the permanently arranged state is arranged between a free surface of the structural element and a reinforcement means, of which there is at least one, arranged in the structural element arranged and the holding fixture is freely accessible from the outside.
Hold down system with distributed loading for building walls
A hold down system for a building wall comprises a first rigid member and a second rigid member, the second rigid member being vertically spaced apart from the first rigid member, the first rigid member is supported on a horizontal member of a stud wall, the first and second rigid members including first and second openings, respectively; a tie-rod with a lower end portion for being anchored to an anchorage, the tie-rod extending transversely through the first and second openings, the tie-rod dividing the first and second rigid members into a first lateral section on one side of the tie-rod and a second lateral section on a diametrically opposite side of the tie-rod; first support and second support disposed between the first and second rigid members, the first support being disposed in the first lateral section, the second support being disposed in the second lateral section, the tie-rod extending through the first and second rigid members outside of the first support or the second support; and a nut threaded to the tie-rod, the nut exerting pressure on the second rigid member to place the tie rod under tension loading, the tension loading is transferred by the second rigid member to the first and second supports to subject the first and second supports to compression loading, thereby causing the first rigid member to press on the horizontal member of the stud wall via the first and second lateral sections of the first rigid member, thus distributing the compression loading.

Specialized connection devices and method of use
An anchor bolt fastener assembly with specialized connection capabilities and features for attaching building components to concrete slabs, walls, ceilings, and/or structural surfaces. Compression force can be established and maintained over time using a compression washer in combination with a specialized fastener stud that is designed to exploit the compression washer benefits. Methods of using exemplary embodiments include installing the anchor bolt fastener assembly relatively flush with the surface of the concrete slurry by direct insertion in the slurry using a specialized threaded anchor bolt float. Once the slurry hardens, the anchor bolt and anchor bolt float embedded in the concrete slurry cooperate with the specialized fastener stud to secure the building component to the concrete.
ASSEMBLED CONCRETE SHEAR WALL JOINTS AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY THEREOF
A shear wall connector comprising a pre-built member and a connector, the pre-built member comprising a side plate, a peg, and a shear key, the side plate being provided with a first through hole, the peg and the shear key being provided on the inner and outer sides of the side plate respectively, the peg being provided with a threaded hole at the end connected to the side plate and having the threaded hole aligned with the first through hole wherein the connection member comprises an H-beam, the flange plate of the H-beam being provided with a second through-hole and a shear key adaptor hole matching the first through-hole and the shear key in the side plate. The pre-built elements are pre-built in the concrete wall surface and are assembled by means of the connectors. During installation, the shear key is inserted into the shear key adaptor hole.
