Expansion joint seal with splicing system
An expansion joint system for supporting and distributing transfer loads and for splicing adjacent systems together. The system includes an elongated core and at least three longitudinal load-transfer members with hollow cylindrical profiles within the elongated core and terminating at each face of the elongated core. The system may include splicing members sized to transition fit into each of the longitudinal load-transfer members to provide an interlocking body to join adjacent expansion joint systems.
BITUMINOUS MASTIC, METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME AND USES THEREOF
A bituminous mastic includes:—from 0.5% to 25% by mass of at least one hydrocarbon oil, the total content of paraffinic compounds of which, measured according to the ASTM d2140 method, is greater than or equal to 50% by mass, and preferably greater than or equal to 60% by mass, relative to the total mass of the oil,—from 15% to 60% by mass of bitumen,—from 20% to 60% by mass of fillers, and—at most 14%, by mass of at least one polymer, preferably chosen from elastomers, relative to the total mass of bituminous mastic. A method for preparing such a bituminous mastic and to the uses thereof, in particular in certain road and/or industrial applications.
Modular integrated construction joint
The invention relates to a modular integrated construction joint which includes a first building module, a second building module or a structural wall and a joint between the first building module and the second building module or structural wall. The joint includes a flexible seamless stitching system, which provides a long-term firestop, smokestop and waterproof for the joint cavity in-between modules in modular integrated construction (MiC).
Structural attachment sealing system
A mounting device including a base having an open bottom, a longitudinal axis, and a linear guide on the base. The linear guide guides support hardware in linear movement along the longitudinal axis. An internal cavity is under the base for containing a sealant against and in cooperation with a roof when the mounting device is secured to the roof. An opening is though the base is for receiving a fastener when the mounting device is secured to the roof. The opening is in communication with the internal cavity. The linear guide extends beyond the internal cavity.
Building deformation joint waterproofing system with bonding-type built-in water stop structure, and method based thereon
A building deformation joint waterproofing system with a bonding-type built-in water stop structure and a method based thereon are provided, which relate to the technical field of building waterproof structures. The system includes: a concrete structure, on which a building deformation joint is disposed; a water stop structure, which is elastic or stretchable, and disposed in the building deformation joint; and a first bonding layer, disposed between the water stop structure and an inner wall of the building deformation joint. The waterproofing system using the foregoing technical solution bonds the water stop structure to the building deformation joint with an adhesive to form a seamless waterproof construction, thus greatly improving the waterproof ability of the building deformation joint.
Structural gap filler and related method of use
An elongated gap filler is provided including a first panel and a second panel in a V configuration joined at an apex, a first extension wall extending from the first panel, a first sealer wall extending downward and transversely to the first extension wall, and a second extension wall extending from the second panel. The first sealer wall can seal against a surface of a wall and set a depth of insertion of the first and second panels and first extension wall into a gap between building surfaces, e.g., a wall top and a ceiling or roof. The second extension wall can be arcuate and can bend against the ceiling or roof. The first sealer wall can be arcuate and can bend against a vertical wall surface. The apex can include a U-shaped groove to enhance articulation of the panels. A related method of use also is provided.
Premanufactured Wall Systems
Complete, economical, weather resistant, and energy efficient pre-manufactured wall assemblies including framing through finished façade.
Expansion joint seal with positioned load transfer member
An expansion joint design for supporting transfer loads. The system includes an elongated core and at least one longitudinal load-transfer member which are bonded together.
