Insulating superblocks for constructing modular superblock assemblies
A modular superblock assembly includes interconnectable and stackable insulating concrete forms that each comprise a block body. The block body includes a central mounting hole, a first lateral recess, second lateral recess, first vertical recess, second vertical recess, and aligning features. The first lateral recess traverses a first lateral side of the block body. The second lateral recess traverses a second lateral side of the block body. The first vertical recess traverses a first vertical side of the block body. The second vertical recess traverses a second vertical side of the block body. The central mounting hole traverses the lateral recesses and is oriented perpendicular thereto. The plurality of aligning features includes aligning plates and slots. Each aligning plate is partially embedded in a first surface of the block body and positioned proximate to the first lateral recess. Aligning slots are positioned on the first surface.
Control tube bearing assembly
Disclosed herein is a control tube bearing assembly comprising in one example a main body having an outer surface, a longitudinal axis, a radial axis; and an actuator sleeve radially exterior of the main body longitudinally repositionable thereto. The actuator sleeve in use is grasped by a user and repositioned relative to the main body so as to actuate tape dispensing, mastic dispensing, creasing components, and/or tape cutting components or a taper as desired.
Masonry Block System
A masonry block that is particularly well suited for the construction of narrow walls, such as interior building walls, that is adapted to receive conventional utilities and reinforcing supports.
CONSTRUCTION BLOCK WITH INSULATION
A substantially parallelepipedal construction block includes an upper face configured to be associated with the lower face(s) of one or two other similar construction block(s), a lower face configured to be associated with the upper face(s) of one or two similar construction block(s) and at least two vertical openings. The construction block also includes a front face, a rear face and two lateral faces with a recess which allows two beads to appear at the sides of the two lateral faces. The construction block is constituted by expanding foam and sand, and an insulation portion situated between the rear face and the front face. The insulation portion extends over the width of the construction block and is substantially parallelepipedal. The height and the length of the insulation portion is identical to the construction block.
Shapeable bundles of slidably-interlocked extrusions for architectural or other construction components
Flexible extrusions of selected die patterns may be slid or snapped together to create bundles of slidably-interlocked extrusions that may be used to create structural components for architectural and a plurality of other construction purposes. Components such as standard rectangular construction beams, arches, domes, architectural trees, cylinders, molds, puzzling mazes, furniture, rollercoaster track, and other applications are illustrated and described in embodiments herein. Bundles of slidably-interlocked extrusions may be formed into a straight beam, bent into an arch, or twisted into other forms as desired. Bundles of slidably-interlocked extrusions may for example, comprise subsets of different length bundles of extrusions that may extend the length create long-span support beams or that may branch away at an angle from the starting beam to form a treelike structure.
SHAPEABLE BUNDLES OF SLIDABLY-INTERLOCKED EXTRUSIONS FOR ARCHITECTURAL OR OTHER CONSTRUCTION COMPONENTS

CONSTRUCTION BLOCK
A construction block (100) including a rigid outer shell (106) and a thermally insulating insert (112). The outer shell (106) defines a pair of outer shell side elements (114, 116) extending substantially vertically and substantially parallel to each other and at least one outer shell transversal element (132) extending between the outer shell side elements (114, 116). The outer shell side and transversal elements (114, 116, 132) are hollow and together define an outer shell cavity (110) delimited by the outer shell (106). The insert (112) is contained inside the outer shell cavity (110).

Building block, system and methods
Building blocks include a tongue and groove on each block that allow the blocks to be placed in a way that interlocks the tongue and groove of one block with the corresponding groove and tongue, respectively, of another block facing the opposite direction. In a first embodiment, the same building block that has a decorative front face is used for both sides of the wall, resulting in a wall with opposed finished surfaces. In a second embodiment, a first plurality of blocks that have a decorative front face are used for one side of the wall, while a second plurality of blocks that have a thicker and non-decorative face are used for the other side of the wall, with the first and second plurality of blocks interlocking back-to-back via their respective tongues and grooves. Both types of blocks can be made using the same concrete form.
CONSTRUCTION BLOCKS
An interlocking construction block system comprising a family of blocks that interlock along three axes, including a left/right axis, a front/back axis, and an up/down axis. The family of blocks are self-aligning and do not require skilled labor or mortar to create a structure of any length, width, height, or shape. Each block comprises a specific geometry that allows all blocks in the family to interlock in a woven pattern that not only locks the blocks in place but also allows even distribution of structural weights and stresses. The disclosed blocks can be manufactured in different sizes to conform to any building code requirement and to create wall lengths to a one-inch measurement. The blocks may comprise channel openings to allow for plumbing, electrical, and structural reinforcements in the structure and may each be reinforced with an internal mesh cage.
