Block interlocking module and system to build architectural structures
An interlocking module including a panel and one or more trapezoidal elongations extending from any of the first end face, the second end face, the first side face, the second end face, the upper face or the lower face of the panel, wherein the one or more trapezoidal elongations each include a dovetail joint. The interlocking module further including one or more members, wherein each of the one or more members emanates from each of the one or more trapezoidal elongations, and wherein each of the one or more members emanates in a perpendicular direction relative to each of the upper and the lower faces of the panel. The upper face includes a plurality of apertures, wherein each of the plurality of apertures is configured for receiving a pin from a member of a second module for interlocking the second module and a first module. The panel and the one or more members of the interlocking module define a void space for receiving a standard sized building block within the void space.
BUILDING BLOCK, SYSTEM AND METHODS
Building blocks include a tongue and groove on each block that allow the blocks to be placed in a way that interlocks the tongue and groove of one block with the corresponding groove and tongue, respectively, of another block facing the opposite direction. In a first embodiment, the same building block that has a decorative front face is used for both sides of the wall, resulting in a wall with opposed finished surfaces. In a second embodiment, a first plurality of blocks that have a decorative front face are used for one side of the wall, while a second plurality of blocks that have a thicker and non-decorative face are used for the other side of the wall, with the first and second plurality of blocks interlocking back-to-back via their respective tongues and grooves. Both types of blocks can be made using the same concrete form.
System for wall construction
A kit and system for constructing structures including at least one core block, at least one fascia block that connects to the core block by mounting a shelf that extends from a face of the core block with a cut-out section of a face of the fascia block, such that the face of the core block and the face of the fascia block form a gap therein between.

Construction blocks
An interlocking construction block system comprising a family of blocks that interlock along three axes, including a left/right axis, a front/back axis, and an up/down axis. The family of blocks are self-aligning and do not require skilled labor or mortar to create a structure of any length, width, height, or shape. Each block comprises a specific geometry that allows all blocks in the family to interlock in a woven pattern that not only locks the blocks in place but also allows even distribution of structural weights and stresses. The disclosed blocks can be manufactured in different sizes to conform to any building code requirement and to create wall lengths to a one-inch measurement. The blocks may comprise channel openings to allow for plumbing, electrical, and structural reinforcements in the structure and may each be reinforced with an internal mesh cage.
PRECAST CONCRETE WALL WITH ELEVATED ROADWAY AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING WALL
A precast concrete wall on a prepared subgrade, comprises standardized, precast, reinforced concrete foundation, wall and cap modules. The cap modules include parapets on opposed sides and an elevated roadway therebetween. A plurality of tie down rods, each extending through the cap modules, two or more courses of wall modules and at least partially into the foundation modules. An optional anti-tunneling barrier is provided in the subgrade, below the foundation. A method of constructing the wall includes specifying standardized reinforced concrete foundation, wall and cap modules so that they can be manufactured by multiple suppliers, and providing a logistical model to minimize shipping costs by matching each point of fabrication with the appropriate point of delivery.
MODULAR MOLD SETS AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING CONSTRUCTION BLOCKS
A mold set for manufacturing interlocking construction blocks comprising a modular family molds and connecting side walls. The molds may be configured to create assembled female molds that may be filled with fluid cement, which can be removed from the female molds with corresponding male molds. Each assembled female mold may comprise one or more interlocking sections that allow the resulting blocks to interlock in three directions along three axes, including a left/right axis, a front/back axis, and an up/down axis. Each block comprises a specific geometry that allows all blocks in the family to interlock in a woven pattern that not only locks the blocks in place but also allows even distribution of structural weights. The disclosed modular mold sets allow blocks to be manufactured in different sizes to conform to any building code requirement and to create wall lengths to a one-inch measurement.

Foam as modular support
A polyurethane foam block can include a base having a plurality of recesses and a top surface having a plurality of connective components protruding outward from the top surface where each connective component of the plurality of connective components can align with a recess of the plurality of recesses. The polyurethane foam block can include a plurality of sidewalls extending upward from the base and defining an interior and a plurality of partitions extending from the base to the top surface to divide the block into a plurality of cavities. A wall can include base blocks and header blocks. The header blocks can be shaped and constructed similarly to the base blocks with one exception being the header blocks can include an-upward facing channel cutout. The wall can include a beam extending through channels of header blocks.
