FOAM MEASURING AND INSULATING COVERS FOR WOOD AND STEEL FRAMING MEMBERS
An insulation cap for wall framing members comprising a base section; a first side wall extending outwardly from said base section; a second side wall laterally spaced from said first side wall and extending outwardly from said base section complementary to said first side wall; a generally U-shaped channel defined by said base section, said first side wall and said second side wall define for receiving a framing member so that at least a portion of an exterior surface of said framing member is encased by said base section, said first side wall and said second side wall; whereby a thermal break is provided between an exterior and interior sheathing around framing members and creates an airtight arrangement with insulation material for improved R values.
Dry construction system for making partition walls, suspended ceilings or the like, carrier profile therefor, and use of this dry construction system
The invention relates to a dry construction system for making partition walls (1), suspended ceilings or the like, with a support structure (2), a cladding (3) arranged on at least one side of this, and an insulation layer (4), wherein the support structure (2) comprises a plurality of carrier profiles (22), to which at least one cladding (3) is secured, and wherein the carrier profiles (22) are formed from a sheet material and exhibit in cross-section a basic section and two limb sections arranged perpendicular thereto, and comprise an embossing with regularly distributed elevations and depressions. In this situation, the centre-to-centre distance between two adjacent elevations of the embossing on one side of the sheet material is less than six times the rated sheet thickness, and the base section is connected to the adjacent limb section in each case by a curved section with an outer radius which amounts to at least three times the rated sheet thickness. The invention further relates to a carrier profile (22) for such a dry construction system and uses of such a dry construction system. In this way a generic dry construction system is further improved in respect of the sound insulation properties.
Partition Wall
Partition wall for partitioning a space in a building accessible to people into a first and a second space, comprising a first wall panel and a second wall panel arranged close to, opposite and parallel to the first wall panel, wherein the first and second wall panels bound respectively the first and the second space, wherein the first and second wall panels are disposed structurally clear of each other.
Energy wall stud member and construction system
A vertical wall framing stud defines a vertical exterior-facing surface, a vertical interior-facing surface opposite the vertical exterior-facing surface and a long vertical side surface spanning between the vertical exterior-facing surface and the vertical interior-facing surface. A plurality of vertically spaced-apart cutouts can be defined into the vertical wall framing stud along the vertical exterior-facing surface. A ridge can be defined between an adjacent pair of the vertically spaced-apart cutouts. The ridge can include an exterior-facing planar surface that is vertically oriented. An exterior wall board can be fastened to the vertical exterior-facing surface of the vertical wall framing stud. An air gap is formed between each cutout and the inside-facing surface of the wall board. The air gap lowers the thermal bridging effect that occurs due to the framing stud being in contact with the exterior wall board.

Door for a Partition Wall, and Partition Wall
Door for a partition wall, comprising a door leaf with an underside to be directed toward a floor and an upper side to be directed toward a ceiling, wherein adjusting means configured to adjust the door leaf in the height relative to the floor are provided close to at least one of the underside and the upper side of the door leaf.
Infill wall support clip
An infill wall support clip is described. The infill wall support clip provides lateral bracing for wall panels in residential or commercial buildings. The infill wall support clip anchors to a top track of wall panels and to a bottom track of a floor truss. The infill wall support clip provides spacing between the wall panel and the floor truss such that drywall may be continuously overlaid on top of the wall panel.
Sound-insulating structure for building
A sound insulation structure for a building includes: a floor material; a ceiling material opposed to the floor material in a vertical direction with a space in a building interposed therebetween; a partition wall extending in the vertical direction and partitioning the space into a first space and a second space adjacent to each other in a horizontal direction; and at least one face material out of a floor-side sound insulation face material stuck to a portion of the floor material in a range of a thickness of the partition wall and having a coincidence frequency different from that of the floor material, and a ceiling-side sound insulation face material stuck to a portion of the ceiling material in the range of the thickness of the partition wall and having a coincidence frequency different from that of the ceiling material.
WALL STUD ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE
A framing assembly is disclosed including an acoustic framing arrangement and a plurality of tracks. The acoustic framing arrangement interconnects a top track with a bottom track. The acoustic framing arrangement includes a pair of studs positioned in back-to-back configuration and mechanically joined using a connector. The connector includes a vertical portion that extends between the pair of studs and a base portion that connects to the tracks. When assembled, the acoustic framing arrangement creates space between the pair of studs and positions the studs in an offset configuration to improve wall stud acoustic performance.
Cantilevered and decoupled framing
Steel Framing members for use in load bearing and non-load bearing applications which use less steel, yet provide structural integrity with increased acoustic, thermal, and moisture control performances while supporting cantilevered loads outside of the wall assembly and having higher pull-out and strip resistance of fasteners.
