Suspended ceiling panel holding clip
A hold down clip for retaining one or more ceiling panels on lower flanges of a suspended ceiling tee and allowing removal of the ceiling panels from below after installation. The hold down clip includes at least one outward curved section with a crest between an upper end and a lower end. The clip elastically deforms to produce reactive spring forces when a ceiling panel engages a contact point below the crest of the outward curved section. The clip also includes at least one continuously formed latching section, which may extend from the upper end, lower end, or a transition point below the crest of the outward curved section. The latching section engages the grid tee to generate the spring force. Alternatively, the clip includes a fastener secured to the at least one outward curved section. The fastener is configured for threaded attachment to a receptacle of the grid tee.
CEILING SYSTEM
A suspended ceiling system that is configured to provide coverage of a ceiling within a structure wherein the present invention includes a technique operable to employ a plurality of panels of alternate sizes and shapes to create a preferred design. The present invention includes a support grid wherein the support grid includes a multitude of support members arranged in a grid pattern. The support grid includes spaces configured to have mounted therein a plurality of first panels. The first panels are configured to have releasably secured thereto a plurality of second panels. The second panels are configured to be of a different size and shape than the first panels. The first panels include a plurality of mounting apertures that are operable to couple with securing members located on the upper surface of the second panels. The first panels further include at least one installation aperture formed therein.
CEILING SYSTEM AND MOUNTING BRACKET FOR USE WITH THE SAME
A ceiling system having a perimeter frame; a grid configured to support a plurality of substrates; and a plurality of bracket assemblies coupling the grid to the perimeter frame, the plurality of bracket assemblies adjustable between a plurality of states in which the grid is supported at a different height relative to the perimeter frame in each of the plurality of states.
Trim assembly for a flexible panel in a false ceiling
A decor apparatus is based on a flexible panel. In the apparatus, a support structure includes a rail, and a flexible panel having an edge is attached to the rail, with the attachment between the rail and the edge including a plurality of discrete attachment points. A trim piece for the flexible panel is connected to the rail from between the attachment points. The trim piece overlays the attachment between the rail and the edge outside of a plane of the flexible panel.
HOLD-DOWN CLIP FOR A SUSPENDED CEILING SYSTEM IN A CLEANROOM
A hold down clip for a suspended ceiling for an engineered space. The hold down clip is made of an elastic material such as stainless steel. The clip has an engagement section adapted to attach to perimeter angle molding of a suspended ceiling system using tines that may pierce a self-healing membrane such as caulk that seals the area between the perimeter angle molding and a structural wall. The clip also has a louvre element to stabilize its connection to the perimeter angle molding. Finally, the clip has a tongue section with a curved element that is lower than the louver element so that the clip is adapted to impart a downward force on a ceiling panel when the clip is installed in the system.
SURFACE COATING AND CLAMP FOR SAID COATING
Covering comprising a structure formed by a plurality of panels provided on their lower face with at least one guide formed by a groove giving access to a cavity and longitudinal profiles perpendicular to said grooves on the panels, said profiles having, in turn, a guide and clips housed simultaneously in the cavities of both guides of the panel and the profile, the clips having a resilient body that is housed, in the expanded position, in the corresponding cavity, said body comprising at least two legs, each leg having, in turn, a shoulder area intended to make contact with the wall of the cavity immediately adjacent to the groove.
Multifunctional lighting assembly for a T-bar grid arrangement
A multifunctional lighting assembly is configured with optical components such as lenses and reflectors mounted within an elongate body that serves as a cross tee within a T-bar grid arrangement. Protrusions of the elongate body are used to position optical components and embodiments provide for the slidable mounting of optical components. Further embodiments provide for the support of ceiling panels within a suspended ceiling system, connection to a structural ceiling, and inclusion of further components such as sensors, electronic controllers, and wireless modules.
SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR INSTALLING CEILING PLATE
An object of the present invention is to provide a support structure for installing a ceiling plate, and a configuration of the present invention includes a hanging member 110 that is fixed under a slab of a ceiling; a ceiling plate support bar 120 that is provided with a pair of mounting parts on both sides of a center and a channel 122 provided at a lower portion; and a hammer bolt 130 that is fastened to the ceiling plate support bar 120.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL LIGHTING ASSEMBLY WITH FLEXIBLE PCB STRIP FOR A T-BAR GRID ARRANGEMENT
A multifunctional lighting assembly is configured with an elongate body that serves as a cross tee within a T-bar grid arrangement and has at least one connecting member with a flexible PCB strip that provides bridging of a T-bar to make electrical connections between multifunctional support assemblies without need of cutting or significant displacement of ceiling tiles of the T-bar grid arrangement. Further embodiments provide for the support of ceiling panels within a suspended ceiling system, connection to a structural ceiling, and inclusion of further components such as light sources, optical components, sensors, electronic controllers, and wireless modules.
