A multifunction oxygen mask comprises a mask body and a gas delivery adapter. A nasal chamber is formed in the upper portion of the mask body. An access aperture is formed through and adjacent to a lower portion of the mask body. The access aperture permits access to the mouth of a patient. The gas delivery adapter includes a first end coupled to a gas delivery adapter aperture of the mask body. An oxygen supply port radially extends outward from the gas delivery adapter. The oxygen supply port includes an external inlet portion, an outlet portion positioned within the gas delivery adapter, and a diverter member adjacent to the outlet portion. The diverter member is configured to direct a flow towards the first end of the gas delivery adapter. A meter-dose inhaler port radially extends outward from the gas delivery adapter. The gas delivery adapter includes a nebulizer port.

Patient interface device having multi-chamber adjustable cushion, and apparatus and method for adjusting same

A cushion member (12, 12′, 12″) for a patient interface device (4) that includes a main body portion (34) including a plurality of chambers (48) and a self-sealing cap portion (36) coupled to the main body portion. The cap portion covers each of the chambers and forms a plurality of membrane members (52), with each membrane member being positioned over and sealing a respective one of the chambers. The cap portion is made of a self-sealing material such that that each of the membrane members is structured to self-seal responsive to having a needle inserted through and pulled out of the membrane member. Also, an apparatus and a method for selectively adjusting the internal pressure of the chambers of such a cushion.

POSITIVE-AIR-PRESSURE MACHINE CONDUIT

A conduit for delivering a supply of gas under a positive pressure includes a conduit wall having a first conduit end and a second conduit end. The first conduit end is adapted to be attached to the supply of gas. The conduit wall is deformable between (a) an open condition in which the conduit wall defines a conduit passage along which the supply of gas can travel between the first conduit end to the second conduit end, and (b) a collapsed condition in which the conduit wall substantially collapses the conduit passage.

3D modeled visualisation of a patient interface device fitted to a patient's face

An electronic apparatus (1) includes a display generation unit (110) configured to generate a display area (210) in a user interface (200-4,200-5), the display area being configured to display a 3-D model of a patient's face and a 3-D model of a patient interface device fitted to the 3-D model of the patient's face; and a transparency adjustment unit (150) configured to generate a transparency adjustment tool (250) in the user interface, the transparency adjustment tool being operable to adjust the transparency of a subset of components of the 3-D model of the patient interface device displayed in the 3-D display area of the user interface.

MASK SYSTEM WITH SNAP-FIT SHROUD

A shroud for a mask system includes a retaining portion structured to retain a frame, a pair of upper headgear connectors each including an elongated arm and a slot at the free end of the arm adapted to receive a headgear strap, and a pair of lower headgear connectors each adapted to attach to a headgear strap. The retaining portion, the upper headgear connectors, and the lower headgear connectors are integrally formed as a one piece structure.

A respiratory assembly is provided. The assembly includes at least one post having a nasal engaging portion on about a first end thereof for delivering treatment gases to the nasal cavity of a patient. A pair of tubes capable of receiving gas from a hose or fluid source are selectively engaged with the pair of posts for delivering treatment gases from the inlet through the receptacle and into the nasal cavity of the patient. A splitter may be positioned between the hose or fluid source and the pair of tubes. Ball and socket joints may provide enhanced flexibility of the assembly while in use.

MASK ASSEMBLY

A nasal assembly for delivering breathable gas to a patient includes a frame having an integrally formed first connector portion. A nozzle assembly includes a gusset or base portion and a pair of nozzles. At least one inlet conduit is structured to deliver breathable gas into the frame and nozzle assembly for breathing by the patient. A pair of second connector portions are removably and rotatably connected to respective first connector portions of the frame and are in communication with respective inlet conduits, e.g., directly or via angle connectors. A headgear assembly is removably connected to the pair of second connector portions and/or the angle connectors so as to maintain the frame and the nozzle assembly in a desired adjusted position on the patient's face.

ORO-NASAL PATIENT INTERFACE FOR TREATING SLEEP DISORDERED BREATHING

A patient interface (200, 300) comprising: a seal-forming structure (210, 220, 310, 320) including a face-engaging surface that is personalised to the patient's facial contour and to form a seal with the patient's face at least on or below the bridge of the patient's nose and between the patient's lower lip and on or above the patient's chin, preferably proximal to the patient's mentolabial crease, the face-engaging surface including at least one nare port (211, 311) shaped and sized to align with the patient's nares; an anterior surface (205, 305) including a connection port; wherein the seal-forming structure (210, 220, 310, 320) is non-deformable in response to headgear tension or pressurised air received within the seal-forming structure (210, 220, 310, 320).
