A roof flashing is disclosed herein. The roof flashing can include a bottom half having a first plate and a first neck portion and also a top half having a second plate and a second neck portion. At least one of the first neck portion and the second neck portion can include a pipe portion formed from a first material and a sealing portion formed from a second material. The sealing portion can define one of the first portion of the aperture and the second portion of the aperture. The first material can be more rigid than the second material. The sealing portion can define a top surface facing upwardly and a bottom surface facing downwardly and a plurality of beads projecting outwardly from the top surface and a plurality of channels extending inwardly into the bottom surface.

Some embodiments relate to a roofing accessory. The roofing accessory comprises a protruding member extending from a base member. The base member surrounds at least a portion of an outer edge of a bottom end of the protruding member. The base member has a top surface, a bottom surface opposite the top surface, and an outer edge. The bottom surface of the base member has a weldable portion and an adherable portion between the weldable portion and the outer edge of the bottom end of the protruding member. The roofing accessory comprises an adhesive disposed on the adherable portion of the bottom surface of the base member. The adhesive is not disposed on the weldable portion of the bottom surface of the base member.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PIPE BOOTS

In some embodiments, a pipe boot flange may include one or more fitting portions. The pipe boot flange may include one diaphragm gate. In some embodiments, a method may include injecting a flow of a resin through a runner and into a diaphragm gate of a mold cavity for a pipe boot flange. The method may include directing the resin through the mold cavity. The method may include forming the pipe boot flange. The method may include removing the formed pipe boot flange from the mold cavity.
