A satellite dish mount device for mounting a dish base plate of a satellite dish thereon. The satellite dish mount device includes a flashing attached to a rooftop. The flashing includes a cable receiving member. A base mount block assembly is integrated to the flashing and includes a block member and a top base plate adaptable to mount the dish base plate thereon. The top base plate includes a plurality of first extruded fins and a plurality of second extruded fins. A cable riser assembly enables a cable coupled to the satellite dish to pass via the cable receiving member through the rooftop. The cable riser assembly provides a drip curve arrangement to the cable above the rooftop and between the satellite dish and the strain relief fitting member thereby providing water proof protection to the cable riser assembly and to the rooftop.

A roof flashing can include a bottom half and a top half. The two halves can each have a plate and a neck portion projecting away from the respective plate. The neck portions define portions of an aperture configured to encircle and seal against a post projecting away from a roof. At least part of the first neck portion can be slidably receivable in the second neck portion and the two portions can define a neck when the bottom half and the top half are engaged with one another.

Replacement flashing for exhaust gas vents beneath roof-mounted photovoltaic systems

Roof-mounted venting devices adapted for use with roof mounted photovoltaic (PV) panels are provided. Venting devices and assemblies can include a replacement flashing that fits over a cut-down roof pipe vent as well as venting assemblies that redirect airflow from a roof pipe vent. Such replacement flashing can include a substantially planar flashing portion having a raised portion for accommodating any residual flashing or roofing debris. Such replacement flashing may further include a hood portion with one or more vent openings to allow airflow into and out from the interior of the hood portion. Venting assemblies can include a coupling portion for mating with a vent-pipe, a section of hose or piping to redirect airflow, and a venting portion disposed outside or between roof-mounted solar panels.

Moldable roof flashing

A roof flashing and a combination of the roof flashing, a roof structure, and a conduit are provided. The roof flashing includes a base and a flexible tube. Both the base and the flexible tube include an elastic water barrier and a plastically deformable shaping material, allowing the base to be molded to the contours of the roof structure and the tube to be shaped to closely fit around the conduit.

Exhaust gas panel vent assembly for roof-mounted photovoltaic systems

A roof-mounted venting device or assembly adapted for use with roof mounted photovoltaic (PV) panels is provided. Venting devices and assemblies can include a replacement flashing that fits over a cut-down roof pipe vent as well as venting assemblies that redirect airflow from a roof pipe vent. Such replacement flashing can include a substantially planar flashing portion from which protrudes a hood portion with one or more vent openings to allow airflow into and out from the interior of the hood portion. The vent openings can be configured as a series of louvered openings that open in a down-roof direction to prevent flow of run-off and debris into the hood portion. Venting assemblies can include a coupling portion for mating with a vent-pipe, a section of hose or piping to redirect airflow, and a venting portion disposed outside or between roof-mounted solar panels.

SINGLE WALL DUCT FLASHING PANEL
20170204601 · 2017-07-20 ·

A duct flashing panel configured to provide weatherproofing for single wall ducts extending through the walls of a structure and having a terminal end extending outside of the structure. The duct flashing panel includes a panel body and an elastomeric collar sized and configured to circumferentially engage the exterior surface of the duct to form a fluid-tight seal between the duct and the collar to prevent fluid migration along the exterior of the duct. The collar includes an annular bead which provides rigidity and strength to the collar to urge the collar into compressive engagement with the exterior surface of the duct.
