A screen covering (1) comprising: several cross-beams (2) arranged so as to be slidable away from each other and towards each other; a screen (3) supported by the cross-beams (2) and foldable between the cross-beams (2) at sliding of the cross-beams (2); and a lateral gutter (4), which extends essentially perpendicular to the cross-beams (2) and is arranged below a lateral side of the screen (3);
wherein said lateral side of the screen (3) is provided with a downwardly extending drip guard (5), which is foldable at sliding of the cross-beams (2).

An awning assembly and method is provided that includes an awning connection system coupling an awning canopy to a support structure. The awning connection system comprises a rolling assembly operably connected to the awning canopy, a lock bearing coupled to the rolling assembly, and an end cap, comprising a lock, coupled to the rolling assembly. Wherein, the rolling assembly comprises an unlocked mode, wherein the lock bearing is free from contact with the lock, and a locked mode, wherein the lock bearing is in contact with the lock.

Provided is a retractable canopy system comprising: a) a track; b) a frame movably attached to the track; c) a support attached to the frame; d) a connector movably attached to the support, e) two or more rods attached to the connector; f) a canopy piece attached to the rods; wherein the awning is configured to have a stowed and deployed position that are obtained by moving the frame against the track.

An awning is disclosed. The awning comprises a case assembly comprising a housing, configured to be mounted to a dwelling, and a lead rail, a roller assembly mounted in the case assembly and including a roll tube rotatable relative to the case assembly, a lead rail assembly coupled to the lead rail, the lead rail assembly movable relative to the housing between an extended position and a retracted position, a canopy having a leading edge and a trailing edge, the leading edge being connected to the lead rail assembly and the trailing edge being connected to the roll tube, and a spring arm assembly connecting the housing of the case assembly to the lead rail, the spring arms including a first arm and a second arm pivotable relative to one another, the spring arm assembly allowing the lead rail assembly to move between the extended position and the retracted position.

An awning assembly and method of construction comprising a roll bar extending laterally between first and second arms. The roll bar comprising a removable and replaceable roller tube portion defining a wide opening within the roll bar and an inner roller mechanism housed within the wide opening. The inner roller mechanism comprising a drop end bracket rotatably and slidably coupling a second roll bar to the roll bar, the second roll bar extending laterally within the roll bar, a screen supported by the second roll bar, wherein the screen is extendable or retractable responsive to rotation of the second roll bar, and a tray supporting the second roll bar during extension and retraction of the screen, the tray supported by the removable and replaceable roller tube portion.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC AWNING WITH SPRING
A semi-automatic awning with a spring according to the present invention includes a body case in which an awning sheet is installed to be withdrawn and retracted, a winding pipe on which the awning sheet is wound, a pipe-spring connector configured to connect the winding pipe and a tension spring, a tension spring central axis for providing tension for withdrawal and retraction of the awning sheet, a plurality of male gears and female gear which are involved in the withdrawal and retraction of the awning sheet and control a connection of the winding pipe and the tension spring central axis, and an operation knob which can change a connection position of the winding pipe and the tension spring. Thereby, the length of the awning sheet may be freely adjusted while capable of easily unwinding and winding the awning sheet by adding an adjustable spring force to the manual force, and the partially unwound state may be easily fixed, and thereby anyone of any age and gender can easily use.
SHADING DEVICE HAVING AT LEAST ONE AWNING
A shading device having at least one awning and having at least one winding device, which is provided for winding and unwinding the awning and which has a rigging that is stretched taut along a side or a diagonal of the awning, which rigging is rotationally coupled to the windable and unwindable awning. In order to embody this shading device in a particularly durable fashion, it is proposed for the rigging to be embodied as torsionally rigid or low-torsion and for it to be rotationally coupled to the awning over the entire length of the side or diagonal of the awning.
