EXTRUDED SHAPE INLAID INTO A CONCRETE MASS, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BALCONY RAILINGS AND DIVIDING PANELS
Profiled shape embedded in a concrete mass (20), to erect rails and dividing panels (25, 26).
It comprises a longitudinal shape formed by a bottom (1) and side walls (2, 3) defining a longitudinal cavity (4) with an inlet mouth at its upper edge, inside which cavity (4) seats and retains said panel (26).
Near the upper edge (18) of the longitudinal cavity (4) it is formed a tearable laminar sheet (16) monolithically attached to the internal surfaces (2a, 3a) of the sides extended between said opposite surfaces, the union of said tearable laminar sheet (16) being determined by longitudinal tearing lines (17) defining a reduction of the cross section of said laminar sheet.
The profile has alignment means (7, 8) according to a same longitudinal line and means of retention of its vertical stability (11, 12).
Each external lateral surface of each side of said shape has at least one lateral projection (9) defining the retaining means of the profile within the set concrete mass (20) and at the same time providing the vertical stability means.
Barrier cable anchor rail
A barrier cable anchor rail assembly is disclosed. The assembly is adapted to be encapsulated in a concrete column and engage a plurality of cables to provide a barrier between successive columns of concrete. The assembly includes a first rail member and a plurality of threaded connectors. The threaded connectors are adapted to be engaged by a chuck that includes cable grippers adapted to engage one of the cables. The threaded connectors can be attached to the first rail member in the same orientation with a predetermined spacing between the central axis of the plurality of threaded connectors. The first rail member maintains the orientation and predetermined spacing of the threaded connectors and provides support to the concrete column in which it is encapsulated. A barrier cable assembly adapted to form a barrier between a first concrete column and a second concrete column is also disclosed.
