TRANSPARENT RESIN FILM, DECORATIVE BOARD, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING DECORATIVE BOARD
The present invention provides a transparent resin film that is capable of imparting excellent design properties to a decorative board and is excellent in adhesion to a picture layer, a decorative board including the transparent resin film, and a method for producing the decorative board. Provided is a transparent resin film for protecting a picture layer provided on one side of a substrate, the transparent resin film having a pattern of protrusions and depressions on a picture layer side, the pattern of protrusions and depressions having a maximum height roughness Rz defined in JIS B 0601 (2001) within a range of 15 μm or larger and 70 μm or smaller.
Finger Joint Panel
In accordance with an example embodiment, there is disclosed herein, a panel that comprises a plurality of ornamental sections having a predefined shape, the plurality of ornamental sections are arranged in rows that form a staggered arrangement with protruding rows and recessed rows between the protruding rows along at least one edge of the panel. A plurality of interior grooves are located between the ornamental sections, the interior grooves having a first width. A plurality of partial grooves having a second width are located along the at least one edge of the panel. Ornamental sections at an edge of a protruding row comprise convex curves having a first radius at their edges. Ornamental sections at the edge of recessed rows comprise concave curves having a second radius at their edges.
WALL PANEL
The invention is related to a method of manufacturing a wall panel and a wall panel system. The method includes: forming a glass-fiber reinforced rigid magnesium oxide layer including the steps of: pouring or injecting a slurry of uncured magnesium oxide into a mold, embedding glass fiber reinforcing material therein, and curing the magnesium oxide to obtain the glass-fiber reinforced rigid magnesium oxide layer having a first side and a second side; applying, to the second side of the rigid magnesium oxide layer, an insulation layer, the insulation layer comprising a foam; and applying to the first side of the rigid layer a veneer layer.
Wall paneling system
The present invention provides a wall paneling system that is completely mechanical and does not require the use of adhesives in attaching panels to the walls. The system comprises wall panels having a core with a decorative surface attached to one side and profiled edges that connect to each other by push click, panel connector clips (PCCs) that further connect and secure the interconnecting panels to the walls; and corner moldings for use in paneling adjoining walls meeting at a corner via tongue and groove. The PCCs and corner moldings attach to the walls by mechanical fastening and provide an air space between the walls and the wall panels. Since the wall panels are not directly connected or adhered to the wall, the system allows the panels to be easily replaced by removing and inserting from the PCCs and corner moldings. By using specially adapted bottom seals, seals in the corner moldings and sealant between the panels, the paneling system can be made impermeable to water and is therefore especially useful in area wet areas such as bathrooms.
PREFABRICATED WALL PANEL WITH TONGUE AND GROOVE CONSTRUCTION
A prefabricated wall panel has a precast body including at least one decorative design element. In addition, the wall panel includes a mounting element having a first end embedded in the precast body and a second end projecting from the precast body. A groove is formed between the precast body and the second end of the mounting element along a first edge of the precast body. A tongue is formed along a second edge of the precast body opposite the first edge. The tongue and groove cooperate to allow prefabricated wall panels to be more easily installed on a support substrate.
Decorative Surface Covering Element, Surface Covering Element Covering, and Method of Producing Such a Decorative Surface Covering Element
The invention relates to a decorative surface covering element, in particular a floor panel, ceiling panel or wall panel. The invention also relates to a panel covering, such as a floor covering, ceiling covering or wall covering, comprising a plurality of panels according to the invention. The invention further relates to a method of producing a decorative surface covering element according to the invention.
Cladding Panel and Cladding System Therewith
A cladding system includes i) a panel having generally parallel front and back faces defining a thickness, two lateral sides, top and bottom edges, and first and second slits extending along at least a portion of the length of the panel from the back face thereof and having respective first and second openings that are substantially parallel to the bottom edge, wherein the first slit is oriented within the thickness towards the top edge and the second slit is oriented towards the bottom edge. The top and bottom edges are configured for complementary connection. The system further including at least one V-shaped mounting clip that is adapted to be removably receivable in the first and second planar slits from one of the two lateral sides, for attaching the panel to a wall.
DECORATIVE PANEL HAVING EDGES WHICH ARE NOT PARALLEL TO THE LONGITUDINAL AXIS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE
The present disclosure relates to a decorative panel and to a method for manufacturing a decorative panel. More particularly, the disclosure relates to a decorative panel in which long edges of the panel lying opposite each other are, at least in parts, not parallel to the longitudinal axis. The present disclosure also relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative panel, comprising the step of dividing a large plate comprising a multiple of the area of a decorative panel into individual decorative panels using a cutting means which is freely movable in at least two axes.
INSULATED WALL PANEL
The invention is related to a method of manufacturing a wall panel and a wall panel system. The method includes forming a glass-fiber reinforced cementitious layer including the steps of: pouring or injecting a slurry of uncured cementitious product into a mold, embedding glass fiber reinforcing material therein, and curing the cementitious product to obtain a cured cementitious product having a first side and a second side; and applying, to the second side of the cured cementitious product, an insulation layer, the insulation layer comprising a foam.
Method and apparatus for producing a decorative workpiece and workpiece
The inventions relates to a method for producing a decorative workpiece with a structured surface comprising the following steps: (B) applying a first liquid lacquer having a coarse structuring over the entire surface, wherein a difference in thickness between thicker regions and thinner regions is at least 50 μm, in particular at least 100 μm; (E) applying a second liquid, at least partially transparent lacquer for producing a fine structuring in some regions. Furthermore, an apparatus for performing the method and a workpiece produced by the method are claimed.
