A stone arrangement for a corner is provided which includes two stones for positioning at the corner, wherein one of the stones is provided with a curved corner and the second stone is provided with a sharp corner and wherein the stones have matching contours at a location where they abut so that the stones have improved aesthetic appearance. Further, the stones are formed to provide consistent dimensions when arranged at a corner so that stones extending further from the corner maintain intended dimensional tolerances.

Wall panel with rain screen

A wall panel for installation on a supporting wall includes a facing surface that includes a plurality of separate and spaced apart design elements. The design elements define a channel therebetween. The panel also includes a backing surface having at least one rib opposite the channel. The rib extends transversely across the backing surface, such as a parallel to one of the upper or lower edges of the panel or at an angle between 0 and 90 relative to one of the upper or lower edges of panel. Fasteners are engagable through the channel and the rib for securing the wall panel to the supporting wall. Upon installation of the wall panel on the supporting wall, one or more air gaps are defined by the rib and the backing surface opposite the design elements. The rib provides additional material opposite the channel to prevent the panel from breaking during installation.

Support structure for installing thin bricks

A panel for a thin brick system comprises repeating and aligned peaks and valleys, with individual ledges associated with each valley, with at least a portion of each ledge protruding above an adjacent peak to provide a surface to support a product, such as a thin brick on the peaks of the panel.

Formliner and method of use

A formliner, sheet, system, and methods of use and manufacture are provided in order to provide a product that can minimize and/or eliminate visible seaming between interconnected formliners during fabrication of a pattern on a curable material. In some embodiments, the formliner can comprise raised sections that define interrelated inner and outer dimensions. Thus, a plurality of formliners can be interconnected by overlaying raised sections thereof. Further, the formliner can comprise one or more detents and one or more protrusions to enable engagement between interconnected formliners without requiring adhesives. In this manner, formliners can be interconnected in a nested manner such that visible seaming between the interconnected formliners is reduced and/or eliminated.

Fiber cement cladding system

Disclosed herein is a fiber cement cladding system such as fiber cement shingles or shakes which can have the appearance of authentic wood. Each individual fiber cement shingle or shake comprises a textured surface having a depth of relief and a coating system disposed on the textured surface. The coating system may include a sealing agent, a basecoat, and a topcoat. In some embodiments, the basecoat is disposed on at least a portion of the sealing agent and the topcoat is disposed on at least a portion of the basecoat. In some embodiments, the basecoat comprises a DFT of 1 to 3 mils and the topcoat comprises a DFT of 0.05 to 2 mils. In some embodiments, the depth of relief of the textured surface of the fiber cement shingle is about 0.045 to 0.085.

FIBER ENFORCED THIN BRICK SHEET AND PROCESS

The invention relates to a device for adhering brick slips to a panel, which device comprises: a horizontal transport surface with an infeed side and an outfeed side for transporting the panel from the infeed side, over the transport surface and to the outfeed side; a buffer arranged adjacently of the transport surface for buffering at least one row of brick slips; dispensing means for dispensing a layer of adhesive onto the panel; and engaging means displaceable between a position above the buffer and a position above the transport surface for picking up from the buffer the at least one row of brick slips and placing the row of brick slips on the panel.

PREFABRICATED WALL PANEL WITH TONGUE AND GROOVE CONSTRUCTION

A prefabricated wall panel has a precast body including at least one decorative design element. In addition, the wall panel includes a mounting element having a first end embedded in the precast body and a second end projecting from the precast body. A groove is formed between the precast body and the second end of the mounting element along a first edge of the precast body. A tongue is formed along a second edge of the precast body opposite the first edge. The tongue and groove cooperate to allow prefabricated wall panels to be more easily installed on a support substrate.
