Wall lift mount fixture
A wall lift mount apparatus is provided for an easier and more efficient construction and erection of a wall in a building structure. Also provided is a method of constructing and erecting a wall using such a wall lift mount.
WALL LIFT MOUNT FIXTURE
A wall lift mount apparatus is provided for an easier and more efficient construction and erection of a wall in a building structure. Also provided is a method of constructing and erecting a wall using such a wall lift mount.
INSERT SPACER
A system including an insert including a body defining an inner cavity at a first end thereof. The insert includes an anchor having an opening formed therein, and the opening of the anchor is positioned in the inner cavity of the insert. The system further includes a spacer having a first end that is couplable to a second end of the insert to thereby adjust a height of the insert. The spacer is configured to be coupled to another spacer at a second end of the spacer.
Building material installation equipment with high flexibility
Building material installation equipment includes: a sucking device for sucking panels, a rotating device for driving the sucking device to rotate, a cross translation device, a swinging device and a mechanical arm; a slip ring is arranged in the rotating device and electrically connected with the sucking device; the cross translation device comprises longitudinal translation plate and transverse translation plate which are capable of driving the sucking device to make a translational movement; the longitudinal translation plate and the transverse translation plate are arranged in a direction parallel to gravity, and are fitted; and the swinging device can drive the cross translation device to swing to one side of the mechanical arm.
Drywall sheet lifting device
The drywall sheet lifting device comprises a lower frame and an upper frame. The lower frame may comprise a set of wheels to allow the drywall sheet lifting device to be moved into position. The lower frame may comprise telescopic joints in the side supports and hinged joints in the front and rear support to permit reduction of size of the lower frame for storage and transportation purposes. The upper frame may be coupled to the lower frame via two uprights. The upper frame may comprise a plurality of center braces to support a sheet of drywall. The upper frame may comprise a plurality of stop plates to prevent the sheet of drywall from sliding off. The upper frame may pivot between a first position for loading and a second position for installing. The upper frame may be raised or lower via telescopic joints in the uprights.
HOISTING SYSTEM, APPARATUS, KIT AND METHODOLOGY
System, apparatus, device, kit, method and associated technique for safely and securely lifting wall and other structures to a vertical position. An electronic winch device that when connected to an end of a wall structure lifts the structure. A keeper or catchment such that when the electronic winch has hoisted the wall structure to a substantially vertical position, catches and keeps the wall structure in place, allowing the technician to more properly secure the wall structure. The apparatuses are also designed for portability and collapsibility, with structural members telescoping inside one another to minimize size in transport but securely configurable when extended and locked into place.
Device for lifting and transporting sheet material
A device for lifting and transporting sheet material includes a base portion; wheels on which the base portion is supported; a mast that extends upwardly from the base portion; a boom that extends from a first end outwardly from the mast to a second end; a supporting head that is configured to support sheet material; and a pivot coupling at the second end of the boom. The pivot coupling is arranged to couple the supporting head to the boom, and enable the supporting head to be rotated about a pivot axis between a first position in which sheet material supported by the supporting head is in a generally transverse orientation relative to the boom, and a second position in which the angle between sheet material supported by the supporting head and the boom is reduced.
Building element lift enhancer
A Building Element Lift Enhancer is described. The Building Element Lift Enhancer provides for the movement and precise placement of building elements such as blocks or sheet products by one worker. The Building Element Lift Enhancer senses the force applied by a user to the building element and converts that user applied force to mechanically assisted force from the Building Element Lift Enhancer, allowing the user to precisely move and handle large, heavy or bulky building elements by direct interaction with the building element.
Lifting cart for building construction
A lifting cart for assist in building construction processes using precast wall panels can include a panel handling mechanism coupled to a movable vehicle. The panel handling mechanism can include a clamping mechanism, a rotational mechanism, a linear mechanism, and a tilting mechanism. The movable vehicle can include two sets of wheels configured to move the vehicle in perpendicular directions. The lifting cart can handle the precast wall panels, from a wall panel package delivered to the construction site to the final location of the wall panels between beams of the building frame.
