A pool perimeter assembly extending along a portion of a pool perimeter includes a combined gutter assembly having a gutter conduit and a grate supported above the gutter conduit. The combined gutter assembly also has a partition dividing the gutter conduit to form an exhaust air plenum on one side of the partition. A surge tank is fluidly connected to through a modified converter box and a water-air line to the exhaust air plenum. An exhaust fan is connected to the surge tank and generates below atmospheric pressure so that the contaminated air on the pool surface is drawn through the grate and into the exhaust air plenum, through the water-air line, into the surge tank, and of the surge tank through the exhaust fan.

An agitator system for a diving station that directs water flow from the perimeter of a pool onto a water surface of the pool, where the agitator system is connected to a pool perimeter assembly having a return conduit for receiving pressurized water, and the return conduit has at least one return outlet, includes a spray port and a fluid delivery system. The spray port is located on the pool perimeter assembly and is configured for directing a water spray onto the water surface of the pool. The fluid delivery structure is in downstream fluid communication from the return conduit and in upstream fluid communication with the spray port. A first portion of the pressurized water in the return conduit is communicated to the spray port via the fluid delivery structure, and a second portion of the pressurized water is delivered to the return outlet for dispersing to the pool.

A modular deck drain system comprising a bottom channel and an upper cover. The bottom channel has a pair of opposed side walls and a bottom surface coupled to the side walls. The bottom channel also has a plurality of stabilizing members coupled to and extending from an external surface of the bottom channel, and at least one modular junction node. The upper cover is configured to couple to the bottom channel. The upper cover has two upper walls, each wall having a top end and a bottom end, and the top end of each wall is coupled to an upper lip. A narrow top opening is formed by the upper lips. The upper cover has at least one cutline.

A wave pool for generating surfable waves is disclosed. The wave pool includes a pool for containing water. The pool defines a channel having a first side wall, a second side wall, and a bottom with a contour that slopes upward from a deep area proximate the first side wall toward a sill defined by the second side wall. The wave pool further includes at least one foil at least partially submerged in the water near the side wall, and being adapted for movement by a moving mechanism in a direction along the side wall for generating a wave in the channel that forms a breaking wave on the sill. The wave pool further includes one or more passive flow control mechanisms to mitigate a mean flow of the water induced by the movement of the at least one foil in the direction along the side wall.

The platform, actuated by a system, passes from a submerged position to a raised position in the air to close the bathing volume. A peripheral flow conduit, arranged at the periphery of the bathing volume and the side walls, has an upper mouth system and a lower mouth system communicating with the bathing volume. The pool has a main water tank containing water from the overflow, a secondary tank for collecting the overflow, a pump system linking buffer tanks and continuously supplying the overflow, and a water collection system. The water collection system extends the periphery of the bathing volume and passes from a low position when the platform is static to a high position when the platform moves, providing a peripheral anti-overflow barrier and constituting the upper mouth system.

The evacuator conduit is connected to an air exhaust system to remove water vapor and contaminated air from the area surrounding the pool.

A grate is positioned on the gutter apparatus to direct fluid flow into at least one of the conduits. The fluid flow may include water or air. The grate is so dimensioned relative to the gutter apparatus so as to fit within a grate fitting device connected to the gutter assembly. The grate fitting device is a grate angle having at least a riser and a lip. The grate angle may include a welding base used in up-fitting existing pool structures to accommodate new grates.
