RACKABLE GATE KIT

Kits for assembling rackable gates are provided. The kits comprise a pair of gate uprights, each gate upright comprising a tubular elongate member and a bracket. The tubular elongate member comprises apertures configured to accept a fence panel rail therethrough and into an elongate channel situated on an interior surface therein and configured to securely receive an end of the fence panel rail such that lateral and torsional movement of said fence panel rail is restricted. The bracket comprises a pair of bracket arms attached to an exterior surface of the tubular elongate member, each situated directly opposite the other with an aperture situated therebetween and configured to accommodate a fastener for fastening a fence panel rail thereto. Also provided are methods for assembling gates from such kits and gates assembled from such kits and by such methods.

Length adjustable railing panel with removable upright end rails

A railing panel includes a top rail and a bottom rail disposed spaced apart from the top rail. A plurality of slats are disposed between and run parallel to the top rail and the bottom rail. A midspan support rail defines a plurality of through holes, with each through hole receiving a slat therethrough. A length adapter includes an upright end rail that defines a plurality of apertures, and an upper insertable portion that is disposed at a first end of the upright end rail. The length adapter also includes a lower insertable portion that is disposed at a second end of the upright end rail opposite the first end, and each of the plurality of apertures is sized and shaped to receive an end of each of the plurality of slats. A plurality of inserts are coupled to the upright end rail, with each insert disposed proximate a respective aperture of the plurality of apertures, each insert configured to be received by a respective slat.

A rackable panel for a barrier is disclosed. The panel includes a rail having a top wall and first and second walls extending downward from the top wall, forming a channel. The panel further includes one or more upright members, and one or more coupling systems for indirectly coupling the upright members to the rail. Each coupling system comprises a bracket having a bridge, the bracket structured to be secured to an inner surface a rail side wall; and an overlay structured to receive the bridge within a channel and be secured to an upright member. The bridge is rotatable within the channel, such that the rail can be racked at a positive or negative slope when a force is applied to the rail, while the upright members stay substantially vertical, enabling the panel to be used on a wide variety of terrains.

A fence bracing system. The fence bracing system uses an attachment bracket. The attachment bracket includes a plate that has a middle section and a left side section and a right side section bent back at an angle. In the middle section, one or more spherical connectors are fixedly attached (e.g., welded) to the center of the middle section. The attachment bracket is fastened to a fence post at any height needed on the fence post. An open end of the pipe is insertable and fits over the spherical connector. The attachment bracket allows for a tight fit for pipes held in place between fence posts.
