Fence Brace System Adapted For Use With Fence Posts Positioned On A Slope
The present invention comprises a brace adapted to secure one or more fence rails to a fence post. The present invention brace may optionally be installed onto an existing fence or on a new fence. The invention includes a fence post brace member adapted to connect to two or more sides of a fence post and a fence rail brace member adapted to connect to two or more sides of a fence rail. The fence post brace member may form a vertical picket fastener slot for use in affixing a picket to the fence post. The fence post brace system may be adapted for use with one or more fence posts positioned on a slope.
Fence Brace System Adapted For Use With Corner Fence Post Arrangements
The present invention comprises a brace adapted to secure one or more fence rails to a fence post. The present invention brace may optionally be installed onto an existing fence or on a new fence. The invention includes a fence post brace member adapted to connect to two or more sides of a fence post and a pair of fence rail flanges for receiving one or more fence rails either in a vertical orientation or a horizontal orientation. The fence rail flanges may form one or more picket fastening slots for use in affixing a picket to the fence rails. The fence post brace system may be adapted for use with corner fence post arrangements.
Fence Brace System Adapted For Use With Cylindrical Fence Posts
The present invention comprises a brace adapted to secure one or more fence rails to a fence post. The present invention brace may optionally be installed onto an existing fence or on a new fence. The invention includes a first fence rail brace member adapted to connect to two or more sides of a first fence rail, a second fence rail brace member adapted to connect to two or more sides of a second fence rail, and a fence post member adapted to connect to two or more sides of a fence post. The fence post brace member may form a picket fastener slot for use in affixing a picket to the fence post. The fence post brace system may be adapted for use with cylindrical fence posts or rectangular fence posts.
MODULAR PRIVACY FENCE WITH INDIVIDUALLY REPLACEABLE PICKETS
A modular privacy fence, which includes an upper rail, comprises a plurality of fence picket dividers on opposed outer side surfaces of the upper rail. The modular privacy fence also includes a fastener attached to the end of the upper rail, wherein the fastener is arranged to secure the upper rail to a fence post, and a bottom rail with a trough configured to receive a bottom portion of fence pickets. In some embodiments, the upper rail is configured to receive fence pickets between adjacent dividers. In such arrangements, the first plurality of fence picket dividers on a first side of the upper rail is offset from the second plurality of fence picket dividers on the opposing side of the upper rail in a direction parallel to the upper rail.
FENCE INSTALLATION METHOD
A method of installing a fence is provided including advancing a plurality of beams into the ground so that the beams achieve a substantially vertical orientation, and installing a plurality of tubular posts over the beams so that the posts automatically attain the substantially vertical orientation, without having to dispose any other levelling structures between the beams and the posts. One or more horizontal rails can be installed relative to adjacent beams and tubular posts. The tubular posts can define holes, and the opposing ends of a rail can be inserted through corresponding holes. Where the beams have longitudinal channels, the ends of the rails can project through the holes in the posts and into those channels. The tubular posts and/or rails can be secured in place with fasteners. The method provides an inexpensive and quick way to install a fence without digging holes for the beams.
Radially expanding post extender
A post coupler expands laterally. The post coupler includes a first member that is hollow and has a first slanted face. A second member is also hollow and has a second slanted face that is abutted with the first slanted face. A rod extends through the first and second members; the rod has a head that is disposed at a head end and threads disposed at a thread end. A nut is engaged with the threads, and rotating the nut causes the first member to extend in a first lateral direction and causes the second cylindrical member to extend in a second lateral direction opposite the first radial direction.
Fence and fence connection apparatus and method
A connector assembly and method for constructing a no-weld pipe fence, a no-weld fence end brace, or a no-weld fence corner brace. The connector assembly includes (a) a bolt, a threaded pin, or a hinge knuckle structure which is attachable to a fence post and (b) an attachment sleeve which can be slidably nested on the end of a pipe rail or brace member. The attachment sleeve is connectable to the bolt, threaded pin, or hinge knuckle structure in a manner which allows the pipe rail or brace member to be pivoted to a horizontal position or to any other desired angle on the fence post and then locked in place.
READILY INSTALLABLE FENCE SYSTEM, AND METHOD THEREFOR
A fence includes a plurality of posts, and fence panels having rails which extend across the plurality of posts, and are secured thereto. Jambs may be formed onto the fence system, and one or more gates may be hung to the jambs.
A nut is engaged with the threads, and rotating the nut causes the first member to extend in a first lateral direction and causes the second cylindrical member to extend in a second lateral direction opposite the first lateral direction.
Fence brace system adapted for use with corner post arrangements
The present invention comprises a brace adapted to secure one or more fence rails to a fence post. The present invention brace may optionally be installed onto an existing fence or on a new fence. The invention includes a fence post brace member adapted to connect to one or more sides of a fence post and a fence rail brace member adapted to connect to two or more sides of a fence rail. The fence post brace member may form a vertical picket fastener slot for use in affixing a picket to the fence post. The fence post brace system may be adapted for use with corner fence post arrangements such as those having a fence rail positioned above and supported by the fence post and those defining a channel for receiving a fence rail.
