SERVICE VEHICLE STORAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR ALARM SYSTEM
There is disclosed a Service Vehicle storage compartment door alarm system. In an embodiment, the system comprises an alarm pin switch bracket having one or more apertures for mounting the alarm pin switch bracket to a vehicle storage compartment door latch system using existing mounting fasteners and an alarm pin switch mounted to the alarm pin switch bracket, the alarm pin switch adapted to detect movement of the vehicle storage compartment door handle to trigger an alarm signal, the alarm pin switch including a connection point for connecting a signal wire. A plurality of alarm pin switch brackets mounted to a plurality of vehicle storage compartment door latch systems may all be connected via signal wires to a central alarm system for activating an alarm upon detection of movement of any one of the vehicle storage compartment door handles.
Locking state detection apparatus
A locking state detector comprises a magnet disposed at a first portion of a casing which has an opening that is lockable with an opening locking means. A detector is disposed at a second portion of the casing, the second portion being spaced apart from the first portion such that a clearance between the first and second portions is formed. An interfering component is fixed to an interfering component pivoting means, which is disposed in the opening locking means and arranged to pivot into the clearance and out of the clearance when the interfering component pivoting means is rotated. The detector is arranged to detect a locked state and a non-locked state of the opening locking means in cooperation with the magnet and the interfering component, and to indicate the detected state for subsequent processing.
COMPRESSION LATCH WITH KEY HOLDING
Latches are disclosed. One latch includes a housing, a cap, a bushing, and a ball. The housing is configured for engagement to the panel. The housing has a longitudinal axis and defines an aperture along the longitudinal axis. The aperture includes a cutout area. The cap and the bushing are mounted within the aperture for rotation about the longitudinal axis. The cap comprises an outer surface including a drive projection and a cutout area. The bushing comprises an upper surface and a sidewall positioned between the cap and the housing. The sidewall defines a drive surface positioned to contact the drive projection of the cap and an opening. The ball is positioned within the opening of the bushing. The ball is configured to be positioned at least partially within the cutout area of the housing or the cutout area of the cap.
SEALED LOCKING FIXTURE
A locking fixture that has a housing (1) with a male thread, that can be installed in a hole in a door or a mounting plate (13), in the housing bore (34) of which, an actuator shaft (2) with limited rotation that has a locking tongue (9) on its exposed end is supported such that it can be rotated by means of an actuating section (12) formed on the actuator shaft (2), and has a screw sleeve (7) with a female thread, which secures the locking fixture to the door or mounting plate (13), wherein, in obtaining a hygienic design, the actuator shaft (2) is sealed at both ends where it passes through the housing (12) and the rotation limiter (5, 16, 23, 24) is located in the sealed housing bore (34).
DOOR ROD ASSEMBLY
A door rod assembly for multi-point latch uses. The desire in the use of this door rod assembly is to essentially air seal a cabinet or closing from exposure to the air. Such air can include dust, dirt, noxious chemical fumes and the like. The devices seal cabinets, rooms, or the like from such contaminants.
Ticket dispensing module
A ticket dispenser comprising a housing body, a lockable housing door configured to close an opening in the housing body, a ticket dispensing aperture, a lockable security cover configured to prevent the removal of tickets through the aperture, and a lock assembly, wherein the lock assembly is configured to lock the housing door and security cover when in a first orientation, wherein the lock assembly is configured to lock the housing door and not to lock the security cover when in a second orientation, and wherein the lock assembly is configured not to lock the housing door or the security cover when in a third orientation.
Lock
A lock includes a housing assembly, an actuatable lock assembly and a latching assembly. The actuatable lock assembly is positionable in at least a closed orientation and an open orientation. The latching assembly further includes a latch, a cam and a motor. The latch, having a cam profile, is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. In the locked position, the actuatable lock assembly is maintained in the closed orientation. In the unlocked position, the actuatable lock assembly is positionable into an open orientation. The cam is rotatably mounted and has a first follower configured to intermittently coact with the cam profile of the latch, to, in turn, move the latch between the locked position and the unlocked position. The motor is coupled to the cam. Actuation of the motor causes rotation of the cam, resulting in movement of the latch between the locked and unlocked positions.
Pressing type latch device
A pressing type latch device includes a seat, a pivotal seat mounted in the seat, and a handle having a grasping portion pivotably connected to two eccentric locations of the pivotal seat, such that a greater operational height can be formed when the handle is lifted. When the latch device is in one of a plurality of retainable open positions or a retainable closed position, the grasping portion of the handle can be moved to a position to lift the pivotal seat, such that the grasping portion of the handle lies flush with the pivotal seat. On the other hand, when the grasping portion of the handle is lifted to move the pivotal seat downward, the handle and the pivotal seat can rotate freely. Since the latch device includes a closed position and a plurality of open positions, the latch device can be installed and used more easily.
Locks for storage containers and the like
Locks for storage containers having closures such as doors, covers or lids are disclosed. The lock is mounted to she closure and is latched in such a manner as to selectively prevent opening or removal of the closure. The latch of the lock can engage a slot in the storage container, a bracket on the storage container, or a strike on the storage container. Alternatively, the latch can engage a mounting bracket on the door or other portion of the door to selectively block movement of a handle for the door. Further, the latch can have a locking device which can selectively block movement of the latch. Movement of the locking device can be selectively controlled by a magnetic key.
Vehicle Door Latch Security Tether
A vehicle that includes a door, handle, shaft, and a latch assembly is provided. The latch assembly is coupled to the door to selectively secure the door. The latch assembly includes a security tether configured to prevent the shaft from moving the pawl when the lock lever is located in the locked condition. The security tether further includes: a plate attachable to the latch assembly; the plate includes an aperture sized to receive at least a portion of the lock lever that is disposed through the aperture; the plate includes first and second stop surfaces to limit movement of the lock lever; the first and second stop surfaces are also spaced apart from each other; the lock lever is movable between the first and second stop surfaces; at least the first stop surface is spaced apart from the first location on the pawl; and the lock lever engages the first stop surface when the lock lever is located in the locked condition to prevent the pawl from moving to the unlatched condition and unlatching the latching assembly.
