GARAGE DOOR SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Provided are door systems having a plurality of door panels and a frame, the door panels being movable horizontally between an extended position closing an opening in a building structure, and a folded retracted position opening the opening in the building structure. When in the extended position, the door panels interlock with each other forming a barrier to wind, dirt, dust and insects. The frame is movably attached to the building structure and when the door panels are in the extended position, the frame moves and engages the door panels with a sealing member to provide an airtight seal of the opening in the building structure.
Path guide for movable partition assemblies
A movable partition system that can include branched overhead rails where movable panels, such as glass doors, wall panels, are guided along the branched overhead rails by path guides positioned with the overhead rails. The guide paths are shaped and aligned within the overhead rails to provide a smooth transition at the junction between overhead rails. The combination is suitable for use with both right-angle and oblique angle branched overhead rails.
Shower enclosure door system
A shower enclosure door system, having a header with a channel defined between first and second ends. The header further has at least first, second, third, and fourth roller assemblies that travel upon the channel. The first and second brackets receive the first and second ends respectively. The first and second brackets mount onto lateral walls to define a shower enclosure. A base assembly comprises third and fourth ends. First and second base brackets mount upon the third and fourth ends respectively. The base assembly mounts onto a mounting surface for the shower enclosure. The first and second brackets support a weight of shower doors of the shower enclosure without side jambs while the shower doors bypass one another.
A SLIDING SCREEN SLIDING SYSTEM
A sliding screen system (101) for a sliding screen comprising a linear slide bar (110) and at least one sliding member (120, 120). The linear slide bar (110) has a slide surface coated with a lacquer comprising a resin. The lacquer is in turn at least partly coated with a lipophilic composition coating. The lipophilic composition coating provides a slide layer on the slide bar (110) with low friction. The sliding system (101) is arranged to support a sliding screen (130), such as a sliding door or a sliding curtain, connected to the sliding member (120) to allow for linear movement of the sliding screen (130) along the longitudinal axis of the linear slide bar (110).
SLIDE OPENING DOOR ASSEMBLY
A pocket slide opening door assembly including a door leaf having a top edge, a door frame assembly, and a sliding assembly for slideable translation of the door leaf in relation to the door frame assembly between a closed position and an open position, wherein the assembly is provided in a plurality of parts for assembly in situ, including in a first part the door leaf, in a second part the door frame assembly with bay or pocket configured to receive the door leaf, or in second and third parts the door frame assembly and separate bay or pocket configured to receive the door leaf, and wherein the door assembly is disposed and configured in manner which prevents ligature about the door leaf top edge and in manner which prevents access to the sliding assembly for tamper purpose or for ligature purpose.
FRICTION ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR ARCHITECTURAL COVERING
An architectural covering may include an adjustment member configured and positioned to adjust friction affecting movement of the covering. The adjustment member may be manipulated to increase friction in the architectural covering so a covering member (e.g., a panel) of the architectural covering does not move as freely as it would without the increased friction, yet the covering member nonetheless remains simple to operate. The additional friction may be effective to inhibit the covering member from moving across an associated architectural feature on its own without a user's input.
PRE-HUNG BARN DOOR HARDWARE
A pre-hung barn door hardware system is disclosed. The pre-hung barn door hardware system includes a rail having a plurality of rail holes disposed along a length of the rail; a plurality of spacers each of the plurality of spacers having a spacer hole; a track having a plurality of track holes disposed along the length of the track; a plurality of bolts, each of the plurality of bolts extending through one of the plurality of rail holes, a spacer hole in one of the plurality of spacers, and one of the plurality of track holes; and a plurality of nuts, each one of the plurality of nuts being coupled with a corresponding one of the plurality of bolts.
BARRIER OPERATOR MECHANICAL TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY
A mechanical transmission system is provided for a barrier operator system for positioning a garage door between open and closed positions. The transmission system includes a rail having a channel to receive a drive sprocket and a return pulley. A drive element is trained around the drive sprocket and return pulley. The system further includes a tensioning system disposed within the channel and includes a return pulley support member and a bracket disposed on an end of the rail for supporting the return pulley support member. In addition, an adjusting screw is interfaced with and extends between the return pulley support member and the bracket, the adjusting screw movable to adjust the position of the return pulley support member relative to the bracket to increase or decrease the tension of the drive element.
CUSTOMIZABLE CLOSURE SYSTEM
A customizable closure system comprising panels of a pre-selected size and one or more conversion kits for mounting the panels. A room divider conversion kit comprises a hinge for converting the panels into room dividers, and a bypass conversion kit comprises a header for converting the panels into slidable panel doors, such as a closure for a shower area. Other conversion kits include a swing conversion kit and a hanger conversion kit. One embodiment of the panels further comprises a reinforcing system for securely retaining the panes with the panel.
Guide assembly for guiding at least one sliding door or folding sliding door
A guide assembly is provided for guiding a sliding door or folding sliding door relative to a stationary furniture part. The guide assembly includes a guide rail to be secured on the stationary furniture part; a guide device having a running mechanism to be moveably mounted on the guide rail and having a fastening device for securing the guide device on the sliding door or folding sliding door; and at least two holding devices, each having an installing section for allowing mounting of the holding devices on a frame and a catch mechanism. The holding devices can be secured on the guide rail by the catch mechanism, and at least one, preferably both, of the at least two holding devices has a sheet metal bent part, preferably formed of the sheet metal bent part.
