SLIDING DOOR DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
A sliding door device for a vehicle, includes: a door that opens or closes a door opening formed in a vehicle body; a door arm having a first end portion connected to the inside of the door and to extend toward a side sill of the vehicle body; a mover disposed to face the door and to be movable along the side sill; a body arm having a first end portion connected to one side of the mover, wherein the body arm is disposed in parallel to the door arm to extend toward the inside of the door; and a roller having an edge portion, respectively coupled to the door arm and the body arm so that the door arm and the body arm relatively move to each other in accordance with rotation of the roller.
VEHICLE HAVING A BRAKED SLIDING DOOR
A vehicle has a sliding door fitted with a rotatable brake member to apply a braking force to the sliding door when the vehicle is on a slope. The brake member is automatically rotated about a pivot axis X-X by a moveable member forming part of an actuator when the vehicle is resting on a slope into a position in which a braking force is applied to the sliding door by the interaction of the brake member with an elongate track in the form of a sliding door support track.
Vehicle with a sliding door system
A vehicle having a sliding door arranged behind a body pillar, a frame around the door opening closeable by the sliding door, a rail system provided in the region of the sliding door connected fixedly to the vehicle and having upper and lower guide rails, sliding carriages provided on the sliding door connected to the sliding door via a respective supporting arm and guided displaceably on the guide rails, and side impact protection in the region of the sliding door. At least one of the sliding carriages or supporting arms is provided with a stop. In the event of a side impact, in which the outer vehicle wall is deformed in the direction of the vehicle interior, an abutment connected to the vehicle wall comes to bear against the stop of the sliding carriage or of the supporting arm, and the position of the sliding door is thereby blocked.
METHOD AND APPARATUS OF EXTENDING OPENING RANGES OF VEHICLE SLIDING DOORS
An extended range sliding door hinge may include a track bracket assembly and an intermediate bracket. The track bracket assembly is sized to be operatively received by a vehicle door track assembly. A first end of the intermediate bracket is movably mounted to the track bracket assembly so that the intermediate bracket may be moved with respect to the track bracket assembly between a retracted position and an extended position. A second end of the intermediate bracket is sized to operatively engage a vehicle sliding door. The extended range sliding door hinge allows the vehicle sliding door to be moved between a standard position when the intermediate bracket is in the retracted position and an extended position when the intermediate bracket is in the extended position.
TRACK EXTENSION FOR A PASSENGER VEHICLE AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY
A track extender for a sliding door track of an OEM passenger vehicle having a passenger opening, and a door operatively coupled to a sliding mechanism configured to slide along the sliding door track of the OEM vehicle. The sliding door track includes a track channel extending from the passenger opening toward a rear portion of the vehicle, wherein the sliding door track includes a first end located toward the passenger opening and a second end located toward the rear portion of the vehicle. The track extender includes a track extension body located at the second end of the track wherein the track extension body defines an extension channel. The extension channel is aligned with the track to lengthen the track and to extend a travel distance of the sliding mechanism along the track and to increase a width of the passenger opening.
Slide door harness
A slide door harness includes a wiring material, a vehicle body-side fixing portion provided in a vehicle body to rotatably hold an end of the wiring material below a lower end of an inner surface member of a slide door, and a door-side fixing portion provided on the slide door to rotatably hold another end of the wiring material, and the door-side fixing portion includes a holding portion configured to hold the another end of the wiring material toward the lower end side of the inner surface member, a first rotating shaft configured to allow the holding portion to rotate around a first rotation axis, and a second rotating shaft configured to allow the holding portion and the first rotating shaft to integrally rotate around a second rotation axis intersecting the first rotation axis.
OVERTRAVEL HINGE
A vehicle includes a chassis, a door track, a door operatively connected to the door track and adapted to move between a closed position and an open position, and a hinge assembly coupled to the door. The hinge assembly is movably coupled to the door track and includes a first bracket coupled to the door, a second bracket coupled to the first bracket, and a transport assembly coupled to the second bracket and adapted to move along the door track as the door moves between the open and closed positions. The transport assembly includes a coupling member for releasably coupling the second bracket to the transport assembly. Upon movement of the second bracket from the first position to the second position, the door moves to an extended open position with respect to the door track.
Sliding window assembly
A sliding window assembly includes a frame with a track, and a sliding window portion disposed in the frame and displaceable in the track between a closed position and an open position. The sliding window portion includes a handle pivotable between a lock position and a slide position, and a driving pin coupled with the handle and engaging the track. The driving pin defines a pivot axis for the handle. A guide pin spaced from the driving pin is selectively engageable with the track when the handle is pivoted from the lock position to the slide position. With the handle in the slide position, the sliding window portion is displaceable from its closed position to an open position.
PROFILE RAIL FOR A DOOR GUIDE
A profile rail for a door guide of a vehicle, comprises a first profile rail piece with a first end face and with a second end face, and a connecting piece. The connecting piece comprises a first end and a second end. The first end of the connecting piece comprises a first end-face connection region for connecting to the first profile rail piece. The connecting piece is designed as a separate profile rail piece. The connecting piece can be connected via the first end-face connection region to at least one end face of the first profile rail piece by means of a plug-in system. The first end-face connection region is arranged in a first connection plane which has a first angle to a first plane normal to an extension of the connecting piece.
Structure for preventing movement of a sliding door
A structure includes a lower rail mounted to a lower portion of a vehicle body in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. A lower-rail roller part is rollably connected to the lower rail. A lower-rail swing arm is rotatably connected to the lower-rail roller part and a door. A lower guide rail is mounted to the door and defines a lower guide path in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. A lifter has a first end that moves along the lower guide path, and a second end that is fixed to the vehicle body. The lifter applies a force in a direction from the door toward the vehicle body. An upper guide rail is mounted to an upper portion of the vehicle body. An upper-guide roller part is mounted to the door to be seated in the upper guide rail.
