Truck Cap
An illustrative embodiment of a truck cap that sits on opposing sidewalls and over the top of a cargo box of a pickup truck is provided. The truck cap has a cap body with an opening. A cap door that is movable between open and closed positions with respect to the opening of the cap body. At least one truck cap door hinge that attaches to the cap body and the cap door of the truck cap. The truck cap door hinge includes a first hinge bracket member and a second hinge bracket member. The first hinge bracket member includes a hinge bracket to receive the pivot pin. Likewise, the second hinge bracket member includes a hinge bracket with an opening sized to receive at least a portion of the pivot pin. The first hinge bracket member and the second hinge bracket member are pivotable with respect to each other about the pivot pin. And a longitudinally extending gas prop pivotably attached to the pin extending from the second angled portion of the first hinge bracket member and to the pin of the second hinge bracket member.
INTEGRATED STOWAGE BIN ASSEMBLY
A stowage bin assembly includes a bin bucket assembly having a bin bucket which includes at least one sidewall, the at least one sidewall including a notch and the at least one sidewall having an interior surface. The stowage bin assembly also includes at least one hinge assembly. The at least one hinge assembly includes a housing which is received in the notch, the housing having an interior surface, wherein the interior surface of the housing is substantially flush with the interior surface of the at least one sidewall when the housing of the at least one hinge assembly is received in the notch. The stowage bin assembly also includes a stowage bin door pivotably coupled to the bin bucket assembly via the at least one hinge assembly, the stowage bin door moveable between an open position and a closed position. Door swing control device and associated method
A door swing control device comprises a bracket affixed to a door, a pivoting element pivotably affixed to the bracket, and a swinging catch mechanism mounted directly or indirectly to the structure. The pivoting element comprises a finger extending therefrom and is engaged with the bracket to limit a range of movement of the pivoting element relative to the bracket. The finger is engageable with the swinging catch mechanism to limit a range of movement of the pivoting element relative to the swinging catch mechanism and thereby selectively limiting a range of movement of the bracket relative to the swinging catch mechanism. When the finger of the pivoting element is engaged with the swinging catch mechanism, the door is held in the first open position. When the finger of the pivoting element is disengaged from the swinging catch mechanism, the door can swing between the first and second open positions.
Integrated stowage bin assembly
A stowage bin assembly includes a bin bucket assembly having a bin bucket which includes at least one sidewall, the at least one sidewall including a notch and the at least one sidewall having an interior surface. The stowage bin assembly also includes at least one hinge assembly. The at least one hinge assembly includes a housing which is received in the notch, the housing having an interior surface, wherein the interior surface of the housing is substantially flush with the interior surface of the at least one sidewall when the housing of the at least one hinge assembly is received in the notch. The stowage bin assembly also includes a stowage bin door pivotably coupled to the bin bucket assembly via the at least one hinge assembly, the stowage bin door moveable between an open position and a closed position. Back door structure
A back door structure includes a first arm, a second arm, a damper stay, and a supporting member. The first arm is fixed to an upper section of a vehicle body rear section, and is fixed to an upper section of a back door. The second arm is fixed to the upper section of the vehicle body rear section, and is fixed to the upper section of the back door. The damper stay is fixed to the back door, is fixed to the vehicle body rear section, and biases the back door in an opening direction. The supporting member is fixed to the second arm, is fixed to the back door, and biases the second arm substantially toward a vehicle upper side in a fully closed state of the back door.

Liftgate assembly
A vehicle liftgate assembly according to an exemplary aspect of the present disclosure includes, among other things, a vehicle body, a liftgate bracket, a liftgate rotatably mounted to the vehicle body by way of the liftgate bracket, and a strut connected to the liftgate bracket to regulate rotational movement of the liftgate bracket. This disclosure also relates to a method and a rotation assembly, which may include a liftgate bracket and a flipglass bracket.
STORAGE CABINET
The present disclosure discloses a storage cabinet. The storage cabinet a cabinet body with a top opening, an upper cover, and two support elements. Each of the two support elements is connected between the upper cover and the cabinet body. Each of the two support elements comprises a pneumatic bar, an upper cover connector, a cabinet body connector, and a swing piece. The upper cover connector is connected to a side of the upper cover, the cabinet body connector is connected to a side of the cabinet body. A first end of the upper cover connector is pivotally connected to a first end of the cabinet body connector, and a first end of the swing piece is pivotally connected to the cabinet body connector. Two ends of the pneumatic bar are respectively connected to a second end of the swing piece and a second end of the upper cover connector.
HINGE ASSEMBLY
A hinge assembly for receiving a door, for example for an aircraft storage bin, and including a wall having opposed inner and outer surfaces, an edge of the wall including two spaced apart wall panels extending from a respective one of the inner and outer surfaces and defining part of a perimeter of an opening closable by the door; a pivot located between the wall panels, the pivot defining a pivot axis intersecting the wall panels; and a hinge arm having a portion received between the wall panels and engaged to the pivot, the hinge arm extending away from the wall panels and configured for attachment to the door, the hinge arm pivotable about the pivot axis to be movable between open and closed positions of the door, the hinge arm movable between the open and closed position within a plane extending between the opposed inner and outer surfaces.
