A retention and guide assembly for a vehicle door includes a guide track connected to a door panel of the vehicle door. The guide track includes sidewalls that at least partially extend around and define an internal recessed volume. The sidewalls include a first sidewall coupled with the door panel and a second sidewall coupled with and oriented transverse to the first sidewall. The guide track includes a retaining flange that is coupled with and oriented transverse to the second sidewall. The sidewalls and the retaining flange are shaped to receive (within the internal recessed volume) a roller of a control arm extending from a vehicle body. The retaining flange engages the control arm and/or the roller and retain the roller within the internal recessed volume of the guide track between the second sidewall and the door panel of the vehicle door.

Window regulator

A window regulator includes a guide rail fixed to a vehicle door panel and a slider base that supports a window glass and is slidably supported in a longitudinal direction of the guide rail along sliding surfaces on a front and a back of the guide rail. The guide rail includes a sliding portion that has a first sliding surface and a second sliding surface that face one direction and another direction in a vehicle inner-outer direction. The slider base includes a grease injection portion that includes an injection space and a grease receiving portion. The injection space opens to the vehicle inner-outer direction. The first sliding surface of the guide rail is positioned inside the injection space. The grease receiving portion is positioned opposed to the second sliding surface of the guide rail. The grease receiving portion receives a grease injected in the injection space.

A roller unit to which a cable end of a cable pulled by a door actuator is attached moves with a slide door along a guide rail on a vehicle body, and includes: a coupling part coupled to the slide door; a guide roller supported by the coupling part and moving along the guide rail; a guide pin fixed to the coupling part and into which the cable end with a shaft hole is inserted; and a fastener retaining the cable end inserted in a leading end of the guide pin. A recess is formed toward a guide pin axial line at the leading end. An external diameter of the leading end is smaller than an internal diameter of the shaft hole. The fastener includes a supporting part supporting the cable end inserted into the leading end, from the leading end side, and a protrusion part engaged with the recess.

AUTOMOTIVE DOOR MODULE FOR WINDOW REGULATOR AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME

A vehicle door assembly includes a door module and a door panel. The door module has a back plate with a periphery bearing attachment orifices defining a base plane. At least one guide rail extends in a rail direction in a rail plane offset from the base plane and has a connected edge and a free edge. The connected edge is attached to the back plate, and the free edge is shaped for slidably attaching a carrier plate for a window. The guide rail vertically protrudes beyond the periphery of the back platen. A void in the rail plane intersects a trajectory of the connected edge. The void provides access through the rail plane to the periphery of the back plate, wherein an attachment orifice is disposed in the void. The door panel has a central hole and attachment openings aligned with the attachment orifices of the door module.

The apparatus can include a base which is supportable by the overhead lifting system and a mechanical arm assembly connected to the base, the mechanical arm assembly including a first arm rotatably connected to the base, a second arm connected to the first arm, a latch engagement member connected to the second arm; and an actuator connected between the first arm and the second arm, the actuator operable to move the second arm relative to the first arm to disengage the latch on the grain door from the barge lid via the latch engagement member and swing the grain door from a closed position to an open position.

A pivot sliding door guiding device includes a longitudinal profile with a guiding track and slider, supported on support rollers in a linearly movable manner in the guiding track, and which is connected to a door leaf and transfers a bearing load onto the slider. In the guiding track, convex bearing members extending in the longitudinal direction are disposed, on which support rollers of the slider with, in each case, peripherally extending concave guiding grooves roll and are retained in the transverse direction. The door leaf is connected to the slider whereby a center of gravity acts off-center on the slider in running and transverse directions. The slider has support rollers which serve for the load transfer of the load acting from the door leaf on the slider. The rollers roll on upper and lower convex bearing members, and transfer load of the door leaf via the convex bearing members.

In the production of the carrier element by the multicomponent injection-molding method a body from a material melting at a lower temperature is molded before a body from a material melting at a higher temperature, and the body from the material melting at a higher temperature is molded to the body from the material melting at a lower temperature.
