DIGITAL DOOR
An automatic door opening apparatus for a vehicle. Two and three hinge joint embodiments with motors at each hinge joint to control motion of the door opening apparatus relative to the vehicle at that hinge joint. The motors are individually programmable to customize the door opening apparatus and movement to different vehicles. The motors can be in alignment or out-of-alignment with the hinge joints, but in either case the motor controls motion of the hinged components at the associated hinge joint. When a motor is out-of-alignment with the hinge joint it controls, then pulley wheels and belts can be used to connect the motor to the hinge joint. The door opening apparatus can also include a floor track, and a door arm that connects the door to the floor track.
MULTI-PANEL DOOR SYSTEM, AND DUAL-SYNCHRONIZATION DRIVE ASSEMBLY FOR A MULTI-PANEL DOOR SYSTEM
A door system includes a multi-panel door and a dual-synchronization drive assembly for the door system. The dual-synchronization drive assembly has a structural configuration and functionality that combines a drive mechanism with a synchronization mechanism. The dual-synchronization drive assembly transmits a drive force in a manner that causes linear movement of door panels of the multi-panel door system between an open position and a closed position. The dual-synchronization drive assembly causes a synchronized movement of the door panels at different linear speeds/velocities to fully advance the door panels to the open position or the closed position simultaneously. The dual-synchronization drive assembly includes a dual gear unit that is configurable to allow for any motion/speed ratio necessary in order to obtain a specific performance objective of the door system.
DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM AND DIAGNOSIS METHOD FOR OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE
A diagnosis system diagnoses the integrity of an opening/closing device capable of opening and closing by driving a motor. A driving current acquisition unit acquires a driving current of the motor. A diagnosis unit defines a current waveform from a temporal change of the driving current acquired by the driving current acquisition unit and diagnoses the integrity of the opening/closing device based on the current waveform.
Casement sliding operator
A casement window operator includes a linear input mechanism configured to be mounted to a stationary frame of a casement window, a linear to rotary motion converter operably coupled to an output of the linear input mechanism, a gear reducer operably coupled to an output of the rotary motion converter, and a sash arm operably coupled to an output of the gear reducer to rotate in conjunction with the output of the gear reducer. The sash arm is configured to extend from the stationary frame of the casement window to a rotatable window sash of the casement window.
AUTOMATED WINDOW MECHANISM WITH DISENGAGED MOTOR CALIBRATION
An automated window mechanism has a motor that moves a sliding window along a frame to open and close the window. A position sensor, such as an encoder, monitors a position of the sliding window relative to the frame. The automated window mechanism can receive an instruction to calibrate to the frame by disengaging the motor while the position sensor remains engaged. The user then manually moves the sliding window between two end points and then reengages the motor. The position sensor records the end points, and then the automated window mechanism uses the end points as limits of movement for the sliding window.
Door closer arrangement
The aim of the invention is to achieve a door closer arrangement (1) where the force needed for opening the door (2) is not so substantial. The invention comprises a door closer (6), a slide rail (7), and an arm (8) that connects the door closer with the slide rail. The arrangement comprises also a second rail (9), which is arranged to form a slide slope for the door closer (6) and the auxiliary spring arrangement.
Opening and closing body drive device for vehicle
An opening and closing body drive device for a vehicle includes a belt frame, plural driven pulleys, a belt wounded around the plural driven pulleys and fixed with a connector with respect to an opening and closing body, a drive unit provided with an output shaft including a rotary axis which extends in a different direction from a rotary axis of each of the plural driven pulleys, and a drive pulley connected to the output shaft of the drive unit. The drive pulley includes a rotary axis extending in the different direction from the rotary axis of each of the plural driven pulleys while extending in the same direction as the rotary axis of the output shaft. The drive pulley is wound with the belt which is twisted between the driven pulleys arranged at opposing sides of the drive pulley in a circumferential direction of the belt.
SLIDE OPERATOR ASSEMBLIES AND COMPONENTS FOR FENESTRATION UNITS
Slide operator assemblies and components for fenestration units, as well as associated methods of manufacture and use thereof.
High speed overhead door
The invention relates to an overhead door for covering a door opening comprising a door blade (11) with a plurality of panels (17), said door blade (11) being movable between a vertical, closed position and a horizontal, opened or overhead position within a side frame (12) comprising double-sided a vertical track (13) and a horizontal track (14), connected by a connecting portion (15), respectively, and with a belt (20) or a chain associated with one side each of the said side frame (12) to lift the panels (17) from said vertical position to said horizontal position. To develop the stated overhead door in a way that the advantages of a high speed rollup door and an overhead door are combined, to offer an overhead door with a low space requirement, low maintenance requirements and a high speed closing possibility, the stated overhead door comprises driving means (27) for simultaneously driving a plurality of said panels (17).
SLIDING DOOR ASSEMBLY
This invention provides sliding door enclosure assemblies for a framework structure, which uniquely enables equal lateral displacement of sliding doors, with the minimal engagement of a single door alone. More specifically, the sliding door enclosure assemblies of this invention comprise paired rotatable sliding doors, paired rotatable leaders, paired rotating conveyors, which conveyors are advanced by the paired rotatable leaders, guides which further comprise attachment regions to attach the paired rotatable sliding doors to the paired rotating conveyors and at least one interlocking rotatable movement regulator set of two elements, which rotate in equal and opposing directions, so that paired rotatable leaders operationally connected thereby promote lateral displacement of operationally connected rotatable sliding doors about the framework structure.
