Drive system
A drive system for operation of a roll top cover for covering a cargo bed of a vehicle enables improved and smoother roll top cover movement. The drive system includes: an elongate housing that defines a longitudinal axis and first and second ends, the housing including an axially extending aperture for receiving the roll top cover therethrough; first and second receiving plates disposed transversely within the housing at the respective first and second ends thereof, the receiving plates comprising opposed spiral-shaped slots extending therethrough, each of the spiral-shaped slots having an open end proximally and a closed end distally; and a drive shaft assembly disposed within the housing and extending axially between the first and second ends thereof; wherein the drive shaft assembly is adapted for being operably connected to a drive chain and driving movement thereof within the spiral-shaped slots during operation of the roll top cover.
HOUSING FOR MOUNTING AND ADJUSTING THE ALIGNMENT OF A WINDOW ACTUATOR
A housing for mounting a motorized actuator on or in a fixed portion of a window that allows the actuator to be adjusted in the housing to facilitate alignment of a linkage on the actuator with a linkage on the moveable portion of a window.
MOTORIZED SLIDING FOLDING PANEL MECHANISM
A mechanism (A) that is used in moveable facades and shutter systems, garage doors and access systems is provided, allowing opening and closing of panels (P) positioned between rail profile (10) and lower rail (R).
GATE
A gate may generally include a gatepost and a plurality of rails pivotally connected to the gatepost and having a plurality of posts hingedly attached to at least one of the plurality of rails. The gate may include a lift system having a translating device in communication with a sprocket, wherein the lift system provides an adjustable force to rotate the plurality of rails from a horizontal position to an upward position. The adjustable force may be provided by a tumbuckle. The gate may include a ground anchor system that allows axial rotation of the plurality of rails about a longitudinal axis of the gatepost.
DOOR OPERATOR SYSTEM
An overhead door operator system (1) for opening and closing an opening (2), comprising a door frame (3) comprising a first frame section (4) at a first side (5) of the opening (2) and a second frame section (6) at a second side (7) of the opening (2). The operator system further comprises a door (8) arranged to be moved between an open and closed (C) position, the door (8) being movably connected to the door frame (3) and a drive unit (10) mounted on the door (8), the drive unit (10) comprising at least one motor (11) arranged to move the door (8) from the closed position (C) to the open position (O). An elongated transmission member (19) extends along the first side (5) of the opening (2) and the first frame section (4). The drive unit (10) further comprises a driven transmission member (18) in driving connection with the motor (11).
AUTOMATED WINDOW MECHANISM WITH PINCH PROTECTION
The invention is systems and methods of operating a window with an automated window mechanism. The systems and methods include moving with the automated window mechanism a sliding panel of a window relative to a window frame to open or close the window. The sliding panel moves through a proximate closing zone. The method also includes in the proximate closing zone, operating the automated window mechanism in a limited state comprising at least one of reduced velocity, reduced current to the automated window mechanism, or reduced voltage to the automated window mechanism.
Gate Opener Stand and Method of Manufacture and Installation
A gate opener stand is comprised of a plurality of support tubing connected to a horizontal brace and a platform at one end of the plurality of support tubing. The opposite ends of the plurality of support tubing are held in place via a brace. The platform includes a pair of ears extending from opposite sides of the platform. Apertures within extended rounded ends of the horizontal brace align with the pair of ears extending from the platform. A pair of braces connects the platform to the horizontal brace and provides additional reinforcement and strength to the gate opener stand. In an alternative embodiment, a method of manufacture and assembly of the gate opener stand is disclosed.
Cover Deployment System
A cover deployment system includes a flexible cover configured to span an open top of a trailer, the trailer having a front end, a rear end, and longitudinally extending side walls extending therebetween, bow assemblies connected to the cover, and a cable system including a pair of cables, an electric actuator, a manual actuator, and a differential. The cables extend longitudinally along the longitudinal side of the trailer. Each cable defines a loop supported by a pulley at the front end of the trailer and a pulley at the rear end of the trailer. The remaining bow assemblies are movably attached to the cables. The electric actuator and the manual actuator are operatively connected to a differential positioned between the electric actuator, the manual actuator, and the pulley. The differential is connected and rotates a pulley to move the cables, thereby moving the cover between closed and open positions.
Domestic appliance with door opener
A domestic appliance, for example a washing machine, comprises a body having an access opening to a process chamber arranged inside the body, a door which is movably attached to the body and which closes the access opening in a closed position, a door-closing mechanism for holding the door closed in its closed position and a door-opening mechanism arranged on the body or on the door, having a push slider, which is movable between a retracted position and a deployed position, and a drive unit for driving the push slider. A transfer of the push slider out of the retracted position into the deployed position effects opening of the closed door, the push slider acts in a pressure-exerting manner on the door or on the body and thereby overcomes a holding-closed action of the door-closing mechanism and opens the closed door.
SLIDING WINDOW/DOOR SYSTEM INCLUDING ANNULAR ROLLER DEVICE FOR SLIDING WINDOW/DOOR
The present invention provides an annular roller device for a sliding window/door, which is proposed as a roller device having a new structure wherein the roller device installed under a door sash can move a sliding window/door having heavy weight, and can maximize the open glass portion of the window/door by minimizing the height of the space required to install the roller device, thereby providing a more open view. The roller device has a structure in which, even when a rail installed on a window frame is not horizontal or the bottom portion of a window is not completely flat, all multiple rolling members, which constitute a ring-shaped rolling unit wound around a load-bearing plate (1220) comprising segment bodies (1221, 1222) rotatably connected to each other by a pivot pin (1225) extending therethrough, form contact points with the rail or the bottom portion, and thus each of the rolling members is prevented from being loaded with excessive weight.
