A guide carriage includes a chassis having a rotatably supported running wheel and a connecting member for connecting the guide carriage to the furniture part. The chassis and the connecting member are configured as constructional units separate from one another and are configured to be connected to one another by a fastening device. The fastening device includes a force storage member and at least one locking element configured to be pressurized by the force storage member. The chassis and the connecting member are configured to be releasably locked to one another by a force of the force storage member. A holding device separate from the fastening device is provided for fastening the connecting member to the chassis. The connecting member is configured to be hung into the chassis via the holding device, can be pivoted about a, preferably horizontally extending, axis in the hung-in condition, and can be locked to the chassis by the locking element.

A stay includes a first arm rotatably connected to any one of a body or a door openable to the body; a second arm, one end of the second arm being rotatably connected to the first arm and the other end being connected to any one of the body or the door. The first arm includes a resilient body, a slider urged by the resilient body to the second arm. A case slidably supports the slider toward the second arm, and a pressing part is abutted and pressured onto a cam face disposed to the second arm by the slider. An adjustment mechanism changes a pressing position between the cam face and the pressing part to a crossing direction with respect to a sliding direction of the slider and a rotation shaft axis direction of the second arm.

A guide system for guiding a door wing, in particular a folding-sliding-door, movably supported relative to a furniture carcass. The guide system includes a guide rail having a longitudinal direction, the longitudinal direction of the guide rail extending substantially parallel to a depth direction of the furniture carcass in a mounted condition on the furniture carcass. A carrier is provided for movably supporting the door wing, and the carrier is displaceably supported at least over a region along the guide rail. An abutment is provided for determining an end position of the carrier in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail, and an adjustment device can adjust a position of the abutment. The abutment can be adjusted by the adjustment device in the longitudinal direction relative to the guide rail.

A door closer, including: an anchor assembly, including: a frame mounting plate which is fixable relative to a door frame; and an adjustor plate; and an actuator assembly for mounting within the thickness of a door leaf to move the door leaf between open and closed configurations relative to the door frame, the actuator assembly including an operating member coupled by a link to the adjustor plate and mounted for a range of movements between a fully retracted position, in which the anchor assembly is held adjacent the actuator assembly when the door leaf is in the closed configuration, and an extended position, in which the anchor assembly is in spaced relation to the actuator assembly when the door leaf is in the open configuration, the link being configured to extend from the adjustor plate along a first axis, wherein the frame mounting plate is provided with one or more slot(s), the or each slot being elongated along a second axis, the second axis being generally orthogonal to the first axis.

The present invention provides a wheel assembly having an elongate housing configured to engage with and support a sliding panel element. The housing has a first subassembly having a first pair of wheels, the first subassembly being configured so as to allow rocking of the first pair of wheels. The housing also has a second subassembly having a second pair of wheels, the second subassembly being configured so as to allow rocking of the second pair of wheels. The first and second subassemblies are independently vertically adjustable with reference to the housing. The present wheel assemblies may be of the type used to support a sliding door or similar, on a surface such as a track.

An apparatus is disclosed for opening and closing a grain or access door on a barge lid or cover, the grain door having a latch connecting the grain door to the barge lid, the apparatus supportable by an overhead lifting system. A guide carriage for displaceably supporting a furniture part on a guide rail, includes a chassis having at least one pivotally mounted running wheel and at least one connecting portion for connecting the guide carriage to the furniture part. At least one positioning device is provided for positioning the connecting portion relative to the chassis in at least one linear direction.
