Girder Trolley
A device. The device includes a shaft having a longitudinal axis, a first end, and a second end. The device also includes a connector attached to the first end of the shaft. The device also includes a rod connected to the shaft. The rod comprises a third end and a fourth end. The third end is connected to the second end of the shaft. The rod is about parallel to the longitudinal axis. The device also includes a spring surrounding the rod. The spring is compressible or extendable along the longitudinal axis. The device also includes a stop connected to the rod at a position distal to the spring. The stop resists longitudinal compression or extension of the spring.
Door closers
A door closer, including: an anchor assembly, including: a frame mounting plate which is fixable relative to a door frame; and an adjustor plate; and an actuator assembly for mounting within the thickness of a door leaf to move the door leaf between open and closed configurations relative to the door frame, the actuator assembly including an operating member coupled by a link to the adjustor plate and mounted for a range of movements between a fully retracted position, in which the anchor assembly is held adjacent the actuator assembly when the door leaf is in the closed configuration, and an extended position, in which the anchor assembly is in spaced relation to the actuator assembly when the door leaf is in the open configuration, the link being configured to extend from the adjustor plate along a first axis, wherein the frame mounting plate is provided with one or more slot(s), the or each slot being elongated along a second axis, the second axis being generally orthogonal to the first axis.
Tie bar and guide for casement window
A tie bar and guide assembly for casement windows having a roll form tie bar that snaps on to the tie bar guide without extending through it. The tie bar has locating openings that engage tabs on the tie bar guide to locate and secure the guide prior to installation. The tabs are depressed and disengaged when fasteners are used to secure the tie bar assembly to the window frame. The tie bar can include rivet locking points located close to the top and bottom of the tie bar to provide better security and increased stability for preventing water and air infiltration. The rivet locking points can be adjustable to optimize the fit of the window sash within the frame. The snap-on design reduces the overall height of the tie bar assembly thereby enabling a closer fit of the sash within the frame and reducing the required width of the window frame needed to accommodate the locking mechanism.
Vertically-sliding mount
A vertically sliding frame mounting system that includes a frame, frame mounted first and second bracket assemblies, wall mounted first and second brace assemblies having recoil springs and self releasing latches. The bracket assemblies slide in the brace assemblies which act as vertical guides while the recoil springs tend to lift the frame. The latch assemblies secure the frame in a lowered position while the recoil springs bias the frame upward.
SIDE-ACCESSIBLE ADJUSTABLE RECEIVER FOR APPLIANCE HINGE
An adjustable appliance hinge receiver includes a base including spaced-apart first and second lateral walls. A slide body is slidably connected to the base and located between the lateral walls. The slide body slides relative to the base along an adjustment axis. At least one hinge mounting structure is connected to the slide body and is adapted to be engaged by an associated hinge. An adjustment system includes a first inclined ramp connected to the slide body and an adjustment shaft that extends between and that is rotatably supported by the first and second lateral walls of the base. The adjustment shaft is rotatable relative to the base about an axis of rotation. The adjustment system also includes an adjustment member engaged with the adjustment shaft and selectively movable along the axis of rotation in opposite first and second directions in response to rotational movement of the adjustment shaft in opposite first and second rotational directions such that rotation of the adjustment shaft in one of the first and second rotational directions causes the adjustment member to bear against the first ramp and induce sliding movement of the slide body relative to the base along the adjustment axis.
LIGHTWEIGHT LIFTER PLATE ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE WINDOW
A lifter plate assembly for a window of a motor vehicle has a plastic main body. The main body includes a pair of rail guide hooks formed therein. The rail guide hooks are laterally spaced from one another and configured for sliding receipt of window regulator rails therein. A window clamp plate formed of the main body plastic extends in spaced relation from the main body to provide a receptacle configured for receipt of an edge of the window. A fastener assembly includes an elongate threaded member and a nut. The elongate threaded member extends through an opening in the main body and through an opening in the window clamp plate. At least one of the elongate threaded member and the nut is rotatable relative to the other to draw the window clamp plate and the main body toward one another to clamp against the edge of the window.
Spacer assembly
A spacer assembly includes a housing that is configured to couple to a component. The housing includes a central bore. A bumper is coupled to the housing. The bumper includes a bumper support including a shaft that extends within the central bore, and a bumper head coupled to the bumper support.
GUIDE CARRIAGE FOR THE DISPLACEABLE MOUNTING OF A FURNITURE PART
A guide carriage for displaceably supporting a furniture part on a guide rail, includes a chassis having at least one pivotally mounted running wheel and at least one connecting portion for connecting the guide carriage to the furniture part. At least one positioning device is provided for positioning the connecting portion relative to the chassis in at least one linear direction.
