DUAL CORD OPERATING SYSTEM FOR AN ARCHITECTURAL COVERING
A covering for an architectural opening has a dual cord operating system. The covering may include a head rail, blind panels depending from the head rail, and an operating system. The operating system may include a housing connected to the head rail, a first drive assembly rotatably mounted within the housing and operable to move the blind panels between an extended configuration and a retracted configuration, and a second drive assembly rotatably mounted within the housing and operable to move the blind panels between a closed configuration and an open configuration.
Blind assembly
A modular shade includes at least one module that consists of a head rail unit, a foot rail unit, at least one intermediate rail unit, and a plurality of slat components. A top slat may be coupled to the head rail unit and the intermediate rail unit, and a bottom slat component may be coupled to the intermediate rail unit and the foot rail unit. Further, additional intermediate rail units and intermediate slat components may be added to the module to alter the shape and size of the module, and the module may be coupled to one or more additional modules to change the overall shape and size of the modular shade.
Vertical blind assembly
A modular shade includes at least one module that consists of a head rail unit, a foot rail unit, at least one intermediate rail unit, and a plurality of slat components. A top slat may be coupled to the head rail unit and the intermediate rail unit, and a bottom slat component may be coupled to the intermediate rail unit and the foot rail unit. Further, additional intermediate rail units and intermediate slat components may be added to the module to alter the shape and size of the module, and the module may be coupled to one or more additional modules to change the overall shape and size of the modular shade.
CORDLESS CURTAIN ASSEMBLY WITH MAGNETS
A curtain assembly includes a first curtain unit, a second curtain unit and a third curtain unit which includes multiple curtain pieces and each curtain piece includes an inside and an outside. Multiple first magnets are connected to the lower portion of the inside of each curtain piece, and multiple second magnets are connected to the top portion of the outside of each curtain piece. The second curtain unit is connected to the third curtain unit, and third curtain unit is connected to the first curtain unit. The multiple curtain pieces are able to be individually folded to introduce outside light into the room via the folded curtain pieces.
CORDLESS ROMAN STYLE SHADE
A cordless Roman style shade is revealed. The cordless Roman style shade includes at least one piece of middle fabric arranged between a front fabric and a rear fabric. The middle fabric and the rear fabric have the same width. A front end and a rear end of the middle fabric are connected to a rear side of the front fabric and the rear fabric respectively without the use of horizontal rods. The front fabric is driven by the middle fabric to be retracted or extended in the opposite direction when the rear fabric and the middle fabric are retracted and wound around a rotating shaft. Thus the front fabric is retracted or extended horizontally and evenly without the use of the horizontal rods.
ADJUSTABLE CUTDOWN ROMAN SHADE
A window covering comprises a head rail, first and second panels, and first and second bottom rails secured to the first and second panels. A position of the first bottom rail relative to the second bottom rail is adjustable. A third panel can be provided, and a third bottom rail can be secured to a lower portion of the third panel. A position of the third bottom rail relative to the second bottom rail is adjustable. A first rod can be coupled to both the first panel and the third panel to span a gap therebetween. A second rod can be coupled to the second panel. A double rod clip can connect the first rod to the second rod. Single rod clips can secure the first and third panels to the first rod. Each of the rod clips preferably includes a cord guide for guiding and retaining a corresponding lift cord.
DRIVING ASSEMBLY AND WINDOW BLIND
A driving assembly for window blinds includes a mounting plate, a winding roller and driving wheels that are engaged with one another, at least one first guiding roller, and at least one second guiding roller. An elastic element is elastically wound around the driving wheels, a pull rope has a starting end fixed to the winding roller and is divided into at least two sections, under a first status, the pull rope partially winds around the winding roller then winds around the second guiding roller and the first guiding roller in turns along outer edges of the second and the first guiding rollers; while under a second status, the pull rope disengages from the winding roller, the second guiding roller and the first guiding roller in turns. The driving assembly has simple structure and convenient assembly, and brings effortless and quick operation to pull or lift the window blind.
EXTERNAL MOTOR DRIVE SYSTEM FOR WINDOW COVERING SYSTEM WITH CONTINUOUS CORD LOOP
A motor driven system for raising and lowering a window covering executes motor ramp trajectory speed control. The motor ramp trajectory limits acceleration of an external motor from the idle (stationary) state to full operating speed, and limits deceleration of the motor from full operating speed back to the idle state. This function reduces stresses on a continuous cord loop drive mechanism. A control system manages solar heating effects in response to sunlight entrance conditions such as system sensor outputs, external weather forecasts, and other data sources. The system automatically opens or close the window covering to increase or decrease admitted sunlight under appropriate conditions. The input interface of the control system includes a visual display and input axis, which are aligned vertically if the window covering mechanism raises and lowers the window covering, and are aligned horizontally if the window covering mechanism laterally opens and closes the window covering.
Architectural Covering with Woven Material
A covering for an architectural feature includes a woven material. The woven material is made at least partially from binder yarns to form a woven fabric. The binder yarns are heated after the fabric is woven to a temperature sufficient to cause the binder yarns to bond and fuse to adjacent yarns at crossover points. The woven material is inherently resistant to fraying and/or unraveling.
