CARTRIDGE SYSTEM
A stent delivery system includes a stent; a pusher catheter disposed at a proximal-end side thereof; and a collet chuck disposed at the proximal-end side of the pusher catheter. The collet chuck includes a collet disposed along an outer circumference of a guide catheter; and a chuck nut provided to be relatively advanceable and retractable with respect to the collet and into which the guide catheter is insertable, and an inner circumferential surface of the chuck nut facing a center axis of the guide catheter includes a first region tightens the collet to make the collet to approach the center axis as coming into contact with the collet while approaching the collet; and a second region being at an opposite side of the collet with respect to the first region for making an approaching amount of the collet to be smaller than that in the first region.
Wire Holder for Sterile Field
A wire manager for managing wires in a sterile field includes a body having a plurality of slots on a front side of the body and an adhesive material disposed on a back side of the body for temporarily adhering the body to a surface of the sterile field. A finger tab is formed on a side surface of the body for facilitating removal of the body from the surface on which the body is installed. The adhesive material provides for adhesion to the surface and removal from the surface by way of lifting the body using the finger tab.

Skin contact material
A substrate based skin contact material formed from a hydrocolloid having a silicone based component extending over regions of the substrate surface. The adhesive is formed non-continuously over the substrate to provide areas devoid of adhesive to allow appreciable moisture transfer between the skin and substrate and improve the skin friendliness of the material during use and allow convenient removal with avoidance of skin irritation.

STRAP CLAMP ASSEMBLY
A clamping device configured to secure a strap to a rail of a support table or operating table is provided, which prevents the patient from slipping, provides optimal patient stability when the table is placed in angle positions, and eliminates patient re-positioning during surgical procedure. The clamping device includes a body portion having a plurality of rail arms that form a rail channel, the clamping device including a pivot jaw assembly with jaw rail flange portions coupled to sides of the body portion. The pivot jaw is hingedly operated between an open and closed position. The rail arms further include a strap channel configured to hold a strap disposed around the side rail, and to secure the strap to the rail using a clamp bar via force exerted on rail and jaw flange portions of the clamp assembly, to effectively clamp the strap to the table.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ANCHORING MEDICAL DEVICES
Some embodiments of a medical device anchor system include an anchor device that secures a medical instrument (such as a catheter or the like) in place relative to a skin penetration point using subcutaneous anchors. In some implementations, the medical instrument can be coupled to the anchor device using a snap-lock cap mechanism.
